Sunflower Cafe

This place is slightly hidden. parking in the back. This is my second time here and not the last. It will be a staple to come check and have when in Nashville.Everything here is vegan, and packed with flavor. Their burgers are some of the best I've ever had. The jalapeno burger is awesome! Its got a tiny kick to it but the flavor is great. The bbq beef is what they are famous for but it's not my favorite.The service is super quick and friendly. All the food is already prepared and they have cafeteria like set up. You walk up order and pay and pick the food up at the register. I would encourage to try everything on the menu. I don't think you can go wrong. I can tell you one thing, if this place was close to my house i wouldn't hesitate to go vegan.

I've been eating here for years, and they never disappoint. I usually get the BBQ sandwich or wrap. Their cookie dough dessert is also so good!

A sister cafe to the (relatively) newer Sunflower Bakehouse in Donelson, this OG cafe remains a charming locale for delicious vegan eats. Set back on a side-street, this retrofit yellow house offers a wonderful assortment of salads, sammies, wraps, bowls, burgers and more. Guests order cafeteria style from friendly staff, then grab a table inside the quaint interior or outside on multiple decks. Ample parking and seating available - making it a great place for a casual meetup. The food is really delish - and so many choices. Only suggestion for improvement - consider investing in better AC. On a summer day in July with temperatures reaching 97°, the AC just couldn't keep up. But otherwise, definitely stop by anytime you're in Berry Hill for a great meal.

Such a nice treat!!! This place was so great and honestly surprised me. The food was so good. I had the diner burger and loved it. The apple pie cupcake was such a surprising and nice treat. But the kombucha???? Now that blew me away. I've been drinking different kinds of kombucha for years and this one has to be my favorite by far. I mixed the raspberry and peach and loved it so much I ordered it twice. I liked everything I tried from here. The service is great. Our cashier was so patient with us. And answered all of our questions. While my friend loved the overall look and feel of the place. Definitely want to stop by here again before I leave. This place was such a delight.

This is a great spot to go for Vegan/Vegetarian. The food is very good and the staff are friendly. I myself am not vegan or vegetarian but I am completely open to eating it. Food is food :) To the meat eaters out there, go into these places with an open mind, I guarantee you will enjoy it. A good diet consists of "mostly plants" as I heard a doctor say once before. We as Americans eat too much meat I believe. Meat used to be a treat and a special thing. Saying that, yes I am a meat eater, and yes I probably eat too much meat. Now on to the review: I usually opt for their "you pick two" (Not sure if that's what it's called) but I get the soup option and a side. I don't get to eat out as often as I want but each time I have come here, it's always delicious and served with love.

Excellent breakfast! Loads of baked goods and smoothies and other great foods. I highly recommend going if you're vegan!

Great vegan eatery no frills just great food, really liked the tahini tofu ginger bowl, mushroom burger was great too, everything was very flavorful and delicious and so filling, service was great and fast it had kinda old school eatery vibes served luncheon style

love Sunflower Cafe! Cozy restaurant, ample free parking and great vegan/vegetarian menu. Stopped by to pick up several meal bowls for the week at very affordable prices. BBQ bowl, chickpea chikn salad and a Moroccan chickpea bowl...each with either rice/quinoa, slaw or collard greens, a bit of fresh hummus/pita, garden cucumbers and a chocolate chip cookie dough dessert...under $50. And I know from past experience that each meal will be fabulous!!

After a long day of work, I was desperate to eat a super late lunch/early dinner. I ordered a "Chicken Bacon Wrap" with a side of Pad Thai Salad. Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS ! I am so satisfied right now, I can barely type lol The service was extremely quick and both cashiers were sweet, kind, patient and helpful !! I cannot WAIT to return back here ! The ambiance is casual, it's great for a quick bite or date night !! JUST COME ON IN HERE !!
