Mimosas

Mimosas is a dope af Black Owned brunch spot in Denver. The service was superb. The espresso martinis had a bold smooth tasteI had an omelet that was cooked perfectly. This is my spot anytime I'm in town!

I really love coming to this place. The food is great but the fried green tomatoes could use a bit more consistency. Sometimes they are the best I ever had with great seasoning and dynamic flavor. Other times they are bland and a little too wet. Their beignets though amazing!!!

Pretty solid spot! Took my (very picky) mother to a little mother-daughter brunch here while she was in town and we loved the lemonade-based mimosas! Food was also good - nothing incredible (had the benedict, and mom had the Ham breakfast sandwich) but plenty tasty and the breakfast potatoes were DELICIOUS. The employees were also super lovely, and ambience was cute.Knocked a star due to a semi-serious cleanliness issue, which I think is good to flag - I know y'all were super busy and I'm not looking for anything spotless, but I was given a coffee cup with lipstick on it which was pretty gross. That said, I was honestly prepared to be underwhelmed (the pictures don't do it justice) but I have zero complaints about the food/mimosas, so I'm sure I'll be back at some point. :)

Mimosas is an adorable little restaurant! The food was hot and came out quickly, without sacrificing presentation. My brisket in the hash I ordered wasn't as tender as I expected but not terrible. The servers/hosts were super nice and knowledgeable about the menu. My only wish is that the music was a little quieter...I'm okay when restaurants play music to curate their theme but we should still be able to hear the person across the table from us...maybe just my opinion.

Excellent Beignets & mimosas. I sat inside opposite the kitchen. Very clean & colorful. I started with the Sunrise mimosa. The very image of color. I added an order of Beignets with their house-made chocolate sauce. Richer than milk chocolate buy lighter than dark chocolate. A decadent treat for $12. I then had the Bellini mimosa with peach puree and the Avocado Benedict. Freshly made hollandaise with 2 poached eggs on arugula with breakfast potatoes. Quite good, but needed to be warmer. They have QR menus at each table, but paper menus are readily available. Their back patio is quite large.Jared F greeted me and served me. All good. The female owner said hello. I saw 3 EV charging stations nearby.

Service was 100% honest, friendly. Easily upsold us a bottle of Prosecco for mimosas. Breakfast was good just like any other, we got steak and eggs, benedict and shrimp And grits we were satisfied

Had a great time at Mimosas for brunch!The vibe: Fun, yet chill. We sat in the back in the heated tent, which was pretty warm and had way more seats than I expected. There was music playing in the back and by 2, every table was full.The food: Our waitress recommended the Mimosas toast, so I got that. We also ordered the beignets. The Beignets are smaller than you might get at a place like Lucile's, but still pretty delicious. The powdered sugar is caked on good . I enjoyed my Mimosas Toast, with eggs and a chicken sausage patty. It's not going to be moist like French toast, and it's not too sweet either. It is pretty solid, but I would want to try something more popular to get a better feel of the food.This was overall a good experience, but what we ordered was just okay! I would definitely come back to try other dishes.

We're visiting from Seattle and this is the 3rd brunch we tried in Denver. Hands down the best! From the moment we walked in the staff, ambiance and food welcomed us! We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the Ratchet and Savage Mimosa flights. Tried the fried green tomatoes and OMG they were tasty, fried perfectly and the dipping sauce has a nice bit of heat. I had the Avocado Benedict and it was delicious, eggs were poached and tomatoes were roasted, the hollandaise was creamy and seasoned well. My gf had the shrimp and grits - best she's ever had, the sauce was exceptional and cheesy grits cooked to perfection. Thanks Brandon and team!
