District Donuts Sliders Brew

Glad we got a recommendation for this great place to eat. It seems hard to find good donuts these days. But these donuts did not disappoint. Fresh, light, and served with the right amount of filling to dip into, the black forest donut was a special treat. While known for their sliders, I chose the salad to counter my donut. Know what it had? Donut croutons! What??? I hate croutons but these added just the right amount of sweet and crunch to an awesome salad. The place is a little small - it fills up fast. But its definitely worth it!!

I once stated that I don't love the donuts, that still stands;HOWEVER, the breakfast taco is EVERYTHING!!!!!! Chorizo Bacon Taco is the name and it is so yummy. I've been ordering it in the morning before work now for about a month. I hate when I'm done eating it because I'm always wanting more.It's a Flour Tortilla, Chorizo-Spiced Slab Bacon, Scrambled Egg, Havarti Cheese, Pico de Gallo, Jalapeno Sauce-- straight from the website. Ya'll this taco has me in a chokehold. I try not to order so much because that slab of bacon isn't the healthiest, lol. I add a lavender lemonade and my meal is complete! Also, I love the names of the donuts for the Swifties in town for the concert, blank space is the funniest. I did end up getting one just because it was cute.

I've never been so annoyed that I ate earlier before finding this spot.The food looked amazing, was coming out hot and smelt great - but we ate prior and just had room for the sweet stuff so I can only talk about the donuts.First - the cinnamon roll was amazing. The coffee also great. The service, right on point; they even helped point me towards some cool places to try in the Garden District and how to get there via the trolly. If you're looking for a spot to fulfill your sweet tooth, you can't go wrong here. Next time I'm going for the food though, that chicken sandwich looked amazing.

The staff was super friendly! She was generous in allowing our group to try the ice creams but we decided on splitting some of the donuts instead. The Vietnamese iced coffee was delish! The individuals who ordered tea had lukewarm water so that was not great. The donuts are hefty but tasty. We loved the cinnamon roll donut but I wasn't a huge fan of the others that we chose (best to worst: cornucopia, sweet potato casserole, glazed). The donut was soft and moist with a unique flavor and liked that they weren't too sweet either! The novelty from how they picture was more enjoyable than the taste.The inside dining is spacious. There are 2 tables outdoors that have around 6 seats.

A great find! The slide was pleasantly full of flavor (both the chicken and the burger), waffle fries were crispy and perfectly salted. Ice cream you can never go wrong with. Plenty of seats and friendly staff!

My donut was delicious. It was chocolate cookie dough and it had custard filling. It was so delicious we didn't even have time to take a picture of.

Really wanted to love this place because the donuts look unreal. The donuts are fresh and soft but the frosting was nothing special. Would come again to try something different.

Districts is consistently great for donuts. My preference is for the filled donuts which I think are the best and superior to any other options in New Orleans. The options change daily so it's advantageous to check their Instagram account to see what's available. My favorites by far are the Blueberry Cheesecake and the Beignet donuts. They also have other options for food but the donuts are where it's at for me.The atmosphere is typically bustling as the restaurant is typically pretty busy, but it's endearing. There is seating both inside and in the front and back of the restaurant in a small courtyard. The staff are always super friendly so great for a morning breakfast or sweet treat. =)

I've only been to District for breakfast a couple times, and I must say that I really enjoy this place as a great comfort food spot. The restaurant itself is cute and cozy, and the service is relatively quick to say you're getting REAL food. Today I had the scrambled egg, bacon and cheese biscuit with the smoked gouda grits. They accidentally gave me the turkey sausage gravy at first and that's what's pictured. I'm not a huge fan of sausage gravy, but it was pretty good so if you like sausage gravy, definitely worth a try. I swapped the gravy out for the smoked Gouda grits I ordered, and the texture was really smooth but I personally felt they were a little salty. The biscuit was absolutely delicious. The iced chai latte with oat milk was also good but a little more distinct in flavor than I'm normally used to - the chai spice is very strong just FYI.Solid food spot in the city, and I'll be back to try a donut lol.

Service was great. Person taking our order was patient and friendly. We are from San Diego and I like finding different spots to try when traveling. I found this spot through yelp.We ordered- iced mocha and iced Vietnamese coffee. Coffee was good.- had many choices of donuts. We tried the peanut butter chocolate donut. Loved the peanutty filling.- also got a scramble egg, cheese and bacon biscuit sandwich. It was good too. Bf liked how the egg was made in this sandwich.- added hash browns after our friends bought some and we tried it. This place was great. We loved the food. Had the rest of our family and friends meet us here and they loved the food here too.
