Caitlyn was an amazingly sweet and respectful hostess and really did all she could to meet our needs. Our Food was great and the server did a great job as well. I highly recommend this place and I appreciate such courteous hostesses.

Great place to go on a nice afternoon and sis outside and enjoy the view and a cold beverage of your choice. I was impressed with the cleanliness, service and the food. It exceeded my expectations. We will be back, for sure. Also, $5 bloody marys on Sundays. Do I need to repeat that. And a totally solid bloody mary. Food was all pretty good.

Might just be our new Seafood Sunday spot around here! This was our second time coming to Monty's Lighthouse and so glad we gave them another chance. The weather was a little chilly but we enjoyed sitting out on the patio last Sunday. We enjoyed their Loaded Bloody Mary and a bottle of Pinot Grigio. I ordered the Shrimp BLT and it was pretty amazing. The husband enjoyed his Salmon fish dinner too. Our waiter was top-notch as well!!

Stopped for a bite to eat before going fishing.Friendly staff and great service.Group of 3, 2 ordered breakfast tacos and I order the catfish po-boyI highly recommend the catfish po-boy it was great... large filet and plenty of fixins and the sauce was really good..Will come back again for sure

Nice scenery...overlooking the water. They had a band playing. They were accommodating with seating my party of 7. The staff was pleasant and our waitress was very nice and patient. The food was really good. I didn't particularly care for the peel and eat shrimp, but everything else was pretty good. The margaritas were good and refreshing.

Came here last weekend for an early lunch. The weather was beautiful so we decided to sit on the patio by the water. We started with drinks- mine a frozen marg, and my husband got a spicy bloody Mary. Both were great and super refreshing. We also ordered boudin and gumbo. The boudin was fantastic, and the gumbo was some of the best we have had in a very long time. For entrees I got the 12 fries shrimp and onion rings as we had planned on sharing, and my husband ordered fried catfish. The shrimp platter was insanely huge and we probably could have just shared that. The shrimp themselves were massive and fried to perfection. The onion rings were delicious as well. My husband said his fish was really good too. We had tons of leftovers to take home. Come hungry or be prepared to split something! We can't wait to come back already.

Gabriel was amazing and made sure every bit of dinner was great. Crawfish were spicy and on point, burger was juicy and fresh. We'll gladly make the 30 minute drive from The Woodlands as long as we get to sit in his section. Thanks, Gabriel, we appreciate you! Manny and Amy

I'm going to give 5 stars to Monty's for our family visit during brunch hours this past Saturday. While the food was excellent, most of the kudos needs to go to the service. We were a party of 8 with 3 kids (one a toddler) with everyone arriving at different times. Our server (my bad that I didn't get his name), was attentive and patient with the group. I'm glad it wasn't crazy busy as I'm sure they would have rather sat the whole party at once.Bottom line is the table ordered a variety of food from oysters, gumbo, mac and cheese for the kids, breakfast, crawfish etouffee, red beans and rice and chicken and waffles. All good, nothing left behind (except some mac and cheese because the kids portions are pretty large). My wife said the Chicken and Waffles was the best she had ever had, and she knows chicken and waffles. Thanks Monty's for providing a fun family environment where the kids can feel comfortable, but the adults can also have some fun!!

He went above and beyond making sure we ordered exactly what we wanted; food and drinks. He made our experience so much better. We enjoyed the salad (good variety of dressings, I tried two), main dish, and dessert. We had different beers and they had a good selection as well. Prices are fair and they have specials. - Review for the place:By the lake. Very nice view. If you are sitting outside to watch the sunset make sure you wear bug spray.

WOW. last year we went for crawfish. WOW.this year, we had a personal dinner for birthday celebration. wife had stuffed snapper, and i had salmon. i was blown away with taste and texture. 5 star.thanks for making memories !
