"YOU CANT FILM HERE??? Let me talk to the owner! The only reason they get a three is the food and drinks. Also the chef was great too!As a new customer who traveled over 40 min to get here , a staff member made me feel VERY uncomfortable. I am a content creator who goes to local businesses all around the valley, to help promote their products, brand and/or experience . I have over 350,000 followers across my platforms and am a genuine page people go to for reviews. I am appalled to have been approached by An older gentleman employee telling me If I am going to film I need to get permission from people around me.First. He didn't even ask me what I was doing? If the owner asked me to come in and film, you would have now lost my business in that regard. It is all about the approach and there was no "hi how are you"There were a lot of stares and assumptions. You know what they say about making assumptions??He proceeded to say i can film the pastries but if im going to film inside i need to get people's persimmons..lol this is a public space. No i don't ANYWAY. My camera was actually pointed towards me only. I also have an effect that blurs the back so it was focused on ME. Regardless , there was no need to even tell me that. If he would've just politely asked or even tried to start a conversation. It made me very uncomfortable and now I my review on Instagram and TikTok will be about my experience. The food was good. The chefs service was great! He brought me my food :.Everyone else seems like they'd rather be anywhere else and help anyone but me..lol It was a very unsettling first time. Mind you I spent over $30 in one sitting because i wanted to try some items."
"My food was fantastic! I ordered the 2 meat and 2 side plate. I got pulled pork and brisket with Mac and cheese and baked beans. I thought the flavors were spot on. My friend got the Thumbs stack which was supposed to be homemade potato cakes but ended up being premade looking hashbrowns. So that wasn't what we thought it was gonna be. That's the only negative I'd say.... Inside the gas station was soooo much more than what I thought it was. What a surprise!I ate scrumptious BBQ, enjoyed a little Christmas shopping at their huge gift store. So many options to choose from. Prices were a little more than I wanted to pay. But....Staff was very polite and helpful when I asked questions about food options. Inside the restaurant area was nice and clean. Plenty of inside and outside tables to sit at. If you're looking for a different experience I'd highly recommend this place!!"

