"The catfish is Amazing. Best catfish I think I've ever had. The famous shrimp was my second favorite thing. The sauce is like a marriage of sweet and sour plus buffalo. And the shrimp quality is high. Staff was so friendly and letting Momma and Her son were the highlights! Such great people."
"Came by here from a recommendation and was not disappointed.Their claypot dishes are indeed delicious. I tried their Pork Ribs Claypot Rice and Shiitake Chicken Claypot Rice. Although both were delicious, I enjoyed the Shiitake Chicken more (lots of "bones" in them ribs). The chicken was soft and meaty, the overall flavors in the dish was well-balanced, and I didn't feel like there was too much or too little quantity of food. The service was great overall with the staff being very friendly and the food coming on in reasonable time. The restaurant itself doesn't look very different from the business that used to do be here, which is not a bad thing--just an observation. Will be coming back to try them again!"

"Delicious pizza and great wings!I was having a rough day at work so I wanted to grab something fast for dinner to refuel and keep grinding. We got the half and half 12 inch Al pastor and carne asada pizza and a half dozen order of wings.Wings were crispy and came with your choice of dipping sauce and I opted for the cucumber ranch. The pizza was the star though! The Al pastor was my favorite with grilled pineapple and porky notes playing delightfully off of each other. The carne asada was no slouch as well with so many flavors. Delicious salsa and garlic combined with carne asada on a perfectly cooked crust. Staff was super friendly and it's clear they care about the quality of their food as everything is made fresh. Eat here! You'll def leave with a smile on your face (now I want a 12 inch Al pastor for myself)"
"I've wanted to come here a for a while now and I'm glad we did. My boyfriend and I got a gyro and a 10" Philly with onions and mushrooms with fries. The Philly was chalk full of meat and fillings, it tasted great, especially with the melted cheese. The size of the sandwich was "just right" as well, with left overs for tomorrow. The gyro was good as well but I think it could have had a bit more meat. It was a standard gyro, not great but not bad either. It hit the spot. The fries literally tasted like McDonald's fries. We half wondered if the vendor for the McDonald's next to the restaurant supplies their fries too, they are that similar. Next time I'd love to try a boba if the pearls are made and ready. I will definitely be back for a burger, and some different sides."
"Wings were large, juicy and packed with flavor!!! We had buffalo and bbq, my husband demolished all of them in record time, lol. Bacon cheese fries are the perfect guilty indulgence that satisfies like no other. Fry seasoning is the best! And the kool-aid......I think even the Kool-Aid man himself would be impressed, it's that good!"
"Great customer service, this was my first time at an ATL wings restaurant, the woman at the counter was very nice and helpful when I asked about wing flavors and spice levels she was very knowledgeable. I ended up ordering a 10 piece traditional meal with ATL seasoned fries, a koolaid and my wings were half chefs special and the other half honey habanero. Both were really great! The honey habanero was not hot at all just perfectly sauced and had a sweet and spicy taste. The fries were a 10/10, crispy but not burnt, nice shoes string type fries and not oily at all so that was great. The ranch was good too, a little thicker than I'm used to but it was good. Overall a great experience, the price was around $20 for the meal which is a little pricey but the quality was there so it was 100% worth the price. The chicken wings were a perfect size and meaty!! They were really well sauced too, not too overboard with the sauce and not dry, just perfectly covered in flavor!"
"My wife and I were passing through Casa Grande on our extended anniversary vacation. As we were driving into town, she was reading Google reviews trying to find us some dinner. She came across the reviews for The Bird Box. Conveniently, it was not far from the hotel we were staying in so we decided to give it a try. As we pulled up I was a little worried if I'm honest. There was no one there. Based on the reviews I expected the place to be hopping. We walked right up to the window and chatted with the owner (sorry, didn't catch his name) who was super friendly and personable. We placed our order and he went to work. I got the brisket and shrimp loaded fries and wanted to try some of the wings (I looove a good wing) so I ordered 6 of the honey garlic. My wife ordered the catfish nugget plate. The food was ready relatively quickly, probably because we were his only customers at the time. The catfish was really good! Best I ever had? No, but really close. I mean REALLY close. The hush puppies and fries were excellent as well. The wings were fantastic! Large, meaty, juicy wings that were well cooked but not over cooked, as chicken should be. The honey garlic sauce was probably some of the best I've had. The loaded fries? They were something else! Maybe fries loaded with tender, flavorful brisket and honey garlic shrimp is a normal thing where you're from. They definitely are not where I live. They were lightly seasoned with some ghost pepper seasoning that gave the perfect amount of heat as well. Casa Grande, y'all are sleeping on this food truck! There is absolutely no reason why there shouldn't be people lined up down the block."
