James M. "Can't say enough good things about MoPho - an excellent example of fusing Southern and Asian food styles to create something unique and delicious. The table tried several dishes, and all were excellent: the Hangover Pho ($17), Shrimp and Grits ($21), Crispy Chicken Vindaloo Sandwich ($17), and the Glazed Pork Belly Bowl ($16). You will be most happy with any of these. We also tried two buns, the Creole Tomato Bun ($10) and the Brisket Buns ($11). Delicious, and the Brisket was amazing. Service was friendly, attentive and fast (Thank You, Dorothy, Great Job!). The restaurant was clean, modern, casual and comfortable, with indoor and outdoor / patio seating. Restrooms were clean and stocked. Overall, A greafun and relaxing Dining Experience. Five well-deserved Stars."

Dawn M. "I read the reviews and was a little worried. But I had a truly great dining experience when I visited Pho Michael. I was later than expected getting to New Orleans so I was hungry. Once I got settled in, I looked at Yelp for a recommendation to eat. I was near so many great places to dine but Pho Michael won, despite the negative reviews. I was greeted warmly when I entered and allowed to pick where I sat. The feel inside was interesting, as Michael Jackson was playing but the decor reminded me of an Asian restaurant. It was clean though. I ordered a sweet tea which they add a sweetener when you order it. I won't get this again. I ordered the spring rolls with shrimp, which many reviews called them small. These rolls were so big they could almost serve as an entree. They tasted so fresh and the peanut sauce accompanied them well. For my main dish, I ordered the pho with filet mignon. It's one of their popular dishes so I figured it would be okay. When they placed a steaming hot bowl of pho in front of me, I knew I had a made a solid decision. I added a tad of hoisin sauce along with the sprouts, basil and jalapeños. The beef broth was sooooooo good as well. Only regret I had was a smaller portion wasn't offered. I ordered the smallest size available but it was so much. I tried to eat it all but couldn't lol. Service was top notch, as my server and another gentleman checked on me but didn't hover. This is a place I would visit again no matter where in New Orleans I stay."

Arthur W. "Whenever I'm in Metairie, a stop at Nudo is a must. Every dish on the menu is mouthwatering, but I can't resist starting with the Nudo Fusion wings--currently ranking in my top 5 favorite wings of all time. I also always stick with the Shaken Beef, which never fails to impress with its bold and savory flavors. The Spicy Beef Pho is an indulgent side that I usually enjoy by the spoonful, and it's a testament to the culinary magic happening in their kitchen. The service here is always exemplary--patient, attentive, and accommodating, especially when I need to take my soup to go. (A process I admittedly struggle with!) A heads-up: the restaurant is cozy and tucked away in a parking lot with limited spaces, so plan accordingly."

Joshua O. "Do you pho? This is a new try for me and highly recommend. Love me a good spring roll, pho, pad Thai moment. Ordered all of the above and would order again next time. Grilled Chicken Spring Rolls and Steak Egg Rolls were very tasty and large. I would almost dare to say a meal for one. But who does that these days? Not me. We also got the Special Pad That which came with Chicken, Steak and Shrimp. Very good and I actually appreciated it not being too saucy. You can choose to add more sauces and there were a ton to chose from. Lastly we went with the Beef Meatball Pho. Meatballs were a little too firm for my liking and different from other Pho spots I have visited. Broth was delish though and you get a TON of bean sprouts, basil and noddles on the side. Ordered through DoorDash and was ready fast and under 30 minutes. I have not been inside yet but have driven past and it's very bright and nice."