"I came across a list of the best burgers in each state. For Arizona, The Chuck Box was listed as the state's best. Before we went to AZ, I asked our son-in-law if he had ever been there. After all, it's been in business for 40 years. Even though he grew up in the area, he had never heard of it. When I mentioned seeing it on the best burger list, he was interested in trying it.First of all, I want to mention that it is cash only. They do have an ATM on site if you need cash.We were all eager to try the burgers. Ordering works this way --- upon entering, you get in a cafeteria-like line. Then you give your order to the person making the food. They cook their burgers on a grill where mesquite is used. Yes, it all smelled good.We all gave our orders. Once you do that, you can't advance in the line until your burger gets handed to you. While we were waiting, a woman who was ahead of us in line with her family, started waxing poetic about the burgers saying they were the best they've ever had. Plus, she talked about how clean they kept the kitchen area (we concurred with that). She also mentioned how nice the staff was and one person had been working there for 40 years (Yes, the staff was nice). Things get somewhat complicated once you get your burger. If you order a side like onion rings or fries, no one tells you to just grab a serving as you move along the line. Thus, my husband didn't grab his onion rings but was charged for them. Drinks are self serve. How were the burgers? Sorry to say but they weren't that good. They are thin and we all commented how they were dried out with little flavor. That said, the onion rings (which I shared with my husband) were actually quite good. The batter clung to then quite well and they were crunchy with good flavor. The dining area is rustic --- wooden tables and (if I recall correctly) stools. We felt a bit cramped. In the end, we spent over $80 to feed 6 of us. Trust me...there are better burgers in AZ."
"Hamburgers are good....mac 'n' cheese, goood.....bacon is super goooooood...jalapeños, also soooo good. Put them all together??? GENIUS!!! Saw this little tasty looking burger pop-up a few months back and haven't forgotten about it. I was in the area tonight and felt it was time to knock it off my list. The place has plenty of seating inside and there's even a little patio out back. Everything was clean inside and organized. Both employees I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The burger itself was good! If you haven't figured it out from the above, I got the Mac 'n' Cheese stuffed burger with bacon and jalapeños!! My only gripe was I wish it was a little bigger and more cheesy. But hey, it was still good!On a scale of 1 - 10, I'll hit it again for sure...but I think I'll opt for the 8 oz vs the 6 oz....and ask for more cheese (and a little more bacon and jalapeño!)"
"First time in was during this lastest shopping Holiday. Arrived around 5:15 PM.Was able to view the menu prior to going in, so knew exactly what we wanted to order. Atmosphere was really inviting as far as the lighting, look and the open kitchen concept.Ordered the honey garlic and herb wings. Super yummy, just wished they were drenched in more of that great sauce! Shared a truffle cheeseburger which was absolutely divine. Reminded me of a Gordon Ramsey burger we use to crave in Vegas. Only bummer is that the burger is a little pricey and doesn't include a side. We shared a large order of salt & vinegar fries plus got extra truffle sauce to dip them in which was the perfect pairing. Met the GM who was hands on working with staff to get orders out to diners. Learned in speaking with her, this is their second location to open. Original location started in Nashville Tennessee. Definitely a "go to again" place. I'd suggest their Happy Hour to get some great deals. If not splitting a meal (like my son and I did) it can be fairly expensive but it's Scottsdale so to be expected."
"Went before my business meeting with a colleague. Excellent breakfast, big servings, and wait staff was super friendly. Great overall experience."
"Go in and experience Happy's Hamburgers! This place is as incredible as you hear it is. We went here and ordered some burgers, fries, tots and classic Coca-Colas that did not disappoint! The ambiance in this place is incredible. It literally feels like you went back in time to an old-school burger restaurant with the black and white checkerboard floor and the jukebox they have. Loved it!Food came out HOT and tasted delicious! Loved the fries, the burgers (and steamed buns) and service was quick and friendly. I'll definitely be back to try the chilidogs and more burgers! They also have a wide variety of sauces you can get lost in!"
"Burger Fact: Americans alone consume approximately 50-billion burgers a year. The average American eats a hamburger three times a week!A friend of mine is the biggest 5th Street Burger & Fries fan. After some unrelenting provocation from him to try this place, a group of us decided to grab dinner here for takeout. The first visit was a $90 order. We're talking Nashville hot fries ($5.99), Steakhouse burger with chicken substitute ($12.99 + $1), 5th Street Burger Fries ($13.99), PB & PJ Burger ($11.99), Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich ($11.99), Chili Cheese Burger ($11.99), and a Steakhouse Burger ($12.99). The burgers were pretty decent, but the fries really weren't anything special. Just pass on the fries all together, and you won't be mad. I had the PB & PJ Burger, and while delicious, when comparing it to other PB burgers around town, they're good --- I've just had better. I wouldn't mind ordering this again, but I have my eyes set on the Chili Cheese Burger.Tip: Check your bags before heading out the door. They almost left out one of our burgers, and while the cashier was super apologetic and nice about the whole thing, the cook kept arguing and insisting that the burger should be in there. Just look in the bag. We never even left the property, so no underhand stuff is happening."
"We ate here the first night in the area. We had the basic gyros and the baklava. The gyros were priced similarly to most Greek restaurants. The size of the gyros was large. Definitely got our money's worth. The staff was ver personable. The restaurant is decorated in a modern vacation-like motif. Very clean. The baklava was decent. I'm not a connoisseur of baklava. We are in the area for the winter. We plan on visiting again soon."
"I ordered the first thing on the menu. It was 2 thin burgers and I was able to eat it with only one bun, the bottom half. Also ordered the garlic fries which were delicious. The burgers were too salty for my taste. I'd recommend it becuz of the selection of different TV's around the place. Watched football and cowboys roping cattle and riding bull"
"Food, service and ambiance. Delicious posole, flavorful and spicy, but not too spicy. The meatloaf sandwich also very good. Portion is generous. Perfect for lunch. The bread is a green Chile sourdough!"

Came here on a Thursday night for drinks after dinner. What a cool spot! Super indie cafe that also serves alcohol. Lots of people reading and with their laptops out working. Like others have said, music is significantly loud and lighting is dim. Personally, I loved this especially since the music they were playing was great! We ordered at the counter and sat on the tables right across from the bar top. Once our order was ready, one of the bartenders brought the drinks out to us. I ordered the Lux margarita and it was absolutely FIRE. It also had me feeling GOOOOOOOD after so really no complaints here. Best/coolest place I went to while in Phoenix. Can't wait to go back!

Honestly, I cannot believe it took me 10 years to check The Chuck Box off my AZ food card. I even use to work RIGHT next door, constantly smelling the greasy deliciousness. It seems like a right of passage in Tempe - located right in between Campus and basically DT Tempe this little hole in the wall is a great spot. It's very rustic, wooden shack type vibes. The outdoor patio sports log stumps as seats, not the most comfortable, but fit the bill! The inside had seating and it's counter style, made to order. The menu is straightforward featuring various size of burgers and a few specialty ones, with a large self serve topping area, featuring all the classics. This is no gourmet burger shop, this is picnic, classic, served on paper plates food. They have tasty fries and other fried sides such as jalapeno poppers - DELISH - onion rings and also have chicken tenders for those who are not burger people. They have a couple basic beers, by the bottle and pitcher and all the prices are about as cheap as you could get today! 1/2 Burger is about 8 dollars with small upcharge for cheese. this place is BOPPING, in no way did I ever expect such a crowd. The line was long and the place does get packed, but it moved relatively speedy and you get your burgers before you pay and sit down. The parking lot is also pretty tight and packed, so something to expect. They also have two small restrooms. it's a great spot for a group or quickish bite!