"These wings are fire!!Was grabbing a pizza at another restaurant and I had to get some wings with it. So I stopped at ATL WINGS on Roosevelt. We were quickly greeted as soon as we entered. It was our first time so we asked some questions and received some suggestions from the worker. We ordered a 24 piece and fries. With the 24 piece you can get up to 4 different flavors. So we went with HOT, an equivalent to a classic Buffalo wing, Chef Special, Lemon Pepper, and SPICY ATL. If you can't handle spicy, stay away from SPICY ATL. Its super hot but so good! The place is casual. You order at the counter and then sit at a table and wait for your order. There are plenty of tables throughout to choose from. The wings were good, meaty, and juicy. The service was great! The fries were a little soggy for my liking.ATL Wing, we'll definitely see you again!"
"What's crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and will have you kicking your fingers? The wings at ATL Wings on Goldwater in Scottsdale.Being a Georgia girl, my first thought was that ATL meant Atlanta. But I was informed by T that it means All The Luv. Luv was certainly evidenced in the taste of the wings.Wings are discounted on Tuesdays with the purchase of fries and a drink. I think Taco Tuesday might have some competition ."
"I'm really impressed! First time trying this place last week and we already came back for seconds. Their popcorn chicken was a hit with the kids. Nice big pieces and large portion for the price ($6.50 now). I did notice within a week the price has gone up by 50 cents which sucks but still a good price for the portion size. I decided to try their spicy sandwich on the second visit. Not really that spicy, just a slight kick. I feel like for the same price, the popcorn chicken is a better deal. Can't wait to try other items but so far I really like this place. Glad that you can order on kiosk and food comes out really quick. Perfect place for a quick bite."
"We order the "Pomodoro" which comes with tomatoes, garlic, basil, ricotta, and italian seasoning and I always order it with extra ricotta, and add mozzarella, with a sicilian crust. We've ordered other things from here but this has become our go-to order.Absolutely love how cheesy it is and how pillowy soft the crust is. I've ordered it for family, and friends on multiple occasions and everyone seems to love it.Staff is friendly and prices are decent.Sardella's is local and family owned, they have a couple of locations in the valley."
"We were hopeful this might be a good location since our order was prepared so quickly. Then we opened the box...the pretzel pizza had all the salt dumped heavily only in one area. It was so bad we had to just laugh"

The ambience was very pleasant. The neon lights and decor I did not expect but was nice. Server was polite and courteous. Mac and cheese was very good and so was the coleslaw. Chicken was cooked just right with food spices.

Q: What's a chicken's favorite vegetable?A: Bok bok bok bok bok choy! What better way to spend a Friday than with some gal pals and good food? I ordered a #21 Spare ribs clay pot and a HK-style lemon tea for myself while some housemade fried fish filet, beef chow fun, and deep fried buns with condensed milk was shared between the four of us. All were oh so good.First things first about those who haven't had claypot rice: The rice is supposed to be crispy. That's arguably the best part of claypot rice! Yes, it takes 20 minutes to make (and it says so on the menu). Why? Because it is made to order. The rice goes uncooked with your chosen topping/entree, and it gets baked together. It's essentially an individualized casserole dish. Some soup gets served on the side, and while it is tempting and tasty to eat on its own, you pour the soup into your claypot rice towards the end to eat with the crispy rice. It's essentially part two of your meal. Claypot rice is also served with a special soy sauce based sauce you can use for your rice once you eat all the yummy toppings. As for all the other good eats, they were good! The housemade fish filet is incredibly delicious. Don't be assuming you're getting frozen stuff here. It's moist and tender and comes with a nice sauce on the side. The beef chow fun showed great technique with no broken noodles and lots of flavor. As for the deep fried buns with condensed milk, it's a nice sweet treat before the start of the meal. As for the HK-style lemon tea, just get it! I love this place! I can't wait to introduce more friends to this great eatery. I'm wishing Claypot Kitchen much success!