Ana B. "Follow Tea is a bubble tea place my friend and I went to in Metairie, LA. It is spacious inside with a clean, modern design. One thing that sets Follow Tea apart from other bubble tea places I've been to previously, is that they offer cheese as the foamy part of your tea. They also offer a variety of fruit and milk teas. I was intrigued by the cheese, so I got the Lychee Rose Cheese Tea. This is made using cream cheese, the same type of cheese that cheesecake is made of. This is actually traditionally a Taiwanese method of making bubble tea.My friend got the Passionfruit Tea without the cheese. My Lychee Rose Cheese Tea arrived beautifully presented. The cup was made of sturdy, frosted plastic. On top there were some dried roses. This was so tasty! I loved the flavor, it was subtly sweet, and the cheese provided a slight savory balance. The tiny pieces of lychee were an added chewy bonus. My friend also enjoyed her Passionfruit tea.I wish we had some bubble tea places that offered the cheese foam, here in Connecticut, maybe I'll have to look a bit harder. We had a lovely time at Follow Tea, and enjoyed their tasty products."

Chare' L. "Dream House never fails me, their price has gone up a few cents but it's worth the money. My boyfriend put me on to his favorite, Peach Kiwi with lychee jelly. He claims they put it specifically on the menu for him Lol. I even tried the Pandan Cake as a birthday cake, it was very Interesting and not what I'm used to but very moist and soft. The icing reminds me of the Texas Roadhouse butter that comes with the rolls. I'll continue being a loyal customer!"

Kirsten B. "I came here 30 minutes before close and Emily (I believe that's as her name) took excellent care of us! Our drinks came out fast and she was so pleasant and sweet. The teas were really great, but I'd be mindful of how much sugar you're looking for because mine was almost too sugary, I didn't finish one. Great place with plenty potential!"

Chelle L. "I love that Belle Chasse has a tapioca drink place now! I love these and am so excited that I don't have to go out of my way to get one now, although it's probably dangerous how close it is to me too. I got the Thai tea drink because I feel like these are pretty standard everywhere I go and is my measure of how good a place is. It's got the right amount of sweetness, but the Huy coffee was a bit strong, I wouldn't mind if it was a little sweeter. I was surprised that they offered some food; I'll have to come back another time to try a crepe. Personally, I wish they had more options for coffee but I think they have a pretty good selection and plenty of different drinks to try!"

Whitney A. "So I ordered from this place through Uber eats once but decided this past weekend that we'd stop in and check it out. When I ordered Uber eats I tried the Uber eats cheesecake and I'll be honest, it wasn't my fav. However when we visited in person I tried the dragonfruit mango green tea with bursting strawberry boba and my son did the mango smoothie. So the mango smoothie was great and was essentially just blended mango. The tea was good but it was way too sweet for my liking and i tasted nothing but strawberry so maybe I'll leave out the boba next time I try it. The place is super cute though and the service was great as well. Next time I'll try one of the other baked goods."

The people are so sweet, professional and super friendly. It's a small shop but there are tables to sit at if you want to eat there. I will definitely continue to be a customer! Great job!"

Mina H. "Another new Mochinut location! This one is on Manhattan Blvd. in Harvey, the convenient strip where all of the stores you need to visit are found. A perfect dessert spot to swing by after you're done shopping! The shop itself is really spacious. I'm hoping they fill it with more stuff (have to cut them some slack though, they're still getting their bearings together!) So far, they have some games available to play, an old-school arcade game, an air hockey table, and some books for entertainment.Mochinuts are donuts with a chewier texture (mochi) than what you might be used to eating. They're really yummy, and they swap out the flavors each week (plus, each location offers different flavors). The mochinuts are reasonably priced at 3 for $10 or 6 for $18. Because mochinuts are made partially with rice flour, they're lower in gluten than traditional donuts. Maybe a good option to try if you're a sensitive to gluten! They also offer soft-serve ice cream, mochiballs (basically mochinuts with filling inside), rice dogs (similar to corn dogs, but with the outside breading being made with rice flour), and various drinks.I got to try 3 mochinuts complimentary with the Yelp Elite Event perk, but I also purchased an original rice dog (they come with various toppings) and a Biscoff mochiball. This would also be a great place to pick up desserts for an event or as a gift because the packaging is SO DARN CUTE!!"
