Had I known there were other options past this place I would have saved my money. I ordered a cheeseburger, how hard can it be to make a cheeseburger? To describe it as meat is a travesty to anyone with taste buds. It was a salt cake. No flavor of the sauce, tomato, pickle or cheese - it was SALT. I still taste salt. I threw it in the trash after a few bites. As for service - the person at the counter was far more interested in the phone conversation on their buds that I was confused. This place should be shut down. The service is awful and the food is a heart attack waiting to happen.

There's a reason there isn't a line. Ambiance is cute but the food is lukewarm and lacking that yummy factor. Got the chicken chimichurri sandwich and tots. $20 maybe if the food was actually hot it would've been worth it. With so many great options in BNA, I'd pass on this one. All the employees had their phones either in their hands or back pocket. Where is management??

Best bet for coffee/espresso drinks if headed to terminal A/B. There was a queue that didn't seem to get shorter but their iced oatmilk lattes are solid (overpriced? Yes) Service was efficient but they did seem to get orders wrong. I love the cat theme too so it was nice morning coffee choice for me.

The only reason they get any stars is because their Coconut Curry Squash Soup was actually quite good.

Customer service was excellent! Clean and inviting space. Food was yummy and filling.

I came in today for a quick bteakfast sandwich. The young lady at the counter really despises her job and her disgust with life shows. Perhaps the place could do a better traiming on customer service in the future and hire people that are excited to be alive. The sandwich was okay.

Mayo on my breakfast sandwich. Waited for 20 min after ordering. Very expensive for what you get