I'm not from NY, but grew up on the East Coast so I do love me some New York Pizza and know the difference. Thin Crust and it's all about the dough. During Lunch, getting one of the combos is your best bang for the money as you can go with a few options. I went with a Slice, 4 wings & a drink. The slices aren't super big so I went with a 2nd for about $3.50 more. Look to the right of the main wall to check out the specials as the others mix it up and include a Salad and maybe a 2nd slice. Had the lemon pepper wings (dry rub) 4 per the lunch order. The housemade meatballs were tempting, but I knew that splurging for lunch wasn't gonna help my day so I passed... I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to try. Next time, I'm going all in and getting a full Carne Asada pizza.

A hidden little gem of place. This family run restaurant cooks to order and offers much more than cheesesteaks. They offer burgers, gyros, wings and they have hot or cold subs. They also offer various drinks like shakes, Frappes, italian refreshers, and some boba. If you are missing your small deli experience from Philly or back East, come try this place out. The steak sandwich lured me in (comes with 4 toppings) and I will return again

I was definitely blown away with this place. I just moved here from WA so I was looking for good restaurants in the area. Pulling into the parking lot I wasn't expecting much and when we walked in the place was completely empty. Everything was incredible. The cashier was nice and helpful, he even apologized for the food taking so long but it came out hot and fresh in 5 minutes. The wings were perfect, super meaty on the inside and crisp on the outside. I got the bone-in buffalo and the honey habenaro, both were awesome. Fries were amazing, ranch was perfect. The fried biscuits were not what I was expecting but they were also delicious, definitely recommend trying those. Everything was super affordable as well. This place is a must-try, I will be coming back often.

I want to love ATL Wings. I have gotten wings from them several times at the Roosevelt location, because it's very close to my job. The first few times, it was wonderful. But the last few months, it's been one small thing after another that goes wrong with my order. I usually place an order online for pick up & walk to pick them up. I typically get the same thing every time, the boneless wings on the fries. I always ask for ranch dressing & a side of cheese sauce. It's pretty simple & standard. But somehow, I'm always missing something. One time, they ran out of wings, which is kinda crazy but the did call me to ask what I would want instead, so that was nice & thoughtful. But more times than not lately, the fries taste like they are in old grease, the amount of chicken I get has reduced to barely anything & I almost always never get the dressing & cheese sauce I order & pay for. I have arrived a few times to pick my order up & no cup was given when I paid for a drink. I ask for a cup & then they make me show them my order when they're a record of it in their POS. So I've stopped ordering drinks & only get the food. It takes up a lot of time to try to correct their mistakes & sometimes I don't have enough time to do so. I only get 30 minutes for lunch so I try to be quick & efficient by ordering online & picking it up, but sometimes I get held up waiting for my order even past the time they recommend it would be ready by. I'm patient & understanding but it does get old & frustrating to not get the things you order or pay for & for the quality to kinda go down hill before your very eyes. I think the owner is wonderful, the sauces are phenomenal & I'm happy they are on Roosevelt row but this location needs some staff training & organization. I'm going to take a pause on visiting in hopes that some changes are made in the mean time. The little stuff adds up to a lot over time & I want them to succeed. I will try them again at some point, but at this moment in time, I am frustrated to the point of leaving this review.

"This review is for delivery. I had been craving chicken wings for awhile so last night I ordered a delivery of 28 piece mild buffalo wings from here. The wings were juicy with a really good flavor and it totally satisfied my craving. Still had a lot left for another big meal today. I recommend this place if you are looking for some good wings!"
"This is one of are to go places for wings and a cold adult beverage when both of us are not in the mood to make dinner, we have always had a good experience here with the customer service as the young ladies have always been polite and friendly, we usually have a spot we go to sit for dinner but the Ambiance of the place seems to be set up nicely, can't say a lot about the rest of the menu as it's the wing we come for."
"The vibes here are awesome! It was the perfect stop for a bachelorette party. Drinks are pricey, but they were good. We didn't have any food, but everything that was coming out looked amazing. This place would be at the top of my list of suggested places to visit if you are partying in Scottsdale."
