This company is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. We went in a request for a wedding cake in April and it seemed to be confirmed. During the actual wedding on November 9th, we called and the lady TOLD US that she saw the email in April but didn't/never put it in the calendar. Are you kidding me?? We gave this establishment HALF A YEAR to get their stuff together and they still couldn't. How are you gonna do that? How are you gonna ruin a wedding ceremony like that. Hopefully they don't ruin anymore weddings

The service here has been lacking, unfortunately. I gave it a few visits before updating my review, but it's been a bummer. I stopped in today and am kind of regretting bringing my friends here. The cashiers don't greet you and they hardly speak when you order. There was confusion between some customers about drinks and, because the baristas don't talk, they let someone touch all over the top of another customer's drink. We heard them speaking poorly about another customer. The vibes were all around bad. Most people who came in (while we waited a long time for one drink) left promptly after ordering. Hopefully the service improves. I used to love it here.

The matcha is amazing. Very green color, service is exceptional. Pastries are 10/10! My favorite coffee shop in louisiana so far.

Le cafe eblouir2112 Belle Chasse Hwy STE 1, Gretna, LA 70056If you're a fan of strong coffee, that kisses the lip or crunchy pastries that make music to your ears, then hold and behold "Le Cafe Eblouir!" I definitely found this place by coincidence, and I'm glad I did! The Tiramisu latte and the Ham/Cheese crossaint were just O-M-G! I will definitely pass by this hidden gem again next time!#Tonylameats #lecafeblouir #gretnala #cafe #pastry #coffeeshop

One million percent YES!!! I was greatly anticipating this experience due to reviews and they didn't let me down! I purchased the mini strawberries and creme stuff almond croissant, the bad choco chocolate covered chocolate croissant, the avocado toast, and the mango bingsu. I know, it was a lot but I was so eager to try it! The strawberries and creme was light, fresh, ripe, and perfectly balance on a lightly flaky, perfectly textured slightly sweet almond croissant. The bad choco was actually the best chocolate croissant I've ever had! The croissant was flaky, layered, buttery, and heavenly. The chocolate on top I expected to be a harder more fake chocolate texture but it was not, I was amazed that it's a creamy, thick layer of real chocolate with a coco powder dusting. The chocolate on the inside was a slightly crunchy texture and really came together to make this a next level experience. I also have to add that I LOVE chocolate croissants and have eaten them around the world to include Paris, Germany, Japan, and across the US but I don't buy them anytime I see them anymore because out of all those places, they usually always taste pretty close with no standouts. I found my stand out and will come back here again and again for these. The avocado toast was more filling than I expected being only one slice of toast. The toast is perfectly toasted, fresh and flavorful avocado, balsamic drizzle, fresh tomatoes, sliced egg (extra$), and everything bagel seasoning. It was sooo good! The bingsu was so fun to eat and delicious! I love the light airy shaved ice, the fresh flavor of mango, and the light milky bottom. I got the chewy mochi which added another fun texture. I would love to try strawberry next. Before leaving I ended up getting a salted caramel macaron and fruit tart to go, both were amazing!!!The setting is really clean and cozy with soothing music and the staff was delightful! I included pictures of their current menu and offerings since yelp is lacking that. Please come try this place, they will impress you! I drove from downtown and it only took 15 min and was more than worth it! I'm