"I found this place on Yelp." When you start with that in your review, you know it's good. As I sat there with my parents and brought her flowers for her birthday, I offered to get them delivery for some epic burgers. Almost went out to a sit-down restaurant, but I wasn't feeling great. I'm glad I found this place as they were close to my parents. Delivery was quick, despite it being dinner rush hour. Mom said burgers were super clean, not extra greasy like some other places. She was super impressed with the stuff burgers, but the fries were not all that. She was also looking for curly fries, but those seemed to be hard to find...hint hint. Nonetheless, she was impressed, and that's hard to do with my mom. Good job!I would like to try them myself when I'm out near them next time and feeling better.

We wanted to try something new and be close to the Scotssdazzle holiday event and old town Scottsdale where we spent our late afternoon prior. So, I hopped on Yelp which allowed me to find this delicious option! We made a 6pm reservation but found ourselves very hungry just after 5.We checked in with the friendly host staff early and asked to be sat outside, despite making the reservation for inside. It was a bit of a wait but definitely worth it! While waiting, I asked for a glass of ice water and a hostess immediately brought it to me. Very kind! The waiting area was very comfortable with plush couches and plenty of people watching opportunities. We sat on very trendy bright green old fashioned looking armchairs right out front. We expected them to be soft and plush but were actually wooden. Still very comfortable but it was a surprise!Andrew greeted us within a few minutes with ice water and was ready to offer suggestions, chat with us about our evening plans and made us feel very welcomed. We started with the hand cut wings which were garlic honey and fantastic! So sticky, packed with flavor and served with house made ranch and blue cheese.Hubby ordered a local Peak hazy IPA and the steak sandwich while I enjoyed the chicken breast BLT - both served on a brioche bun. All were very good choices! We shared a large order of onion rings. Everything is served ala cart, and they were perfectly crispy, hot and delicious. I would prefer more onion vs. breading but they were still very good! The entire meal (beer, app, two entrees and a side) came to $82. Not cheap but expected for the area.Great service, menu and ideal location to all the fun of downtown Scottsdale.

The Ambiance and service is Above and Beyond Amazing!!! I'm writing this review before I even get my first bite in! Based on the customers around me and the look of their food... I'm more than confident this is going to be a great eating experience! The owner gave me the best coffee cocktail I've ever had and they even have signature mimosas!!! The small space they make it look so large with the uniqueness of the restaurant and the huge smiles and customer service! They give you ALOT of food so be prepared to have an empty stomach or prepare to take home some food. They are truly the nicest people and I had such a great time! The FOOD IS SO DAMN GOOD!

Hoooooly! Cooowww! That old school diner feel with updated and old school jams bring the vibe! The server was super nice and we even got to see one of the cooks, also very friendly. These burgers are awesome, cooked to perfection, juicy and delicious. The tots and onion rings are also lit! This is one of may fav traditional burgers in the county.

My stomach RSVP'd to 5th St Burgers, what else was I supposed to do? I had to take it there...it's not my fault!Love this place! It's definitely in my top 3 (if not #1) for a burger. It's both quality AND quantity! I got the Tempe and a side of straight cut fries and I'm full and satisfied. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Service is always up to par and they bring your order out to your table. I have nothing but good things to say about this spot. AND the Fear and Loathing art work was icing. On a scale of 1 to 10, this is my fav.

