Winners Bar and Grill Nashville

Stopped in with some colleagues for lunch. Food and service were great and quick. Completely unexpectedly, the owner picked up our tab on our group of 4. Really nice gesture. Highly recommend!

The bar was good but the live band was great! We needed to get away from the 100th woohoo party bus of bachelorettes looping the downtown Nashville streets so a friend and my personal savior recommended Winners Bar and Grill. It was a little outside of downtown but a welcome relief from the hoopla and chaos of downtown. We arrived on a Friday night around midnight. It was well past eating hours but I think the bar closes around 3am. We arrived to a live jam session in progress. The band was called Wrestle with Jimmy. They say they are Nashville's premier alternative rock band! They played everything from 90s classics, alternative hits, classic rock and pop-rock. Chris, the guitarist, Andrew the drummer and Chase on the bass makes this band not just entertaining but totally legit. If you hear of this band playing at a town near you, do not hesitate or think twice just go and enjoy.As for Winners Bar and Grill, it was cool with plenty of seating, inside and on the rooftop. It has two fully stocked bars and security that not only regulates the outside but keeps a close eye on the inside. If you're in Nashville, it worth checking out. Great venue for live music with decently priced drinks. Outside of the main Nashville downtown honky tonk area, which is a benefit in my mind hahaThere's an indoor/outdoor feel which i thought would be too hot without AC but it actually felt pretty cool

Stopped in here on our way out of TN. Had some lunch and beers. I had the Chicken Caesar wrap and fries! Service was on point and food was great!!

This was an amazing stop on our trip! Very friendly local bar with live music. And great band participation with crowd.

Such a fun bar! We stumbled upon this bar while in search of some live music off Broadway / it seemed to be a spot with more locals than tourist. We went on a Thursday evening, which happened to be their "whisky jam" event series - were the showcase a variety of up & coming artist. We got to see this family band that just arrived from Australia! It was an amazing vibe, full of happy people, listening to great music! I really enjoyed our night here and highly recommend it to others!

The security/bouncers at this bar are very aggressive. Our group got escorted out after just buying drinks for being to close to another persons table. They did not even give a reason until we were out. Very rude and petty. Would not come back.

Whiskey jam on Mondays and Thursdays is awesome! Incredible live music. Really loud, and I low key wish I'd brought some earplugs - or maybe just suck it up and be young. Outdoor seating up top with hanging lights. Plenty of TVs showcasing whatever game is on

Fun, but extremely packed when there's a free concert. Bathrooms were a challenge, but that's to be expected whenever there's alcohol involved. 9/16/2019 #jimsnashbash
