Hit this place every morning on my latest visit. High quality baked goods in a kick back setting.. music choices not my taste though. Food was stellar though

Came here on two occassions because of how quick the service is. If the line is too long at CBD, this location is only a few minutes away - more of a bakery and quick service. Loved the brisket hash and couyon daddy. Lattes are on the sweeter side. Black sesame chai was really delicious, the hint of black sesame made the drink a bit more savory but it was too sweet for me to finish once it cooled down. I enjoyed the salted maple latte but would probably ask for less sweetener if possible. If you are a matcha nut, you will be quite disappointed in their matcha drinks, the color isn't there and it just taste like milk. The strawberry matcha taste like strawberry milk with a sprinkle of matcha.

Are you in the CBD and are looking for a great coffee and pastry? Well do I have the place for you. I visited this location multiple times during my 2 week stay. I recommend getting here earlier as this lave can get quite a line and they will run out of their popular pastries. They pull a very good shot of espresso. My favorite series were the monkey bread (which is as big as a baby's head) and the sausage roll (rich but absolutely delicious). I will definitely return here.

The line at Bearcat CBD was down the street, so I stopped by the bakery instead. I thought it would be a quick visit but we waited 15-20 minutes for a biscuit sandwich and coffee. I also got a vegan strawberry pistachio muffin that was very good. Would definitely go back, but would probably choose the line at Bearcat CBD first.

Came from "MoMo's Mongolian Grill & Sushi" (which was on 852 Carondelet St but closed in early 2024 -- and the receipt showing an address for this bakery). Not sure if it is the same owner, the food presentation does not seem comparable.

Very tasty baked goods! Especially the Pan au Chocolat. Their breakfast croissant sandwich was also good. I'd love to go back and try one of their fun selections of canned drinks! One thing to note is that this isn't a cozy sit-down bakery cafe. The bakers were playing heavy metal and having a good time, which is a not a problem at all! But if you're looking to do some work, take the tasty baked goods to-go!

I'm such a huge fan of Bearcat for brunch, so just had to try their bakery spot in CBD. The bakery is tucked away in a quieter area of the CBD, but not far from the trolley / bus stops and walking distance from the French Quarter. Other than Cafe du Monde, there's really limited spots in the Quarter / CBD for quality baked goods at reasonable prices. Love that they don't try to gouge you here with tourist mark-ups. It's a great option to add to the FQ / CBD rotation. Everything is super reasonably priced - especially the pastries. I tried the S'mores croissant, sausage roll, and sourdough bread. The prices were on par with the local bakeries in New Orleans. Super reasonable too considering the location and the size of the pastries. The S'mores croissant was huge - reminded me of the massive croissants in Houston from Common Bond. If you know Common Bond, you know what I'm talking about. The croissant was double the size of a traditional croissant. Amazingly it was not too sweet and was a light bite surprisingly - I decided to cut mine in half so I could enjoy the rest of the baked goods that I bought that day. The sweetness of the marshmallow top / ganache filling were balanced by the plain croissant. My favorite of the bunch though was the sausage roll - it was perfect balance and size. The super buttery flaky pastry against the dense rich sausage. It was surprisingly super moist. There were so many options to choose from that next time will take more pictures of. Next visit - I definitely want to try the bear claw and seasonal danishes.

I took a quick trip here with a friend on this rainy Saturday morning. We tried the blueberry muffin, which was good warmed up, and the mushroom quiche, which was deliciously creamy and seasoned well. I also got a side of the grits because they are my favorite ever. Service was really quick compared to Bearcat CBD, as it's more of a bakery/quick bite atmosphere. It was super cute inside with limited seating, perfect for a group of four or less. If you're craving Bearcat on the run or a beautiful pastry, check it out!

Best sourdough place in the area. It's self serving kind of cafe. The line runs pretty fast. Croissant is decent. It's good to relax with a piece of bread, sandwich or pastry. They have homemade lemonade and cold pressed OJ in the fridge. Manager works hard to keep the space clean and neat. Must order sourdough bread.

This place got rave reviews and was pretty disappointing. The baked goods were solid but the breakfast sucked. Cold eggs and bacon, microwaved quiche, and the potatoes were way too salty (and somehow cold too).
