Stopped by after an early dinner at Sap Sua. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious pies!!! I got a 5" lemon pie and a slice of chocolate chip cheesecake. Heavenly y'all. The lemon was well balanced with tang and sweet. The crust was crisp but also buttery. The chocolate chip cheesecake was DENSE. I love a dense cheesecake. So I was not disappointed. Also shout out to the employee who entertained our group so so much. Loved him. Definitely give it a try and act on that sweet tooth!

Oh my god. I've been looking for a bakery in Colorado. We moved from LoHi to Pari Hill and found this on door dash!!! So so so happy!!!! They have great authentic German chocolate cake, the chocolate raspberry cake also a winner! And the banana cream pies were light, not super sweet, fluffy enough to savor but not to big leaving you wanting for more!!!Definitely loving this bakery!!! Will be back for more!

I've been twice now after dinner at Sap Sau and each time I've loved each item! I shared all of these and got them at different times so don't be alarmed haha.(1) Banana cream pie: omg!!! So delicious. We were both obsessed. Not too sugary, not too banana-y. The cream is nice and light. Delicious! (2) Butterscotch hand pie: Really good. It has a butterscotch cream in the middle. It's a thicker consistency. Then a nice almost sugar cookie on the outside.(3) Monster cookie: tasty but could have been a bit softer(3) Carrot cake: Yum! Lighter and delicious cream cheese frostingA nice guy was running the place there both times. You can definitely sit and eat but the vibe is kinda eh so for me, it's more of a grab and go thing. Perfect for after dinner at Sap Sau

Walked by this bakery tonight and decided to give it a try. They were out of chocolate chip cookies, which are my fav, so I asked whether they recommended the carrot cake, Germany chocolate cake, or the amores cheesecake. ... They said carrot cake.It wasn't my favorite ever, but it was incredibly moist and very fresh. If you like a less sweet/more carrot-facing cake, definitely check this place out! I'll be back to try something with chocolate.

The carrot cake is so dense and is way too heavy. Its like someone baked carrots and oil together. The cake was for a birthday and they messed up on the writing but didn't bother to fix it. Also only the top of the cake was iced. This place is overrated.

I'm really confused about this place. All of the products are delicious. The space is cute and neat as a pin. There's lots of seating and, unlike most bakeries, they keep extended hours. However, I walk past frequently and they never seem to be doing a significant amount of business. So, what exactly is this place? Since they make pasticiotti and call them "pusties" I guess this is a Utica, NY-style Italian bakery. I don't know why they're not publicizing this. Denver has several Italian delis and quite a few Italian restaurants. Each of them makes a few dessert or bakery items, but I have yet to find a full-service Italian bakery in Denver. I guess there are a few spots in the outer suburbs.I think this place is just what we need here in central Denver. I wish they would focus on a wider selection of Italian items. I also don't understand the absence of an espresso machine. A wine and beer license would also be nice if they're going to continue to stay open until 11:00 p.m.I'd hate to see this place close. I think they're on to something. I've tried the cheesecake, cookies, hand pies, cake, pusties, and calzones. Every bite has been excellent. The Web site is very uninformative. I'd really like to hear about the owner's background and philosophy for the business.

A couple of days ago I purchased some individual pies, lemon, banana cream and coconut cream along with some chocolate chip cookies. Everything was delicious! I truly loved everything I purchased. I highly recommend this place.

First, whatever you think they offer, forget it. The offerings are nothing like what is indicated on the website or the menu board in the store. Second, the prices are wrong. The sign in the display case says "blueberry muffin - $3.00".I was charged $3.50 plus tax. When questioned, the counter person just shrugged and said "I don't know. It's $3.50." All I can say is, this was my first time there and it will be my last.

This charming bakery offers one of the best carrot cakes and cheesecakes I've ever had! The space is very clean and charming, the staff is polite and informed. Oh, and if your hungry for something savory, they offer and amazing calzone selection. They cater too, I believe. I may just have to consider them for my next party.