"Ive only been here once. This place was very fun and great friendly crowd. I just moved in the area. Will visit again"
"The wings were the size of El Pollo Loco's drumsticks (legs)!! The wings were so JUICY that when my hubby bit into one, the chicken juice literally squirted out across the table onto MY plate and onto the table too!! It was hilarious!! Because he ordered the buffalo sauce, there was orange splattered on my plate and on the table! The wings were cooked PERFECTLY!! Not over cooked and not under cooked! The skin was super crazy crispy!! The bread was AMAZING!! It took a little bit of time to get our food served (order at the counter and the gal dropped it off to us at our table). Obviously, everything was cooked FRESH and upon us ordering!! There was a lot of care and obvious pride put into serving excellence!!I can certainly see why Epic Wings get so many good reviews!! The employee who took our order, Esmeralda, is an asset to the restaurant, and the person or persons who prepared the food are too!! Esmeralda helped me with my dilemma between two flavor choices that I had narrowed down between the many choices!! She was spot on with her recommendation! It was so tasty!!The bread and the HUGE wings won us over!! I have never had such tasty bread other than going to Pine Top, Arizona, to the bakery called Baked in Pinetop! The bread didn't look as good as it tasted!!! I wasn't expecting a WOW factor with the bread, but it delivered beyond expectation!! The JUICY and perfectly cooked wings did too!! I wish we lived closer! We dropped our teen off at Main Event for a birthday party, which is nearby. I'm thinking about having dinner at Epic Wings after we pick him up later this evening! LOL!!"
"This review is for the employee that was working on Tuesday 10/24 during the dinner rush. The line to order was about 6 to 10 people long and she kept her cool. She was friendly and helpful and not at all mad / annoyed that the line was long. Thank you for the great customer service! The food was good and we waited about 10 minutes for our order. We ordered a 12 piece spicy chicken family meal and it came with Cajun fries, mashed potatoes, and we got an extra small order of coleslaw. We also got 6 biscuits, a strawberry biscuit (dessert) and two drinks. Our total was about $50.The food was delicious, the dining room was clean, and the service was great! Thank you!Oh and the strawberry biscuit was not good, that's a pass. It was too hard and dry."
"We have lived in the area for about 3 years and ZZeeks is our go-to for pizza. When we first moved here, I ordered Pizza Hut a few times, but after seeing an ad in our welcome packet, I had to try ZZeeks. That was in 2021 and we have continued ordering pizza, wings, and salads from our favorite place. The Chicken Bacon Ranch, Lemon Pepper Wings, and Ceasar Salad are our favorites. I also love that I can order slices for my kids and not get a whole other pizza for them."
"Yummy junk food at great pricesA few tables are here but mostly a take out Place. Chicken wings and dogs are rhe bomb"
"This used to be Matty G's location. We always liked it to. But more times than not, we were the only ones there. This was our first visit to DTC. The obvious changes were the seating and added tv. Did away with at least the majority of the uncomfortable metal seats that had the high narrow back. So at least there are other options. To include some booths. The menu is a little more upscaled. At least for drinks. Still great burger options. And you can get them with 1-3 patties. The French fries are awesome! Light, crispy, fluffy. Oh my. They have an all day Friday happy hour. Love that. Most places have nothing on Fridays. They also offer a 10% military discount. Support those that support the troops!"
"The food was ok. They used the most obnoxious font size on earth for the menu. but the service was friendly so 5/5"
"Booty's offers a wide array of pup food. The Sonoran chicken sandwich was a typical chicken burger with a spicy kick. The real treat was the tater tots; they were cooked perfectly. My boyfriend enjoyed the Grand Canyon burger with fries. All meals range around $12-$15 dollars and the portions are large making the food a great value. The atmosphere was fun with a mix of college football and music bingo. It's an easy place to relax and grab a bite to eat with friends and family."
"Q: Why did the sushi go to the beach? A: Because it wanted to become a California roll!CEO Jeremy Stoppelman beat me to the 1,400th review. I think it's a sign to write something already, and what better way to commemorate a milestone review than with sushi?I remember visiting their first location by the Cardinals Arena, and I wasn't impressed. I've had takeout from the Avondale location, and it was okay. But this Tempe location? I gotta say, I'm impressed. The JoJo Roll and Corden Bleu Roll were the winners (especially the sauce that comes with the Jojo Roll). The El Tataki Roll wasn't bad either. I also had some of my friend's yakimeshi fried rice and gueritos appetizers. Both were also very good. It's gorgeous inside. You wouldn't be able to tell that this place used to be a Sweet Tomatoes. Keep in mind that you're not getting an authentic Japanese experience. El Tataki is very much in the business of Mexican-Japanese fusion, and it's great! Itadakmasu!"
