Nam Mi

This place is a go-to favorite in Houston. The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The service is excellent.

This place is so good! I recommend the pork spring rolls and ribeye sandwich! The service is always great! Very friendly!

If you like the Vietnamese sandwiches, this place has some of the best. The inside is nice, a little cluttered. Staff will attend to you minimally, you order from the counter and they'll let you know it's ready. The food is very good. I wish that there was more service and less participation required of me. I prefer being waited on. If you do this may not be for you. Food is four stars, concept is three

I was finally able to visit this fast food style Vietnamese place with a colleague one day when we were having training nearby. I've known about Nam Mi for a while and have always noticed they're one of the top rated restaurants in the entire city of Pasadena.Unlike many pho restaurants in Houston proper, this place is counter service. I think that helps the ratings somewhat. Like many other fast casual Vietnamese restaurants, they also serve vermicelli/rice bowls and sandwiches. I ordered the beef and brisket pho while my colleague ordered a grilled pork bank mi. His comments were: the pork was good but the bread was too dry. I thought the pho broth was not bad at all, while the portion of beef you receive (keep in mind I ordered a large) was pretty small.After leaving, we both agreed that the food was decent, but nothing blew us away and wanted to make us come running back again and again.They do offer one interesting menu item, the ribeye rolls, which contains tortillas that I did not order. Think of these as Vietnamese steak tacos.

This is the best value. We got two pork bahn mi, an egg roll appetizer, and a delicious Vietnamese iced coffee all for under $20! The pork bahn mi is awesome. It's a large portion for under $5, with lots of fresh veggies, tender pork, and chewy bread. For sure one of the best I've ever had.

Update your store hrs. Just drove here to get some soup just to find out they're closed at 3:00...

Excellent Ban Mi -bread is so fresh and veggies are stuffed to the brim! I always get pork but family and friends say the others a perfect! Totally recommend for good value and good eats!

Stopped in for lunch with mom the other day, great little spot. They have 3 sizes for pho: kids, medium and large. Kids size option is awesome, pho is always big to me no matter where I go but their kids size is perfect for one. Perfect lunch portion. The pho was so good, came with all the add-ins. Can't have pho without my bean sprouts and basil. You wouldn't believe the places I've gone to that don't give basil to add in, craziness. My mom ordered the Bo Luc Lac (shaking beef) rice bowl and that bowl was YUMMY! So much flavor, its served with lettuce, bean sprouts, fresh cucumber, pickled carrots, green onion, peanuts. I'll probably order that for myself next time we go. I do wish they had fried spring rolls but their regular egg rolls were pretty good. Check them out, they are located in a smaller parking lot right next to a dentist office. YUM.

In my opinion, Nam Mi is known for their consistent Pho. Personally, I love that it's the same every time we come. Thanks so much for the great food and fast service! 11/10 !
