Great American Cookies

This place was super yummy! I love that you can order a milkshake, an ice cream sandwich, cakes, or just plain ice cream. I went with the build your own ice cream sandwich, I got oreo cookies and birthday cake ice cream inside. You have the option to choose two different cookies for the top/bottom. The milkshakes looked good from what I saw other people ordering and they were pretty good sizes.

Went today first time in about a year to see maybe if it got better. My shake was good but the ice cream mix in a cone was horrible. Two young gals who didn't seem to know what they were doing fixed her cone. Supposed to be a double dip. Barely came to the top of the cone. Plus she had to ask for the topping that's shows in the picture. Then she pretty much sipped it cause it wasn't solidified all I can say it was not any better than a year ago. Off the list it goes

Yum! My son loves Maggie Moos / Marble Slab, so we stopped in for his usual blue cotton candy and sweet cream combo. This location was packed on a Saturday evening but we got there right before a huge rush of people and got lucky with no line at all. The store itself was not super tidy. The tables seemed relatively clean but the floor had lots of bits and pieces of crumbs and whatnot. The staff here were all super friendly and seemed like they worked efficiently to get the line of people that came in after we ordered through to the checkout as quickly as they could. The cashier was very nice and personable! The serving size for my son's ice cream was also actually a bit more than we've been served elsewhere, so that was a bonus!The ice cream here is delicious. I love that they offer samples of the flavors as you go through the line. We will definitely come here again!

The ice cream I purchased was freaking awesome. Strawberry shortcake. It's clean and nice employees. The area is easy to park. It was worth every bite.

Ice cream! Who doesn't love ice cream?! Maggiemoos always has a great selection of flavors and toppings. It seems we visit about once every couple months. Staff is for the most part always helpful and kind. Mostly teenagers working and they do a good job. Store is always clean and nice. Stop in for your favorite flavor.

Stopped in for a quick treat after a long hard day with the kids. Tina assisted us with a warm smile and whipped us up some of the yummiest treats ever. She paused for a quick conversation and made us feel welcomed. Perfect little treat to turn our day around. Highly recommend.

Got a dark chocolate and strawberry milkshake and it was really good. Sample the ice creams first. There are some real hits and some misses. The double fudge cookie is really good that is all I tried but the red velvet special one looks really good. As long as you sample it should be a good trip. All ice cream is like homemade.

This is back from 2021 but the reason I'm still choosing to leave this review is because I think of this Hot Cheetos Ice Cream to this day!!! Not sure if they still offer this, BUT WOW, IT WAS AMAZING! The perfect blend of sweet ice cream with "hot" chips! I wish it was a common flavor in many ice cream shops!

Today I went to pick up cookies for my sons 10th birthday party. I placed an online order for the cookie tray which is 48 cookies. Order was paid online at the time of the order. I go in to pick up the cookies now granted I went at 1230 and the cookie order was supposed to be ready at 1:15. I ask the General manager as she calls herself about the order she instantly is hostile and says I don't have an order for that I don't even have 48 cookies I'll have to make them. she said did you pay for them I said yes online and proceeded to show her my order confirmation. She then says I don't have that it will be a few before the order is ready I said ok a few minutes hours days what is the eta just so I can know? She rudely says 45 minutes to an hour I said ok that's fine but you are being very rude which she was from the initial encounter. She then said to get out her store I said ok that's fine since you don't have the order just give me a refund. She tells me no can't do that I said so I get not cookies or a refund that's never going to happen. Let me speak to a manager she then lets me know she is the GM and the store is going through changes she said this is my store. I said ok that's fine then refund me. She then tells me it's people like me with the entitlement I said are you stressed out or something because you are very hostile about a cookie order. She continues to tell me to get out then says she'll call the police. I'm no criminal so I said please call them then she continued to tell me to leave she wasn't servicing me and I said call the police about 12 times before she did. The police did show up and ultimately could tell this little piece of a human was clearly unhinged. Even the other customers left and told me good luck. Not only did i not get my cookies which i wouldn't want her to bake a brick for me I didn't get my money and I was late to my son's party. I have to now go through disputing this transaction with my bank. I guarantee you the General Manager in place won't be there long she is clearly in the wrong business I wouldn't let a person with such a filthy demeanor wipe my toilet let alone run an establishment. Today was a happy day my sons birthday which is the only reason I didn't let such a low class individual bring me to her level. I would say this was definitely fueled because I'm black. Besides that I did nothing to her besides walk in and try to get my order. Her attitude is trash her service is trash. Even the police suggested other places to get cookies and said I wouldn't want her to bake anything for me either. If corporate had a number I would've called instantly and if I find one I still will. Something must be done with and or too these entitled degenerates. I had to leave a star to write the review 1 star really is to high of a rating.
