Mille is a Vietnamese cafe that offers a variety of drinks and bites. This was my second visit, and we tried the avocado coffee and the strawberry matcha latte. I'd say the avocado coffee could definitely be sweeter because the strong Viet coffee really made the drink more on the bitter side. I enjoyed the strawberry matcha latte, but also felt like it would be better if it was just a tad bit sweeter. This is completely different from my first visit, when I tried the egg coffee and thought it was too sweet. Beware though, their Viet coffee is strong and not for the weak hearted! I'd say I have a pretty high caffeine tolerance as a grad student who drinks a coffee and an energy drink daily, but I could barely finish half of the egg coffee I got without feeling super jittery. This place always seems packed but it's a cute place to study! There's plenty of outlets available for charging.

A very quiet and chill spot to grab a coffee and do some work. They also have other refreshing drinks like boba drinks if coffee isn't your thing. The place is clean the service was good. Very glad to have a spot like this in Webster. We are happy that this is here because we kind of got tired of the chain boba places. Definitely will be returning!

I was sad when 85 closed during covid on this very building but after visiting what replaced it in Mille Cafe, maybe I'm not so upset anymore. The cafe is situated on a strip right outside Baybrook Mall. Parking isn't too bad. The space inside is open and airy with plenty of seating to lounge or get work done. The young lady behind the counter was nice and friendly. The menu is a lot like other modern Vietnamese coffee shops with some Vietnamese and Asian drinks like matcha, egg coffee and cafe sua da, and also basic coffee shop staples like lattes and cappuccinos as well as snacks and other beverages. I opted for the egg coffee and it was creamy and bold, just the perfect post-lunch kick. Overall I'm glad this shop opened on this side of town. If you're looking for a caffeine boost or a place to get some work done, come here instead of going to the chain coffee shops popping up every where.

I cannot convey how excited I was to discover that a Vietnamese coffee shop opened up in the Baybrook area! As a student always looking for a study spot with plenty of seating, outlets, quiet music, natural lighting, and a variety of drink and food options, Mille Cafe checks all the boxes! The modern aesthetic of the cafe is reminiscent of the cafes in Saigon, and being Vietnamese family-owned, the food and drinks are the most authentic you can get in the area without having to venture all the way to Bellaire. Can't wait to come back and explore their other menu items. Please come and show some love for this local business!EDIT:So far every drink I've tried has not let me down!Vietnamese coconut coffee (blended)Ube coffeeEgg coffeeOolong and jasmine milk teaI usually ask for less sweet and it's perfect!

Pretty good croffle with fresh strawberries and whip cream. The presentation is cute and simple. The croffle had a crunchy exterior and soft plus buttery interior.

Mille Cafe might be my new favorite place to get some work done on my laptop in the Baybrook Mall area. Authentic Vietnamese drinks and snacks. Lots of natural lighting. Modern interior. Friendly staff. What took over the old 85°C bakery space, Mille Cafe is a great addition to the Baybrook area. They have plenty of seating, tables, chairs, and outlets whether you're getting work done or just meeting with friends. They offer a variety of Vietnamese coffee, tea, drinks, pastries, croffles, banh mi, and other snacks. I personally loved their ube coffee and banh mi xiu mai. The ube coffee had that strong Vietnamese coffee taste, but was balanced out with sweet ube cold foam. Then the banh mi had great crusty bread, pickled carrots, juicy meatballs, and special sauce to bring it all together. The coffee and banh mi was the perfect mid day study pick me up that I needed.Overall, Mille Cafe is a great Vietnamese family owned coffee shop. With their unique variety of drinks and snacks, I can definitely see this place doing really well for years to come. Next time I'll be back to try their tapioca drinks for sure, enjoy!

Mille Cafe replaced the 85C Bakery Cafe that used to be there. I was excited to see that an authentic Vietnamese cafe was open filled with bites and treats that would be a new taste palette for others to try. The inside is super spacious and gorgeous. There are definitely enough spots to sit, hang out or study at. The ambiance is nice, but could be a tad bit too loud if you're trying to study, though I did see some people studying there (with headphones on). It wasn't busy when I went (no waiting in line to order), so I was a bit confused to see a mess that wasn't cleaned up. I didn't get a photo, but the carpet was filled with crumbs. All the employees seemed young, so they may not be as tentative or eager to the mess. The drinks all sounded tasty, we ordered the ube coffee and matcha blueberry latte. I saw a review that mentioned the matcha latte was sweet, but the one made with oat milk was good. I may have to try that out next time, but it indeed was sweet. The flavor paired well and the drink itself looked nice. I can't say the same for the ube coffee. The flavor was good and the coffee was strong, but the presentation was lack luster and looked nothing like what was advertised. The drink wasn't filled and to top it off, there was about a whole inch of just bubbles/foam, so it was a deceiving amount. The moment I stirred the bubbles to go away, the liquid was below the rim of the cup.

Space was very modern with natural lighting. Perfect space for study or work. Workers were prompt with my order and I got the Ube coffee! Vietnamese coffee was very strong if that's your jam! Ube foam was light and was a good mix with the coffee. Parking was in a plaza!

I'm glad that there are more Vietnamese coffee fusion places that are branching out further away from just Chinatown so that there's easier access to these drinks. This is the perfect place to either get some work done, or grab a drink to sip on either while you're shopping at Baybrook Mall or a treat for after shopping. Inside is very aesthetic and has a very good vibe. It has just enough background noise because nobody is being too overly loud. There is also plenty of seating. I love the natural lighting that this place gets too, from the windows.I tried the Vietnamese Ube coffee, and it was so delicious. It had just the right amount of flavor of Ube in there, to where it's not overpowering the coffee. The combination together was so great. I really liked it, and would get it again. It's very comparable to other Vietnamese Ube coffees that I've tried. I also got the brown sugar croffle as as snack, and it tasted really good. I thought it would be crispier though, but it wasn't. My only complaint is that it was slightly soggy.I will definitely come back here when I'm in the area to try other drinks. There is plenty of parking as well because it's in a big plaza.
