Daily Donut

I'm local to Ascension parish and have always been told that Daily Donut provides great service and great donuts. As I don't get donuts very often, I'm just now giving them a try. Very convenient drive through window so you don't even have to get out of your car. The lady at the window was super sweet and service was good. I got a dozen mixed donuts and some donut holes. Donuts weren't warm but you could tell they were freshly made. They weren't greasy and were larger than what I've seen at other local donut shops. The donut holes were on point too! Must try if you're in the area!

Nothing negative to say about this place and I've never had any problems here. The donut quality is just amazing, I always choose this shop over any other donut shop in gonzales because they just don't compare. Donuts are perfectly fluffy and dense, and the service is exceptional :)

Being new to the area, I decided to do a taste test among some of the local donut shops to see which was the best. Unfortunately Daily Donut just wasn't very good. The donuts were mediocre, but what made it worse is that I asked for 2 Bavarian, and she told me she had some fresh ones in the back and went to get them, but when I got home and opened the bag they were lemon (blecch)

Daily donut is a quaint little shop tucked on airline Hwy in Gonzales that serves up warm and fresh donuts and pastries daily with a side of always friendly service! I have patronized this establishment countless times and I've always been very satisfied by their product and service. They offer a drive thru option which can be very convenient on a busy or rainy morning! They are priced comparably with other donut shops in the area but I think their donuts are better, a little crisp from the glaze but pillow soft in the inside! Not too sweet like some national donut shops! And their donut holes are delicious little bites that mimic the same, crisp outside and soft interior! If you're every out their way, do yourself a favor and grab a sweet treat from the Daily Donut!

If hot, fresh, melt-in-your-mouth donuts are what you want then give this place a try but get there early or they might run out of your favorites. Try the peanut and jelly donut! Yum! The staff is friendly enough and the prices are right. This could be my favorite place because it is close to home but give a try and see for yourself. Happy Eating!!!

Just the best consistent donuts around. Service is quick and friendly. (but the family can only take care of sooo many people in a line so quickly at times) Everyday my son gets up on a weekend and asks.. Can we get donuts!. We do not think about going anywhere else but here..
