I stopped here for lunch. The service was easy and fast. I chose the salad sampler. I had the petite caesar, cranberry and pecan wild field, and strawberry spinach bacon salads. They tossed in the salad dressings instead of serving them on the side. I wish I would have asked for a small dressing on the side because the tossed dressing was very little and made the salads a tad bit dry. I love the lighting here. Very bright and welcoming. Noise level was a bit loud but to be expected during the time I was there (lunch rush).

My favorite thing on the menu is the chicken salad croissant. I didn't care for the Caesar salad. In my opinion It had too much Caesar dressing, it was too wet. It was pretty slow so it was very quiet so the service was pretty fast. The quiche wasn't too hot so I didn't eat it there. Once re heated at home it was decent.

Love this place. Fresh food and the service is always great. Staff is so friendly and I love the areas to congregate, have a meeting or just relax in the cushy chairs. Pastries are to die for!!!!

The staff (as always) are nice and friendly.....genuinely friendly! They greet you upon entering and are very patient with me when I don't know what I want. Today I decided on coffee and a spinach omelette which comes with a croissant that I never eat. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I hate being wasteful, especially with food. The croissant comes with the omelette, but I wish there was a way to just pay for the omelette and save a few bucks especially when I don't eat it, or to sub it out for something else without paying the full fee. Additionally, the plate was a bit greasy with a lot of fingerprints around the edges. Presentation is everything so it would have been great to have a plate that was nice shiny and clean, with the omelet in the center. I'm big on the details as it gives an illusion that the plate is dirty. The omelette, fruit, and coffee were very good though! I'll be back!

I stopped by here to grab a dessert to take out. This was my first visit. There was plenty of parking and there were plenty of tables inside for dining-in. Over a quick glance, the tables did look clean. The staff person who took my order was friendly. There were only a few things in the display that I was interested in trying. I decided to try a strawberry napoleon. I have never had a napoleon before so I don't have a comparison point but I thought it was tasty. I would definitely order it again.

Kind of a below average experience for me. The first employee on the line was on her phone while we were standing in front of her. The staff was goofing off in front of customers. It took a bit to get our order. The food was kind of below average, too. Disappointed.

La madeleine Restaurant standards has gone down considerably. The Quality of food is no comparison to-how it used to be. The staff are rude including the manager. The older nice lady who used to be a waitress is no longer there . Croissants which used to be a stable are so tiny. They're actually serving the small croissants as a breakfast sandwich with hardly any ingredients on it. It's a joke for 10.00. We will not be going back . Corporate better reconsider or they will be closing soon.

I ordered what I THOUGHT would be a nice, delicious, warm Nutella filled croissant muffin. However, when I bit into it, THERE WAS NO NUTELLA INSIDE. Just a tiny speck of Nutella on top. It looked like there would be Nutella in it, but no. It deceived me. I was disappointed. I spoke to the woman who served it to me and she told me they didn't fill it with Nutella when they make it. Well then DON'T CALL IT A NUTELLA CROISSANT MUFFIN. When I bought it, she asked me if I wanted it warmed up, I said yes. When she gave it back to me, it was still cold. 0/10 experience. I will not be going back.
