Amazing local cafe with outstanding breakfast. The biscuits were some of the best I've had; huge, soft and buttery. I ordered the sandwich twice and the biscuits benedict once, all were amazing. Portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable.Great service and friendly staff.

Visiting New Orleans. Commerce first timers.Ambiance and service were great. Diner setting.Food was tasty tho so-so value. My three egg omelette was $20 because I maxed out with 5 fillings, however omelette was dainty.Pancakes not tasty. Not worth going out of your way for but if you are in neighborhood it's a good choice.

My boss recommended that I come here for brunch so I figured I would check it out. I sat at the bar.Service was very quick and friendly. Once I ordered, my food was out very quickly. The Camp Street Original spoke to me as a sausage and pepper omelet with their signature sauce. With a little extra Louisiana hot sauce on top, it really popped. I added a biscuit on the side in lieu of toast and loved that too. I would recommend that anyone in New Orleans come here if they have the chance.

Stumbled across this gem last night and chose to make it my brunch spot today simply based on the chicken biscuit menu item. Did not disappoint. Walk in and seat yourself ... waitress took my order and even recommended a special drink menu option ... peach Bellini. Added a side of cheese grits to my order. You'll need a knife and fork and some extra napkins cause that biscuit is fragile and covered in hot honey. The chicken is right Otta the fryer so just start with the fork. The grits were underwhelming ... and I had to add a little butter and take that plug outta the antique pepper shaker to get enough to make a difference. This is a great spot, diner vibes, pay your check at the table ... and walk away happy.

Staff were friendly and efficient. In and out quickly if need be. Bar seating and table seating. Small or large groups could be accommodated. Road construction so hard to find parking, but it's also the area in general is touristy.Only got the spicy chicken biscuit for food and it was soo good! Lathered in spicy honey. Biscuit was cooked well. The crunch on the chicken was perfect. No complaints. Glad it was not overly sweetened or salted.Would definitely come back! Happy eating

I had such a great experience at this restaurant that I went back twice during my visit, specifically for the burger! I'm not usually someone who craves a burger, but this one was cooked perfectly. I ordered it medium/medium well, and it was delicious both times. We had it split for two, which is why you'll see it cut in half in the photos. I had fries, and my mom had grits. She raved about the grits--describing them as buttery with great flavor. While I'm not a fan of grits myself, I'll take her word for it!The fries were light, crispy, and really enjoyable, so much so that I had them both visits. I also tried the sweet potato fries, which I usually love, but these were just a 4/5 for me. They could have been a bit crisper, but overall, they were fine.I went back the next afternoon for lunch during my conference, and the burger was just as good. My boss joined me and ordered the same thing, and we both agreed it was excellent! The service was fantastic. I had the same server both times, and while I can't remember her name, she was wonderful--attentive and quick. As for the ambiance, the inside of the restaurant is super charming with a lot of vintage memorabilia, including a cool bar area that fits perfectly with the theme. I especially loved the retro bar signage, which seemed to be from the 60s or 70s (though I might be off on the timeframe--check out my photo!).Overall, great food, service, and atmosphere!

Not a fancy brunch stop. The sisi spicy chicken biscuit was DELICIOUS. The biscuit was moist, the chicken fried to perfection and the spicy honey was the perfect touch. The omelette and the Loaded Tater scrambler were just ok. Just like any Regular breakfast you can get anywhere. The line was insane and the place is so tiny it was super crowded. Service was fairly fast compared to how packed the place was. Coffee was decent. I can definitely say I have tried It. Won't be back.

Being the closest restaurant to our hotel, this was our first breakfast in town. The food was so good! The service was friendly and quick. We ended up coming back three times in five days.

Super cute diner with great breakfast! I opted for something different: homemade dumplings. Hubby got the traditional breakfast which was also good. Great coffee too!
