They serve wonderful donuts. The maple bacon bars are especially good. Be sure to get there early before they run out.

Four years ago, I moved from my beloved Arizona to Florida. Turns out nobody there knew how to make a apple fritter to save their life. Rolled up on my birthday this year and a move to New Orleans. Thought I'd give my all-time favorite sweet treat one more shot. Sure glad I did. These are incredibly, incredibly delicious. Perfect, apple fritters. Yum ... going into a sugar coma.

I'll FOREVER be a fan of a good, quality donut and this Mom and Pop donut shop delivers just that! A GOOD, QUALITY DONUT! The donuts are ALWAYS fresh and never hard or stale tasting. You can truly taste the difference in "Made Fresh Daily". The prices are low and affordable! My favorite glazed twist is only $1.25 and you can grab 10 donut holes for the kids for $1!The staff is friendly and inviting every morning! They make you feel like family, which I love! This donut shop is truly a hidden Gentilly Gem! I think I've found my new NEIGHBORHOOD FAVORITE!

Business is clean, donuts are decently good. The complaint I have is how they choose to package their products to cut corners on cost. . . There isn't any reason a half dozen of donuts should be thrown into a paper bag vs having them in a box and neatly presented.

Since I've moved back from Texas, finding a delicious donut has not been the easiest. I found Daddy's Donut through the map app and I am extremely happy I stopped. I bought a blueberry and an apple filled doughnut. The taste was superb, the donuts were not heavy, and is simply priced. The service and appreciation for the business is refreshing.

I try to make it to Daddy's Donuts almost every weekend to get a couple glazed donuts and a coffee. The coffee is delicious. Love supporting this local Gentilly gem!The reviewers who say the owner/operator is rude are WRONG. Her sassiness and humor brighten up my day - just don't rush her checkout process and you'll be fine, K?!

What a breath of fresh air (as it relates to donuts).This donut place is ALWAYS busy & they always rise to the challenge of having piping hot, oh so delicious, mouth watering donuts in a timely fashion. Staff are friendly & they don't get in the way of me and those mouth watering delights... lol. This is my #GOTO donut place!!!! GO Daddy Go!!!!

The doughnuts were delicious I would have given them another star but since I only ordered 4 doughnuts they put them in a bag and all of the icing was stuck on the bag

Lady was very sweet and quick. Apple fritter was big as my head so that's 5 stars by its self!

Visiting for work and stopped by to grab a dozen for my work. Melanie was so kind and sweet.
