I've always come here and to many other Crema locations across South Florida to study, but today was a terrible experience that really ruined my history of frequenting Crema. After arriving early and sitting down at a large table that is often used as a communal table, a few people sitting at either end, with space for my friend and I's computers and multiple dishes and drinks that we ordered, we got into our studying. Approximately 30 minutes after arriving, an employee came over to question us about if we were going to have more people coming, if we had more dishes on the way, etc. She said that we needed to move because a family had asked for our table, it is for "families" and we are not a family. Mind you, this cafe is first come first served, there are no signs or policies posted to that effect. Also, I've been here 10s of times and no one has ever been asked to leave. The table ended up being taken to sit and have a child's birthday party. I'm sorry but I didn't realize this was a place where you can make reservations and take people's tables to accommodate your last minute needs and displace people who had already ordered and were patronizing the establishment . Spoiler alert - it's not - it's first come first served. Shame on this Crema for deciding who gets to sit where based on whether you're a "family" or not, imposing your patriarchal views of what a "family" is. We were paying customers who intended to purchase more food and drink items. This experience really soured my experience of frequenting Crema weekly and I'm not sure I'll come back.Edited to add: Also, it is 80 degrees, not raining, and every table outside was open as were some large tables inside. I guess since they wanted our table, that's the one they got. Since when do some paying customers get to displace other paying customers?

I recently visited Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar in Dadeland for a birthday brunch, and while the ambiance was pleasant, the food didn't quite hit the mark.Avocado Toast: This was a letdown, lacking both creaminess and flavor.Croissant Sandwich: It was okay, but a bit small, especially if you're a hearty eater.Turkey/Spinach Breakfast: It was decent but nothing to write home about.Roasted Potatoes: These were meant to be crispy but ended up being quite lackluster.Overall, the experience was underwhelming, though the atmosphere might make it worth a visit for coffee or a light bite

I never give such low reviews. But the service here has never been so terrible. I ordered my food and then for some reason wasn't charged for the almond butter that came with my açaí bowl. The server came out with the receipt to prove to me that I didn't pay for it. I didn't mind paying for it but instead of taking my card and charging me for it, she made me wait the line as my açaí bowl melted. Then I ordered a side of bread with butter since I had to go back and the staff was rude and we waited more than 20 minutes for a side of toast with butter. It wasn't even busy. The owner isn't here one day and the staff think they can just act however they'd like. Don't get me wrong the food is good but honestly I don't feel like coming again. The only person that was nice was the lady at the register that took my order. I didn't quite get her name but she was very friendly and approachable. PS: I didn't capture any pictures because I've already been here before and it's always just a quick place to grab breakfast with some of my girls and catch up. Unfortunately they ate without me since I had to wait in line once again.

Friendly staff, good coffee, and a nice croissant, though I didn't really eat much that day, all the friends I went with seemed to have enjoyed their food. I definitely is a good place to sit down and talk while eating breakfast, very well illuminated and they validate your parking.

First shock was how expensive this place is! I enjoyed my iced espresso and pancake breakfast but my husband did not enjoy his quinoa bowl. It lacked flavor and was boring. Two orange juices and a croissant round up our order and we spent about $75. The service was okay and the vibe was calm for a Saturday morning. I'll probably come back again but just for a coffee.

This is the spot! I love their Coral Gables location. It's right in the heart of Coral Gables. This beautiful espresso bar has quaint outdoor seating with umbrellas and bar and lounge seating inside. I love so much from their menu but my regular order is either their green juices or their lattes. The service is phenomenal whether i'm staying to study or just picking up to have a little caffeine on the go! Obviously, I will be back.

I was really excited to try this spot because it seemed to have great reviews, but I was disappointed in the food. Gave it three stars because all the staff members were friendly and visually the food looked great.Ordered at the counter and then chose a table outside. My food was brought out pretty quick (15 mins). I had an avacodado toast with eggs over easy (which you have to pay extra for) and an açaí bowl. To drink I ordered the detox power drink. The avocado toast had no taste, it was super bland. I had to add a lot of salt to make it some what better. The açaí bowl, my favorite thing to eat, might have well been açaí soup. The fruits were really fresh, I enjoyed them, however they did not put the banana slices. The ambience was good. It's a place that you can go by yourself or with the family or friends. Tables are small so if you're going with a group you'd have a hard time getting tables together. Inside and outside seating. Liked that they were playing holiday music.

Was my first time going to Crema Espresso Bar in downtown Dadeland. Great afternoon spot for a meeting, or getting some work done. I had them make me a cafe con leche and ham and cheese sandwich, which was my child go to breakfast. Great environment, great coffee and great eats. Definitely would go back for another meeting.

Yes indeed it's cozy; inside and outside. Truly lovely place in the heart of this urban living and commercial development. I enjoyed a latte and a croissant and it allowed me to start my day lovely and surrounded in a nice environment. It may be a little pricey but it's so worth it. Go and give it a Brunch!

Excellent ambience and delicious coffee Very helpful service too. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Extremely close and easy walk from the Dadeland Marriott and much better coffee and food.
