Jerk wings. They were out of celery so I got some cucumber slices. I think I prefer them over celery.

A fun little dive on one of the cutest streets in Atlanta. We stopped in for a casual drink before dinner, and enjoyed chatting on their patio among the convivial regulars. A great option when in the area.

They put on a fun trivia and they have plenty of beers on tap that rotate through. Their food is not good. It's very basic, but also they're not trying or pretending to be anything they're not, so it's fine. I was sorely disappointed with the fish and chips. It was four tiny pieces of breaded fish on fries. Their cheesesteak was a better option. The food is very cheap though! Also, all of their indoor tables are for six people, so there's a lot of inefficiency in find a place to sit. Lots of empty chairs, but not empty tables.

Nice dive bar with darts, board games available, and trivia! There is plenty of indoor and patio seating. We ordered drinks from the bar and brought them over to the table, so I can't speak much to the service, but it was casual walk-in and seat yourself. Overall a nice bar that is 15 minute walk from Krog Street Market / Tunnel so a nice neighborhood!

We loved taking advantage of the jukebox. As far as the food, I think they should expand their menu some. There weren't too many options to choose from. Wasn't too keen on the salmon cakes. Would love if they added wings to the menu.

Great atmosphere and a great staff. Stopped to watch a soccer game and the bartender Tamar was incredible. Super helpful finding a beer and getting a game on tv.

Good neighborhood bar feel. Bar itself is fine and there are lots of tables scattered about, plus some outside action. Dart boards, couple of video/arcade games.Smokeless Thursday was a thing. Server mentioned that Milltown Arms is now smokeless every night until 10 PM.- Corned Beef Reuben: one of the better examples I've had.- Tots: If you like tots, you'll like Milltown Arm's version.- Fish n Chips: decent. My fish was 'well done' to the point of being charred but not quite. Fries are good.Beer - they have it. Lots of drafts, lots of bottles/cans. Look to the far wall as you walk in from the street for the list of available beers. And wines.Service is good. You won't be treated like an outsider even if you've never been here before despite the place looking like a 'regulars only' hangout. It's Cabbagetown - people are chill.Parking - again, it's Cabbagetown, so don't get your hopes up. But Milltown Arms does have its own small lot to the left of the bar as viewed from the street. Otherwise, find a spot on the neighboring streets. Carroll St itself it a dicey proposition for parking. It's not only crowded, but also effectively one lane. So maneuvering into a spot might be challenging. Me, I just walk over from home.

Amazing food! The veggie empanadas and grit sticks were fresh and super tasty. The new chef is knocking it out of the park with the new menu. Also the Brussels sprout salad is amazing and my friend loved the fried chicken bahn mi.

This evening was my second time here, and I'll definitely keep coming back! I had the Sour D with a bowl of tomato soup that was so good that I pondered quitting my job to come work in the kitchen, just so I could learn the recipe. I'm always wary of ordering tomato soup because most places serve up a big ol' bowl of heartburn. Not so here! Creamy, slightly sweet with just the right blend of heartiness and not too much chunkines. The sandwich was exceptional as well, but the soup was so good I got distracted! There are so many tempting options on their new menu that it's really hard to make a choice, but I suspect every item will make you glad you tried the Tavern!!

This place is incredible. I came in and at first I thought the chopped cheese was mozzarella sticks. To my surprise this was the most delicious version of a ground meat I have ever placed in my mouth. That was only the begging of my experience on this glorious evening. Next, I ordered some drinks. Our waiter basically did a 40 yard dash to bring me back my high noon - I was impressed. Look out Usain! The subsequent part of the evening was darts. It was at this point where I felt as if I was born again inside this Cabbagetown Tavern. In conclusion, I highly recommend any local and tourist alike to come to this little hole in the wall south of ATL. Good food, good vibes, good games.

Milltown Arms Tavern not only offers a great variety of drinks on tap but the food is INCREDIBLE too! It is a Covid friendly environment and has plenty of space to meet up with friends or bring family to during the afternoon. I was just there this past weekend but I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
