This review is mainly for the naengmyun, which was very ok with noodles that were too mushy, and also the confusing service style. It has self-service kiosks at the front which I like and are not bad inherently, but there are signs posted everywhere saying "order at the counter" or something similar, which makes the line coming in slower as people figure out where they need to go, and it took me a reread to figure out they just mean if you're paying by cash (I think). Also, it wasn't clear if you could order at the kiosk and then pay at counter, or you need to both order and pay at the counter, and it also looked like there were two counters (one at the back and one next to the entrance, though the one by the entrance turned out to just be extra seating?). Anyway, the prices are fair and they have the yummy unlimited bone broth like sambong, but there are better places for naengmyun around.

From what I know, this is the most popular spot among the Koreans and I am now aware of why. They are ox bone specialty restaurant but they also serve other items such as cold noodles and pork items and more. As a Korean who loves ox bone soup, the broth is very rich and well made. This is my third visit and I probably will be going back. The interior is very beautiful with modern woodwork and very pretty lighting. There are many tables available. It is a self service where you order at a kiosk and wait for your number to be called to pick up the food. Everything seemed very clean and sanitary and well maintenanced. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Wonderful place! We are new to the area and have been craving some cold noodles, so we stumbled upon finding this place after some searching. The staff were very nice as we weren't really sure of the ordering flow for our first time. They have a self serve kiosk and an open to order in person. The place itself seems to be a great place for a peaceful casual dinner. The warm broth that's offered on the side is super tasty. My husband tends to enjoy just drinking it, ha.The cold noodles were amazing! They give you a lot and it's quite filling. The radish banchan was a perfect side to the dish.We also tried the steamed mandu, which not sure if they're homemade because they sure seemed like it!We will definitely be frequenting here during our time in Atlanta.

Fantastic spot for a late-night bite! Their soup is great, providing a warm and comforting experience. The prices are reasonable, making it accessible without breaking the bank. Plus, there's no tipping required, which adds to the cost savings! Also, you order by a kiosk and pickup at the counter

Similar to ssambong if you've been there where it's an order at the counter and pick up your order when it's ready. They have self-serve utensils, condiments (salt/pepper for soups, hot mustard and vinegar for the naengmyeon), water, plates, and my favorite - hot broth. So if you don't really want to get a soup entrée but want a little something, you can get some hot broth in a cup to sip on it - it's already seasoned! Overall, the naengmyeon personally is less than what I expected. The broth itself wasn't strong enough and needed a lot additional things to it. Ssambong is better in this department but our favorite is still jang won jung for cold noodles.- Naengmyeon combo with yukjeon ($19.99): cold buckwheat noodles with thinly sliced beef pancake. The sliced beef pancake is nothing special.- Naengmyeon combo with LA galbi ($19.99): cold buckwheat noodles with grilled beef rib. Weak kalbi, not just the amount but the flavor. I would come back to try the raw fish buckwheat noodles, the beef head meat rice soup and the assorted boiled beef slices.

Sincerely love the naengmyun here, which is better than any I've had in the states! The galbi is also good, although portions could be more generous. The galbitang is pretty standard fare, but the kimchi that comes with it is top notch. The ordering system is efficient, you order at a kiosk and then seat yourself. There are special tables near the far end for parties of 5 and up, which is so nice and very welcome. Make sure to bus your own table and bring dishes back to the end near the restrooms. The space was also very clean and modern, love the interior. Staff was very accommodating when I asked for to go boxes and gave me containers for the banchan. Will be frequenting this one for sure!

We heard about this spot, someone had let us know that it's open and essentially competition to Sam Bong Naengmyun around the corner. When we went, plenty of parking. I'm sure the two karaoke bars will make that a challenge later in the evening, but for us no big deal. You walk in, and immediately figure out there's two ordering machines to place your orders before doing anything else. We got bibim naengmyun, and mulnaengmyun, along with an order of pork "rib". The interior of this place is really nice. Sections are somewhat split off naturally, so that it's not one big cafeteria or conference area where you have to shout to be heard. We waited for our number to come up, collected silverware and the appropriate garnishes and accompaniment for our food and sat back down. Pricing wise, this is more customer friendly. For the three dishes we ate for $54. No tip required or requested, which in today's world is exceptional and noteworthy. The food was good, I felt like the meat could've been more aggressively seasoned or marinated- but knowing the audience is important, so it's on the lower side of the flavor scale and you can make adjustments on the fly. We enjoyed dinner, someone was kind enough to come over and help us bus our dishes. Normally you'd carry it over to the counter for processing so that was very kind. All in all, a good spot for cold Korean noodles on a hot day. They offer other items if you're not into the noodles...and I think I will be back since this is so close to the Mega Mart at the mall.Support small businesses!

This is the newest self service, kiosk, cafeteria style Korean soup shop to help with the disgruntled overflow from a similar place in the area.Plenty of seating, with a large, casual style dining hall that is beautifully decorated like a hanok village. The dishes to order here are spicy or mild cold noodles. They also have meat side combos available.Their hot soups are decent, but I recommend their cold noodle specialty.Their mandu are also very popular.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Naju Myunok for the first time, and it was an experience worth noting. As soon as I arrived, I appreciated the convenience of their spacious parking lot, which made it easy to find a spot without any hassle--something that's often a rarity at popular dining spots. The first thing that caught my eye was the prominent signage, both external and internal. It's clear they put effort into making the restaurant easily identifiable and welcoming. The signs outside beckoned me in, while the ones inside guided me effortlessly through the dining experience. Once inside, I was struck by the spaciousness of the restaurant. The interior layout was beautiful and thoughtfully designed, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for diners. The decor was tasteful, and the arrangement allowed for plenty of room between tables, providing a sense of privacy and relaxation. Naju Myunok operates with a self-serve system, which I found to be both efficient and straightforward. One feature that stood out to me was the absence of a tipping requirement, which made the experience feel even more refreshing and uncomplicated. It's a nice touch that allows guests to enjoy their meal without any added pressure. When it came to the food, I decided to try their Cold Noodle (물냉면) and meat soup, a combination that turned out to be a perfect pairing. The Cold Noodle was delightfully refreshing, with a balance of flavors and a texture that was both chewy and satisfying. The meat soup complemented the noodles beautifully, providing a rich, savory contrast that made the meal complete. The flavors were authentic and well-prepared, showcasing the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs.Overall, my first experience at Naju Myunok was a memorable one, from the convenient parking and clear signage to the spacious, well-designed interior and delicious food. It's a place I'll definitely be returning to, not just for the food but for the overall dining experience they offer.
