This place should totally have a five star on Yelp. I first visited a year ago and I recently visited about three weeks ago and this place is a gem! I went to Japan recently and I have been obsessed Japanese food. I was definitely able to get my fix here. The edamame was amazing and unique. The broth in the tonkutsu was delicious and d accompanied with a juicy piece of pork and the chicken appetizer was hot, crispy and melt in your mouth good. Our waiter was kind, gave recommendations and he was patient while we decided what to get from the menu. There were so many choices! I need to return to tryout the ice creams and pastries. I really can't wait to go back. It's a little small on the inside, but definitely has a cute cafe feel.

Momonoki offers casual dining for various Japanese eats, such as ramen, poke bowls, and more. The space inside the restaurant is kind of small, but the location is in Midtown so there is limited space in general. The service was also good. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and Crème Brûlée Croissant. I thought that the broth was a bit too fatty and savory? That made it hard for me to finish the ramen. However, I enjoyed the taste of the Crème Brûlée Croissant. Overall, I would say that this place is kind of overpriced, especially when it comes to their ramen. But I think the prices also reflect the demographics and location of Momonoki.

I visited Momonoki for brunch and had a mixed experience. The service was slower than I expected, but all the staff were very nice and accommodating.I liked their good selection of brunch items, especially the delightful crème brûlée croissant. The breakfast croissant with Japanese sausage was pretty good, and the Black Sesame French Toast was a standout. Additionally, I appreciated their contactless ordering system. However, there were a few things I disliked. The service was slow, which was a bit frustrating. The brown sugar latte was not sweet enough for my taste, and the sweet tea needed more simple syrup. The ham and cheese French toast was just okay.Overall, the food had its highlights, but there are a few areas for improvement. I'll consider giving it another try in the future.

Momonoki has good food and drink choices although you have to have a palette for this type of food. It's taste is very different so if you're a picky eater look up the menu before going in!

New drinks and pastries! Sooo delicious and refreshing. Went in to try their new peach drinks too. I love how they're transitioning their menu to become more seasonal... cannot wait to try all their new drinks.

This spot pretty cool with all.things ramen and Japanese fares. It also has a coffee shop that's creative with its coffee and matcha drinks. I went for a matcha green tea which was pretty good with a tiramisu cream toast. My friends matcha tea with Matcha soft serve was delicious but the brown tea latte was pretty average. The creme Brulee pastry crossoint is a must try. Parking is validated for two hours in modera lot

Gave this place a try while visiting on business based on the reviews. Overall, I'd recommend trying a different place for sushi as I was not blown away by the rolls I ordered. I tried the spicy tuna and the rainbow roll. The presentation was nice, clean and simple on wood plates with the typical ginger and wasabi, however both rolls seemed very bland to me. The appetizers we ordered were edamame and the gyoza, both were good, however again lacking flavor, including the sauce that came with the gyoza. The service wasn't fine, no problems there!

Started coffee Wednesday with my best friend, and this was our first shop. Absolutely loved this spot. The ambiance was relaxing. Service was cool. I had the Okinawa brown sugar latte and it was amazing, i highly recommend it. The over night oats was a first for me and now i want it all the time! Bestie had some type of tea and loved it and also had the shiitake rice bowl which i tried and we both loved! All in all i definitely have to go back!

Listen! I can't wait to come back! Ambiance: I love the cafe vibes. Clean, two story with enough places to sit or do some work. Clean. Service: everyone was so helpful and attentive! Food: They have options for all dietary restrictions. listen... I can't wait to try the shrimp katsu sando again. Cooked to perfection, well seasoned and amazing texture. Don't get the started on the stuffed matcha pumpkin croissant! Amazing! Surprisingly it was not too sweet. The strawberry matcha latte was solid. Must try!

Finally tried this spot after it being on my list for many years, and it was delicious!I had the matcha float and vegetarian soy milk miso ramen, both of which were good. The matcha soft serve was appropriately sweet and had a prominent matcha flavor, balancing out the less sweet latte without being overpowering. The ramen was also pretty tasty, but the ratio of vegetables to noodle was a little bit off--I think less vegetable topping would have been better.Menu and placing your order/paying are all done online through the QR code. I will say that the food was on the pricier side for what you get. However, it was overall a nice experience for a lunch/sweet treat with friends, especially for matcha lovers
