Moreaus Famous Macaroni

I'm not sure what world this is famous in - but it's very mediocre. The pasta is soupy. The customer service is also really bad. I had ordered lobster Mac & chicken Mac. Had the order picked up - and when it arrived my lobster Mac was instead salmon Mac. Tried the salmon Mac and it was extremely salty. I called to see if they would refund for the lobster Mac difference and they said they do not issue refunds. Which is strange as they got the order wrong & there's a price difference between lobster and salmon. She then said I would have to come back, and return the salmon before I could get my lobster Mac made. Which again is super strange in customer service when the place itself got the order wrong. 2 orders of mediums was $55. This place is not worth that price.

Mr. Fiancé kept raving about how good Moreau's is. We were on that side of town ripping and running and decided to stop there. It seems to be take out only so don't go in expecting to sit down. It's still a very nice place inside with pretty decent service.I ordered the Hennessey wings and fries. Babe got the seafood mac and cheese. My fries had mac and cheese on top of them which I wasn't too happy about initially. After consuming pretty much all of it, I'll have to retract my statement lol!The wings were delicious! I could put that sauce on everything. I also tried some of the seafood pasta and it was creamy, delicious, not overly done and it wasn't too fishy in smell or taste. I'm not in Jonesboro very often, but I will definitely suggest going to Moreau's next time I'm there.

The food was absolutely amazing! I ordered the spicy chicken entree. It was enough for 3-4 servings. It was really delicious. I will be back.

Super amazing food always. No where to sit inside, so make sure you aren't planing to do that. The workers are sometimes super nice and sometimes just okay, but none of them have been rude. My go to is usually the shrimp Alfredo, but their crab/lobster is amazing as well. The only one that was okay was the steak because it was more done than I would like, but that's just a personal preference. Would recommend trying out.

I'll tell you, dinner at Moreau's almost spiraled into a debacle for yours truly tonight, as this critic had different things on his mind and had left a certain possession of his at their counter. I'd ordered some fish tacos plus fries with cheese and bacon for dinner -- that's all. The tacos don't look the neatest to me, but they are very nicely spiced. It was the hot fries that tempted me to sit inside my parked car, lift the plastic lid, and start munching them. Now, I've covered this before, all those bacon bits are a real indulgence for a guy like me who's over 30. Still, they were a very good treat and that's all that mattered. So, there's a rap on the window while I'm eating fries (there weren't that many, but this was actually healthy in a funny way), I look over, there's Moreau's cook outside, and he's holding my credit card. LOL. He and I have always gotten along, but dude was a life saver for me tonight. And there you go: proof that the staff at Moreau's care about the customers' well-being. Many thanks to Omari!

Shrimp tacos are amazing! Large portions and great value for the money. Food is very tasty.

The food was good no doubt . I'm just confused to how I ordered at the restaurant and waited but my food still was cold . Customer service was great as well . I just don't understand how this happened. But I warned it up and it tasted great !

I ordered the veggie mac. It came with spinach, mushrooms, olives, green peppers, onions and marinara pizza sauce. It does come with shredded mozzarella and sprinkled Parmesan cheese. But it's not overly cheesy or heavy, as I was looking for something filling but still kinda light. I paid extra for broccoli and tomatoes. I found out they were out of tomatoes after I paid, so as a courtesy they add a lil chicken. It tastes really good. Nice warm and hearty. I drove up and ordered and was in an out in about 20 minutes. Their prices are slightly higher than what's advertised on the menu posted in the restaurant. And I noticed that a lot of people were pick up orders they previously called in. If you're coming, I'd definitely factor in wait time because it's made to order and some extra cash because the prices are higher. I barely made it under $20.

Food is really good! Wait time, decor and customer service is a 2.5 tho. I'd still order a head and pick up like I've been doing for years...(still have to wait no matter what but still better)

The pasta was absolutely delicious, with a wide array of mouthwatering pasta dishes to choose from. I I had the Buffalo Chicken Alfredo and the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. The Hennessy wings perfectly blend crispy and saucy, creating a delightful combination of textures and flavors.The Strawberry Pina Colada was absolutely delightful. It had the perfect blend of flavors, and the ice was expertly balanced with the delicious fruity taste. Every sip was as satisfying as the first, and I couldn't have asked for a better (non-alcoholic) drink.