"My husband and I decided to go out and give this place a try. We are so glad that we did! I ordered the catfish fillets and shrimp and it was huge. The portions here are insane! My husband had the fried perch and 4 shrimp and french fries. He also ordered, some wings to go. The owner ended up giving us some fried biscuits for free since we ate there in the restaurant. 0MG!!! Those biscuits are the real deal! Once you drizzle a little honey on them it's over! ... I needed a moment alone just to think about it. Anyway the food here was awesome. My only suggestion is if you order something ask for an extra tray because they pile all the food in one tray and it makes it hard to eat if you're going to eat there in the restaurant. However, if you are taking it home, then you'll have a plate to put all of the food on. The food does take a little while to come out because they cook to order, so you're going to end up waiting about 15 to 20 minutes for your food. However, it is well worth the wait."
"They were closed for a while but its okay things happen but they recently reopened so we stopped by today and of course like always we ordered and the workers were so nice and we got our food pretty quick, food was delicious like always, fave wing spot"
"The garlic cheese bread that was made on very thin pizza dough was very garlicky and pretty good. The pizza was not good. We had a combo pizza and tossed out 1/2 of it because nobody wanted it."
"I will say this: Shelley thinks she has enough regulars. We live less than a mile away and won't be back."
"I am very surprised by all the negative reviews. I had a flawless experience here. Manager Jared helped me right away and my food was ready fast and it was a lot. I got 16 wings, bone in and boneless, corn on cob side and fries. The wings are phenomenal-plump, juicy coated with my choices of cajun, garlic parm and lemon pepper(really yummy). The fries we're also outstanding. I did takeout but the store is clean and tidy.Highly recommended for great wings.I rank San Antonio Texas based chain, Wingstop, best wings restaurant in Arizona."
"Soft openings are great as it gives the staff a chance to get accustomed to their location the flows of traffic in the area and if their hours line up with the amount of staff necessary. But for the customer it's great because if you are willing to take a risk and try a new spot they reward you with extra care. All of that holds true for Midwest Wings XL, as Ray was so kind with great recommendations and coming out to make sure we were completely satisfied multiple times which we were. The caeser salad was okay nothing fancy some romaine parm and croutons, Fries had a good crunch and good seasoning, but the wings oh dem wings were great. The Asian Zing had just the right amount of sweet heat and the garlic parm had a little breading on the skin and snapped when you bit into it. Really wish this place the best as it's a little pricey but they have some delicious offerings. Also the Red drink was pretty good as well"
"This is a little neighborhood gem that was establishing 1993, I love their little story. Joe, the owner was so nice and came by to introduced his self, love that.Taylor was absolutely amazing, so smart, friendly with big beautiful eyes, I can't believe how she could keep track of not just our party that was quite large, her section was very big. We enjoyed our pizza although the crust could've been more crisp. A fun Neighborhood place where the people are friendly. I WOULD RECOMMEND."
"I don't even know where to start with this place. This is by far some of the best pizza I have ever consumed in my life. It really does. Remind me of Chris Bianco's pizza. Everyone should try this place Yelp should have a party here. we should definitely do pizza parties. The owner is super friendly and top-notch. He gives great suggestions on what you should eat. He always has different desserts every day. He's always so happy when you come into visit if you ever see this review and feel like you want to try this place go in and let Jayson know that you read this review before trying it out. It's such a cute hole in the wall. I could eat there everyday if I could afford it."
"The 6 lemon pepper wings were crispy and had good flavor. Also tried the slice of pizza, which was average, but good enough for this place."
"Guys.. don't walk, RUN here. We had the pleasure of Big Bacons catering our lunch at work today. We had a ton of options and I chose the beef pot roast and the Brussels sprouts. I'm not exaggerating when I say out of this world. The flavor explodes in your mouth (sorry, this is the best way to describe it) I can't wait to take my boyfriend here! Definitely worth a try. Also the brownie with caramel drizzle and the funfetti cookie 10/10"
