Their restaurant delivers our needs with breakfast/lunch/dinner. Their service went beyond our expectations and made us feel at home. Its ambiance is perfect for a beach vibes romantic getaway.

Dined there twice during our stay: you can expect mediocre, overpriced food. Dishonest about and advertising "homemade" granola, when in fact serving some cardboard, cheap, mass produced product from Sysco, most likely. The meat in the Bahn mi sandwich was so tough , it was inedible.

So, so, SO beautiful!Came here with some friends and we were all blown away by the outdoor seating and view. If weather permits, definitely recommend that. For food, I had the chicken pesto sandwich which was delicious and very filling. A decent sized portion, if you will. For drinks, I'd recommend the Miami Sunrise, SOOOO Yummy! Staff and servers were very friendly and tended to us right away! Our waitress was really, really sweet and nice. Will definitely return!Heads up- Valet is $15 but they were really quick about getting our cars.

I absolutely love this place. This was my first time coming here. We really enjoyed the views of the water and the boats going by. I had the spicy margarita which was light and refreshing. My friend had the prosecco. Both drinks were incredible and paired nicely with our appetizers. We ordered the tuna tartare which was so fresh and delicious. The balance of the smooth avocado combined with the salty soy sauce and crunchy rice cracker was a dream. We also ordered the short ribs mac and cheese. It was so cheesy and had a nice crunch with the breadcrumbs. The short rib meat was succulent and it combined nicely with the cheese. I highly recommend this restaurant. We had Marissa as our server. She was very welcoming and made our experience extra special. This is a beautiful restaurant both inside and out. It is perfect for those on vacation as well as others who live locally. A great place to bring a date, friends, or family with a beautiful view of the water.

I have really mixed feelings about this establishment. I'll start with the good: the view was 5/5, just perfect. We came here in the morning and there was plenty of outdoor seating overlooking the water, with a wide view of the bay, of the beach, and of water activities, which was entertaining and beautiful. From start to finish, the service was superb. The restaurant is also located inside the Ritz, which is pretty glitzy and polished. The negative: false advertising - the menu listed on the website (which looked enticing and led me to make a reservation) was different from what was actually presented to us. Furthermore, the prices on individual items charged to our bill were actually higher than what was listed on the menu, which seemed dubious. Subpar food - the tuna tartare did not taste fresh and served with two fried chips, of which we ordered two more and for which we were overcharged an additional fee. "Margarita" pizza consisted of unremarkable diced tomatoes and small pieces of arugula. The goat cheese salad was pretty delicious, but tiny in portion. $15 for valet parking.Overall, I felt fairly disappointed in my experience here. It is a beautiful venue, but beware of the lackluster food and mismatch in prices listed.

This is a great restaurant but they were having an off night when we arrived. They had a large wedding reception to address and the bar tender did not show up that evening. We showed up early for a drink outside before dinner. After ordering at the bar, they said "sit anywhere". We found an empty table without any decorations or cutlery and this really threw them off. We had to ask for glasses (for water, silverware, napkins... all after the food arrived.

The first thing you notice about this place is the view. You can't beat it. Even with the wind blowing we were able to walk along the terrace while we waited for the rest of our group and just soaked in the view. Our server was super sweet and gave us recommendations from the menu. She was patient when some of our group got delayed and never hurried us, which we greatly appreciated. The menu isn't particularly big but there's something for everyone, including an impossible burger, which can be hard to find at such good quality. We ordered lots of different entrees and all were delicious. The sides available included regular fries, salad, fresh fruit, or my favorite...sweet potatoes fries (yummy)!Their standard burger was flavorful and juicy. Both the girls who ordered the poke bowl raved about it. The menu isn't particularly vegan friendly but it is vegetarian friendly. The desserts all sounded so good but we opted for the cheesecake...a solid choice!Beautiful view, friendly staff and good food...the perfect spot for Sunday brunch with the girls (and a perfect unplanned end to our bachelorette weekend).

Nice restaurant on the water inside the Ritz Carlton Bal Harbor. Inside and outdoor seating with a delightful duo singing. Nice menu selection. We had the rib eye, hummus, and fish. All we're delicious. Service was shamefully slow but the fault lays with management. Full house and tremendously understaffed. Our poor waiter was running ragged.

The view is terrific. Staff is friendly but slow. The first morning that I ate breakfast here the food was cold when it arrived. Eggs and bacon were good. The potatoes are so-so, pretty much the same standard as one would get at a Denny's--yet much more expensive, of course. It's convenient if staying in the hotel, but I would not recommend making a trip to dine here otherwise.

The artisan beach house was a great scenic dining experince at the very upscale "Ritz-Carleton" Bal Harbour hotel. I went here to celebrate my birthday and the service and views of the harbour were excellent although it was rainy when we arrived. We started with the guacamole and chips and it was very fresh and tasteful. For the main course I had the churrasco steak that came with delicious yuca cut fries. I had seen the chocolate martini on yelp and wanted to try it myself and it was pretty good although it could have been stronger. For dessert we opted for the chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream which our server comped, since it was my birthday. It was on the smaller side, but very good.Overall I would return but hope they can expand the menu and bring back their brunch after COVID.
