This is the Killer Poboys location inside Erin Rose. Although the menu is slimmer than their full menu at their regular location, they have several fabulous options and you really can't beat pairing one of their po boys with the famous frozen Irish coffee at Erin Rose.We shared the braised beef debris po boy and the seared shrimp po boy and they were both excellent. Each one was truly unique, had fantastic toppings that perfectly complemented each one. Juicy, crunchy, sour, spicy, and of course the perfect squishy bread. Take me back! I want another...

Killer Poboys is a great spot if you want a unique twist to the traditional Poboy fare. I went straight for the Seared Shrimp Poboy, which I can best describe as a fusion-style Banh Mi, and I absolutely loved it! Like many sandwich shops in New Orleans, you order and pay at the counter, take a number, find a table, and you're order will be brought to you. The staff here was great and my order came out quickly. It's a tiny establishment, but has a surprising amount of seating available. The restroom is tiny, but clean. Conveniently located in the French Quarter.I will definitely be eating here again!

Quick service and delicious sandwich. The shrimp sandwich reminded me a lot of a banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich). The pork belly poboy was tasty but there was too much liquid which made the bun a little soggy.

Only been here once, but I have heard about this place for over a decade and hadn't checked it out until I was in the quarter recently. I was excited to try it because I heard they had vegan/vegetarian Poboy options. I got their tofu Poboy, I don't remember what it was called. I think it was like a lemongrass, tofu flavor or something like that. But it was basically a tofu bahn mí, but it was delicious and incredible! The vegetables, the peanuts, the sauce, the bread, it all went together so well. Was it delicious Meal. Can't wait to come back!

* A lot of locals recommended this place to myself and my friends, so it's pretty popular * The Poboys are interesting with a Vietnamese influence. Overall, didn't compare to bahn mis or Vietnamese food coming from the Bay Area so I was a bit disappointed. I had wish I tried the sweet potato option instead of the tofu! My friend tried the shrimp one and the consensus was the same. * Service was fairly quick and it's on a busy street which is fun considering you don't have to go too far to explore* I'm glad I tried the restaurant but likely wouldn't crave or come back unfortunately.

Located in the back of Erin Rose. Came here for a quick snack. I got the braised beef which was alright. More shredded beef which is great but I would've preferred more fattier beef chunks more like the roast beef po'boy counterpart at other places. The addition of green beans did cut the richness of the beef and added more variety. These types of po'boys do get soggy but that's a plus since it absorbs those meat juices. I wouldn't order this po'boy again and should've probably got the shrimp one.

Food was yum! Enjoyed their take on a beef debris poboy, which had some interesting crunch and tasted fantastic. Hope to make it back soon a to try some of their other unique twists on traditional sandwiches.

In New Orleans for a few days, and Killer Poboys was high on my list of places to visit. This location is slightly hidden in the back of Erin Rose. But honestly it's a pro move to grab a great sandwich and frozen Irish coffee at the same time. We tried the Black Beer Beef Debris Poboy and the Seared Gulf Shrimp Poboy. Beef: 6/10 honestly not a huge fan of this one. The bread is great but the beef doesn't have a good meaty flavor. The toppings were not our favorite either. Shrimp: 10:10 this poboy is definitely comparable to a bahn mi, but that doesn't take away from the fact that this is a wonderful sandwich. The shrimp are juicy and flavorful with hints of lime, the toppings are fresh and compliment the sandwich nicely, and the sauce is delicious.Overall, we would definitely visit Killer Poboys again, especially for the shrimp poboy.

This Vietnamese style poboy shop was good. I preferred what my husband picked. He got the beef debris. It was delicious!! I got the shrimp, and it was too fishy. I wish they carried the jalapeno chips but they just had regular, crawfish flavor and I forgot the last one. I think voodoo.
