The live oak grove along the outdoor, covered seating is unbelievably enchanting. It feels like a scene from a classic novel. There are no views like this in New Orleans - a gem tucked away in the riverside of Audubon park. The quality of the dishes (with the exception of a solid turtle soup), leaves so much to be desired. Scant crab in the crab pasta, a nearly burnt veal, and an odd-tasting burger on a brioche bun. The menu is pricey above its class. If only a proper lunch menu could be pulled together with less fried and saucy options...The service is charming and attentive. The setting is unparalleled in New Orleans. With a little care and attention to improving the quality of the dishes, this could be a stellar restaurant.

They have done an incredible job renovating this place and the food was really wonderful. I can't wait to go back and eat at dinner. Don't miss the sweet potato doberge . It is absolutely amazing.

Had a wonderful birthday brunch at the Clubhouse. Only regret was not sitting on the patio because it was a beautiful day and the restaurant looks over the park. We started with tasty fries covered in cheese served with green goddess dressing. I had the chicken waffle sandwich- oh my! I loved it! The chicken was perfectly crispy. They also fried my egg hard just like I asked for. Husband had the fried oyster sandwich, he ate every bite. And to top it all off, they gave me a slice of key lime pie for my birthday. Service was friendly. We will be going back for sure.

Audubon Clubhouse is under new ownership and y'all need to GO!!!! New menu, new chef, great vibes! I recently went to their happy hour and it was delightful! They have a good variety of options for great prices! $6 classic cocktails and 1/2 off wines by the glass! So if your looking for a new happy hour, check it out. They have a beautiful view of the park from the patio! As for food, the fried deviled eggs and manchego fries were my favorites! The fries come with an amazing green goddess dipping sauce that I wanted to take home with me. Now I want to go back for brunch!

I am so disappointed. The tomato soup was too salty, and I let them know. But what really shocked me was $16.00 for a glass of Chardonnay? I have been to this restaurant many times, but I will not be returning. Really, $16 for a glass of wine!! Buh bye.

The Clubhouse Café, Audubon Park. To my mind, dining outdoors on the veranda .... the stately oaks with Spanish Moss, garden and golf course views ... is the epitome of calm, stylish, Southern Class. The food is very good (Four-Star), not life-changing, but the clubhouse ambiance is million-dollar (Eight-Star). Easily one our favorite experiences that we look forward to when visiting New Orleans. The group enjoyed the Clubhouse Omelets ($14), Chicken and Waffles ($18), Club Sandwich ($7), and the Deviled Egg Appetizers were spectacular. The service, as always, was friendly, courteous, attentive and on-point (Thank You, J.P., you made our day!).I recommend going early, just after they open, and alway make a reservation to insure veranda seating. They keep strange, limited days and hours, so check their FaceBook Page for details. Also, I understand, a local corporation, Dickie Brennan's, is going to begin operating all Audubon's food services, including the Clubhouse. I am sure the changes they make will be for the better. Five Stars.

Beautiful setting. It's a shame the food is so bad. For one, thing, it is much too salty.
