Lyons Corner

Lyons Corner describes itself as having "Fresh roasted coffee, crafted cocktail concoctions and small plate magic". After dining and relaxing there several times over the course of a week, I would have to agree with all of the above.As we found out during our visit, Lyons Corner had just opened in late December 2024. Sitting at the bar and speaking with staff confirmed everyone had extensive food and beverage experience/knowledge.We spent most of our time at the U shaped bar. From there, you have quick access to being able to order food and beverage. Tables and seating areas were also available in the space.The food was excellent. Over the course of several days, we tried the Pimento Cheese with fried crackers as an appetizer, enjoyed the Muffuletta Salad, Mr. T's Double Smash Burger with superb skinny French fries, a Caesar salad in a Parmesan bowl with chicken added, and for breakfast the Lyon's Benedict. Everything was excellent.A happy hour provides reduced price wines and appetizers. I spoke with several of the bartenders who could suggest cocktails based upon the flavor profile you were seeking. Further, because of their excellent coffee, I enjoyed one of the best Espresso Martini's that I have had at any establishment. Having been open for only a few weeks does have its challenges. Some people walked into Lyons Corner without the knowledge that orders are placed at the counter and your food/drink will be brought to your table. As the week went on, I noticed the staff greeting customers and letting them know that all the seating is open, providing customers menus and letting them know to come to the counter once you decided on your food/drink order.Lyons Corner was a cozy and welcoming environment that enhanced our stay at the adjoining Hotel Theo. Thank you for a great experience. We hope to be back soon.

Stopped by to get a cappuccino and had to come back the next day for breakfast. Good food (breakfast jambalaya), great coffee, cute comfortable spot with ambiance. Jeremy provided wonderful service. A few steps from Canal, worth the stop.

Cute little cafe for breakfast or a coffee. Ordered a cappucino and it was stellar. The inside is very cute decor and the service is great.

Honestly I can't say enough great things about this place. We came several times - for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Just about everyone on the staff was attentive and friendly, even if they got really busy. But better yet, the food and drinks were delicious. My partner & I just fell in love with this gem of a place. Top recommendations: SMASH BURGER (wow- one of the best burgers I've had in a while), Jeremy's vanilla bean espresso martini, and Theo's breakfast skillet. I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and stop by. Big shout outs to Michelle & Jeremy!

Very cute and cozy place to stop in for a bite and drink! Service was fantastic! Food and drinks were great! We enjoyed the pimento cheese and caesar salad. Definitely recommend! We will be back!

Coffee was good and the ambiance is nice. The eggs were a little overcooked for my liking. Medium eggs should still be runny and mine were cooked complete. Still tasty.

We walked in to get a simple coffee to go on a Sunday. We were totally ignored by three staff which were overwhelmed by 6 people seated. Appeared to be a flailing business. I would give zero stars, but I had to give one to post.

So so yummy! Fantastic service. Super friendly staff! Food is so fresh and tasty! The dipping sauce (yogurt) that comes with juicy chicken is absolutely delicious and unique! We cleaned our plates so good they could use it again! Lol

As a tourist, the bar staff gave plenty of great recommendations for what to do in the city. Great cozy atmosphere, wonderful drinks, and the food tasted good, too.

We popped in about 10 minutes before they closed and were able to place an order. The staff was very accommodating. The smash burger was delicious, super flavorful and the Caesar salad was solid. It was served inside a Parmesan crisp bowl, which was a surprising touch. Very cute decor and good drinks too!
