The food's delicious, the service was quick and friendly and if you choose to eat there their little outside set up is super cute! After a day of drinking we needed something to soak up the booze in our tummies. We passed by this place on our way home and decided to give it a try. Billed as the home of the world's biggest slice, "because size matters," Fat Boy's Pizza is strategically located next to Pat O'Brien's. Brillant idea on their part because the patrons next door will definitely want carbs after downing all those sugary Hurricanes. The emphasis is on BIG here. 26 oz frozen daiquiris, 23 oz beers, & jumbo huge pretzels are also available. A cheese slice is $11 but it is large enough for two to share or save some for later. (A 30" cheese pie is $49 and pepperoni is $52.)We got a cheese slice to share. I wasn't impressed. Even though the server put it in the oven to reheat, the cheese didn't really melt to that perfect gooey texture. The crust was a bit hard. More like a cracker than bread. We both could only tolerate a few bites. The service was also lackluster. Next time I want a slice I'll walk a bit further to Vieux Carre Pizza.

The BEST Jamaican Jerk I've personally had and would argue the best in the city. The plantains were super ripe and chicken was excellently seasoned I personally just like more sauce which they gave me. I chose to opt out of the greens though.

Went here in a whim first thing Sunday when they were open. I have tried oak and smoke prior thru their food truck, and they were good then. However I wanted to try their breakfast. The breakfast did not disappoint at all. Everything was flavored well even the tator tots to go with the brisket and boudin and eggs. Do note that this restaurant is a drive thru concept. Therefore not much to write about from a view standpoint. Overall i debated between docking a star or going ahead and give a fifth star was due to speed of service. I understand that it takes time to craft these delectable items. However maybe with more time service will be faster. Overall, worker was very nice when ordering and providing the food. Will visit again.

Yo!!! I am a burger connoisseur and this was one of the best burgers I had in a very long time. It's a small spot pushing all the safety rules, all customers have to wear mask and only a limited number can be in the restaurant at a time. I got a burger and wing combo with some loaded fries. I will have to add a pic another time. I usually eat the food before taking the pics.

Ribmaster Soul Food & BBQ was a fantastic experience. I found the restaurant easily after noticing the bustling parking area during previous drives by--lots of cars always caught my attention. The customer service is authentic southern charm, making the ordering process smooth, with thoughtful recommendations, and you should be prepared because a line for the food can develop rather quickly. While I would have loved to see a beef rib option on the menu, Ribmaster excels with its Beef brisket. The house-made BBQ sauce is a perfect complement to the tender, flavorful brisket, which didn't need much extra sauce but I wouldn't have minded more! The sides all taste homemade and fresh--none of that frozen feel. The fries are pretty straight down the middle, though a Cajun spice or garlic fry option would kick them up a notch. The corn, potato, and seafood dishes were also fresh and flavorful. Their juices are super sweet take you back to your aunties house, made by one of your cousins with the extra sugar! Lol Overall, Ribmaster Soul Food & BBQ delivers a genuine local experience, leaving you satisfied without the typical strip mall or fast-food vibe. I'll definitely be back! 5 star local experience with kind staff.

This is the best barbecue I've found in Baton Rouge. The rib was perfectly smoked with no chewiness, just tender rib. The chicken wings were wonderful. Wonderful. Tender, smoky, yummy chicken wings. I always have my sauce on the side and I tried the sweet and the smoky. I liked the smoky best, because there's a slight spicy hint. So yummy. The Mac and Cheese is just Mac and Cheese. The rice dressing is like a dry gumbo or étouffée and was delish. As you go by here STOP AND EAT! You'll be glad you did.
