Absolutely delicious!!! I enjoyed the Seafood Alfredo Spud immensely ... fresh seafood, homemade Alfredo, on a perfectly cooked baked potato! Well worth every penny! I will be back

I do not like to give bad reviews, but if people spend money at your establishment, they have a right to know. I finally was in a position where I could finally order from One Spunky Spud. I've been dying to try them ever since I watched a few videos of him making their colossal creations. I did my order on Doordash, so yes, I know it's not going to be the same as ordering there. But tonight, you did the worst thing you could do to a patron. You made a choice for me without my consent, and you made no attempt to contact me. I selected the chili spud, who could mess up chili. Well, it must have been a favorite today, and I'm happy for you if that's the case, but I didnt get what I ordered because you substituted it with the chicken, bacon, broccoli, squirt of ranch spud. You didn't call me to tell me you were unable to prepare my food or ask me what I'd like to get instead. You made that choice for me. FYI, that's bad business. I don't order chicken online because 90% of the time, it's dry and overcooked. Guess what? I did taste the spud you sent me. Your chicken was dry and nasty. Your potato was dry and nasty. Thank goodness Doordash saw that my original order was substituted, but they thought I approved it. Doordash did the right thing, and I was able to order food that I could actually eat. So here's a little advice, first off, take your videos down because this potato looked and tasted like it had never been introduced to butter; second, never ever presume to know what substitution a customer wants. You wouldn't do that if they were standing in front of you. Just because I ordered from Doordash doesn't mean you can do Willy nilly whatever you want to. So, do I recommend your establishment? No, I don't. Your business practice is messed up. Your quality has obviously gone down since you started. The man I saw in the videos loved making his colossal spuds. Whoever was in charge tonight doesn't give 1 aoda about the customers or the restaurant.

These potatoes are HUGE! Very friendly service and the food was excellent. I recommend the veggie potato and the banana pudding! Best banana pudding I have ever had!We were part of a group of charter buses full of high schoolers going to Disney and these employees handled it like champs! Thanks for the great experience!

Holy stuffed potatoes heaven y'all! This place is AMAZING. Food network, get on this one. The social media game is also amazing, look them up on instagram and TikTok. The owners energy is contagiously joyful, and the food is out of this world delicious! Germantown location is where I went. Small parking lot available with plenty of street parking. HUGE portions made fresh to order. No phone orders after 5 PM. They stop cooking at 6, and they close at 6:30. Tuesday-Saturday. GET THIS IN YOUR LIFE NASHVILLE! Support local black owned business.

Me and my daughters came from Memphis Tn because of the videos from Tic Toc. Delicious is an understatement!!!! Phenomenal is a better word to use!!! We hate we did not get a chance to meet the guy who does the Tic Toc's, but he has 2 food Fans now! Keep up the Great work!!!

I realize you may not need to go to Rivergate Mall, but if your near there and looking for some low calorie options I highly recommend this place. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Potato and it was perfectly done and the young lady working the counter couldn't have been nicer. There's another one in Germantown that I'll be going to next

Chicken Alfredo was worth the 40 min drive to get it. Adding to my list of favorites although I haven't had a bad one yet.

Huge portions for $12.Food came out fast. Service was super friendly and patient with people who came because they wanted a picture with the owners from TikTok. Pork was perfectly cooked. Potato was baked all the way through. Skin was seasoned. The best baked potatoes we've ever had. Worth visiting Rivergate Mall for.
