7 Spices Mediterranean Restaurant & Cafe

My husband and I decided to stop here for lunch on a Saturday. We love Mediterranean food and the restaurant had great reviews. We arrived and were able to be seated right away. It was easy to find parking which was located behind the restaurant. The ambience is really nice and the waitress was very attentive. We ordered the chicken skewers and chicken shawarma bowl. Both were really delicious!

It was ok. I asked my date how he liked his meal and he nodded no.I asked my date if he would want to return and he said no.He had the mixed shawarma bowl.I had the salad with burrata.Mine was good. Salad dressing was overly sweet.For the price, my bowl should have been larger.Came home and fixed sardines.

A great menu, so many great choices! A lovely atmosphere with white tablecloths. Generous portions and service with a smile. Extremely delicious! So happy this is within an hour of my home.

Absolutely delicious, the food was very savory, the meat was very tender and the fries were crispy and tasty. The restaurant had a very elegant and lovely decoration. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Something classy in Hallandale is a rare find. This restaurant is in a new building and offers Mediterranean as well as American dishes. They have specials throughout the week (see their website) and happy hours. Parking is in the back (west) of the building. Restaurant was nicely decorated and clean with enough tables inside and out to handle a good crowd. They also have a bar area if you so chose. Not 100% authentic, but it really doesn't have to be. The music here, both the choice of music and the level of it was great. Portions are huge, prices are a little higher than what I expected but not a rip off. Staff was very friendly and everything was done correctly. So a plus for service as well. I had been meaning to stop by and I'm glad that I finally did. They have an all day breakfast menu. Really liked the falael burger and the rocket burger got a rave review as well.

It's a mediterranean restaurant yet there's no mediterranean person working there. The foods a bit overpriced, but their 7 spices rice is good. You can do just fine living without going to this restaurant..

I met a girlfriend for lunch here last week and had an excellent experience.I'd found the restaurant on Yelp so I had no idea where it was or how it would actually be, but it did have good reviews. Turned out to be located on the first floor of an office building. The parking lot is located behind the restaurant and gets quite busy. The restaurant is small. In addition to all the inside seats, there is a patio with outside tables fronting Federal Highway. We had very good service throughout.While waiting for her arrival, I ordered some hot mint tea. I was expecting a cup and instead received a pot. I was able to get quite a few glasses from the one pot. They have other drinks, as well, both cold and hot.We decided to share their Mediterranean sampler plate. It's listed under their starters, but it was a perfect size for the two of us for lunch. The plate had creamy hummus, chunky baba ghanouj, refreshing tabbouleh salad, vegetarian falafel balls, a crunchy purple cabbage salad, pickle slices, and kalamata black olives. There were a number of soft pita wedges on the plate, also. My friend thought this was the best tabouleh she'd ever had as it had a tasty dressing. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. And I even brought some leftover baba ghanouj, pickles, and red cabbage home.The shawarma that the table next to us ordered looked very good. I'd like to come back and try some of their other menu items.

The food was pretty good. I had the 7 spices burger which was ok, the grill char flavor was very prominent. The calamari was great, a little small (14 pieces, I counted). They only have canned sodas which go for $4.90 each. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating tables are very close to one another. Our server was very attentive. The place is decorated nicely. If I go back, I'd get a gyro in a pita. They looked really good.

Wow!! Authentic Mediterranean food. Absolutely delicious!Appetizers: Hummus w pita, Cheese empanadas w Guava dipping sauce! Entrees: Chicken/Lamb Shwarama w rice, pita and salad and a Salmon power bowl w Almonds and Raisins. Bursting w flavor! Not salty orOver seasoned! Dessert: Baklava the perfect end to a Fantastic meal! We enjoyed it all! Decor: inviting, cozy and unique. A must!!

Great new place. Loved the atmosphere. Food was fresh and excellent. Will certainly go back.
