This palace has to be the best restaurant in all NMBOnce you walk in you'll fight a dark intimate vibe that will set you right for a nice dinner.We sat at the bar and both our bartenders wet awesome. Rachel was our bartender, she was nice, knowledgeable, attentive and she definitely know how to make a kickass sidecar.Highly recommend the cat fish tacos, the oxtail egg roll and the wings.Everything we ware hit the spot.

Always start with the Brunch positives!The Hawaiian Steak and eggs and the skillet mac and cheese were absolutely fire! . The drinks were also amazing as was the service. The oysters were just ok.Now the ambiance for a Sunday brunch was shockingly like a funeral, a small funeral of maybe 8 people in total were there. Im thinking, I chose the wrong weekend but the vibe was not vibing AT ALL!Moving on, tell me why on earth did I have to pay $10.00 for valet in an empty parking lot and the 18% service fee is still an Unsolved mystery. Yes the 18% service fee is posted and no it is not the tip, and yes I did still tip 20%. I could certainly understand a service fee for a large party that is truly understandable, but every table regardless of party size wow and wow!Would I dine in again, never say never but probably not. Would I do take out service Absolutely!

I visited for a birthday brunch. The menu is filled with delicious updated Southern fare. There are about 6 different entrees with grits choices. Waffles, pancakes & chicken & waffles of course!! The cocktail selection was also amazing! Mimosas & Mojitos came in a variety of fruit flavors to choose from. The decor is very tasteful & IG worthy. The bar area is beautiful. Wait till you get to the bathroom area. There's a foyer covered in greenery. My party took lots of pics there. The service was very good. Maybe a little slow but I think our server allowed for time to visit and celebrate. Although it was a trek to come here. I would come again as the food was delicious My shrimp and grits were the creamiest I've ever had & the biscuit was absolutely amazing l!!

I came here on New Year's Eve for a dinner party.They set aside a private room for us and that was an intimate touch.Unfortunately, our reservation was for 8pm and they closed as 9. Most of us arrived at 8:15, so we had to put our orders in by 8:40 before the kitchen closed. Despite them being closed, Kenny was a patient server who kept the evening moving. I had the rum punch and loved it.I regret not trying the biscuit.I got the crispy cilantro shrimp, which was good. The shrimp were big too. It had a little kick.The Mac n cheese was great too!I'll definitely return. I'm excited to try their happy hour.

Upscale soul food restaurant located in North Miami Beach, very nice inside but small. The food was amazing and the grits was creamy and delicious. The peach and mint lemonade drinks was amazing and the fish was cooked to perfection. The honey butter biscuit is basic and not really worth $5.00 and if I order again i would prefer without the honey cause it was too much poured on and too sweet for my liking. The only con I can say is the place is small and the tables are too close to each other and you're very close to other guests. There's a 18% service charge on your bill and you can give an additional tip if you like. I would love to come back and try dinner.

I've been thinking about the shrimp appetizer since I left. The restaurant is very cute and intimate. The waitstaff are all so nice and accommodating. Not that we needed much accommodation. My party got the steak, chicken and waffles and I got the shrimp and grits which I ate before i could grab photos. Rookie mistake. But the SHRIMP??? I forget what that appetizer is called but I believe it has cilantro, and a sweet sauce. It's absolute perfection. Everything that we ate was beyond expectation. We left full and uncomfortable lolI hate that I didn't get a chance to eat here again before I left. Reservations were hard to come by so def try to reserve before hand. It got pretty busy. They have an oxtail lasagna there on my hit list for when I return to Miami.

Food was good, went for happy hour and my waitress was nice. The atmosphere of the inside was very low lighting.

This is review is strictly for the cocktails and amazing bar staff.Let's starts with Master Mixologist Gorilla Kie who made me a DELICIOUS custom drink based on my aura. The drink was made with freshly juiced cream de coco, freshly pressed mango, watermelon, and lime juice, topped with cucumber, Basel and her signature gold dust because everything she touches is gold!Then my new best friend in my head Paige served me 2 custom drinks as well. I didn't remember that I was a gin girl until Paige reminded me. She made the drinks taste so refreshing that I couldn't even tell I was drinking gin. My favorite of the two was made with gin and cucumber. When I say DELICIOUS is an understatement- believe me. In fact, if you don't, just ask for Paige and tell her you want the "Za Harvey" (named after myself and the head chef). Show her picture if you have to! Because babyyyyyy! We were greeted promptly when we walked in staff was very attentive. Our server was Kenny she was very friendly and attentive. Food was amazing I had the wings which was great seasoned rhe mac and cheese was amazing clap hands the cheese was on point. The snapper taco was okay. The shrimp was delicious. The drinks was a little on the sweet side for me. The hibiscus tea was a tad bit too sweet for me as well. But every thing wad great and I will be back. They have a happy hour from 4 to 7 that you should try out. The atmosphere is a vibe the music on pint chill 80s 90s which is fabulous which I live so I will be back to try the oxtail lasagna which everyone raved about. The ambiance of the establishment is a cool vibe like a longe feel. I love it check them out I live to support my people. I will be back soon thank you for a great experience.