"Great food.Service is very good!Ambiance is good, close small indoors seating but nice, great outdoor dining! The future of parking is questionable with apartments opening across the street.I always enjoy!!!!"
"It dawned on me that I went to a place known for burgers and didn't try a burger.... So I made a return visit and I was not disappointed. I had the Haven Burgerand it was so flavorful. Man I was in flavor heaven. I cannot recommend this enough. This is becoming one of my favorite places."
"They made a bunch of menu changes last time we went and the quality of the burger went way down hill as of a couple months ago. I used to crave this spot and now it's an easy pass for me and quality no longer matches the price point ."
"Food is good - standard American staples. This is my third time at this location and it will be my last. The service at the bar, well...it just stinks. Visited on a Saturday afternoon, college games on but bar and restaurant only 1/4 full. Ordered cocktail and asked for a food menu. Fifteen minutes later, I asked one of the two bartenders on shift (bar back also on shift) if I could place a food order. Sure. There's basic math: the more a customer orders, the higher the tip. And, there's just basic customer service. Both were lacking.Blue 32 for me."
"Great atmosphere. The staff was very attentive. The food was amazing! I'm addicted to the volcano chicken. Try it! I enjoyed sitting at the bar and making ning small talk with the sushi chef...so friendly."
"I stopped in for lunch yesterday and was very pleased with my meal. My Gyro was stuffed full and tasted great, and my side salad was freaking terrific. The prices were great too. Win win!"
"Loved it and can't wait to go back! Even fries were good and I had to get a chocolate shake which was excellent. The interior is nice with lots of seating and you order at the counter. Hot dogs today and burgers tomorrow! It's all good!"
"We love this Mugsys! They are always really nice, there are always people there but never a long wait! It's not a huge place but that's never been a problem. We have always found a table. Their french fries are always sooo good!!! We love all their hot dogs and hamburgers. There are a lot of choices and we've loved everything honestly. Musgy Dogs really does hot dogs the best."
"These fries were so delicious, I really can't wait to go back and order something else. They have fried fish, poke bowls, monsters burgers, delicious fries. Can't wait to go back!"
"The build your own cheeseburger was actually pretty good. I do like that it came with a mountain of French fries. Next time I will go bun-less as their gluten free bun got very soggy very fast."
""There has never been a sadness that can't be cured by breakfast food." ― Ron Swanson, Parks and RecreationBrunch... because who doesn't love sleeping in and still getting to eat breakfast? A group of us popped in after our original brunch spot told us there was a two hour wait, which ended up being over a three hour wait because we got our table alert as we were leaving Thanks A Brunch. Yikes! The monthly cold brews, horchata and dulce de leche ($6 each), were ordered. Both were delicious but not the strongest. Shared a Cookie Butter Tiramisu Stacked French Toast ($12 - French Toast stacked with our house-made Cookie Butter Tiramisu filling, cacao powder, espresso powder, & drizzled with syrup) and a Hollan-Daze in Phoenix Burger ($16 - Two smashed beef patties, American cheese, Green Chili Hollandaise, crispy chips, lettuce, tomato, bacon & served with side of your choice). Both were amazing and neither one outshined the other. Hey, sometimes we can't decide between sweet and savory, so the best thing to do it share. What a great spot! There's plenty more items I would like to try from the menu. Hats off to this Idaho-loved spot!"
"The biggest fried zucchini I have ever seen in my life!! So filling and satisfying I almost didn't have room for my plant based burger which was packed with (real beef) flavor! And let me not forget the ranch dressing was the best anywhere around just like the old school homemade, thick and delish! Definitely on my top list!"
"Was so excited about this place because EVERYONE kept talking about their wings!!! So I figured it was time to give it a try. This restaurant is in a strip mall so parking is pretty good, had no issues at all. The shop is pretty small only about 4 tables and 8 seats I believe so more of a takeout kind of restaurant. I walked in to the sound of throwback hip hop and koolaid being mixed! Definitely my type of vibe. I ordered the catfish with a side of mac and cheese, bbq wings with a side of mac and cheese, another side of Mac and cheese and a side of peach cobbler. As you can tell I love Mac and cheese and was pretty excited to try it!! I waited around 20 minutes so not too long at all and the food came out hot and ready. Let me tell yall something about these wings. Idk who was back there cooking their heart out but these wings are no JOKE. I don't even clean wings off like that... but these wings?!? When I was done all there was left was bone. Pretty ashamed of myself but that's how good they were. My partner loved the catfish and said he'd definitely eat it again! The reason I gave 4 stars because I absolutely love Mac and cheese but for me unfortunately it was dryer than I like. I love my Mac and cheese extremely cheesy and full of flavor. The flavor was there but not cheesy at all. So I was a little sad, but the wings definitely made up for it. The peach cobbler was absolutely AMAZING! And with a side of ice cream... omg I would've been in heaven . This place is soooo good and I'm happy o tried it. Can't wait to go back and get a BUCKET of wings next time. Thank you so much for the experience Dmac N Wings. Can't wait to come back!"
"Great onion rings here to start off. They will cost $1 extra to upgrade, but it definitely is worthy. The burger was good as far as burgers go. They cooked it fresh, but you have to ask for it well done since they only cook to medium well. Thousand island burger was solid with all the usual toppings. The back area where you eat is a bit creepy though and could use some design or music."
"We were downtown at 11am and had heard about this place from a friend, decided to give it a try. Parking lot had one car, but the drive through had a few cars lined up. Was a little hesitant their not having a lunch crowd, but decided to give it a go.Ordered two burgers with onion rings and two root beer shakes. Had a seat in one of the booths. The decor is a 50's theme, stainless steel ceilings, black and white checkered floors, red booths and table seating. A big screen is showing 50's lore while the music is playing from speakers of that decade. Awesome art to gaze upon while waiting for our lunch to be served. Bright and wide windows to view the tall buildings and Central Avenue. Place is immaculate and looks new, loved their setup! Our orders were served to us and... wow! This burger put In-and-Out, 5 Guys, to shame! Best burger I have had in years! I ordered the regular with everything, my husband ordered the mushroom burger. I had forgotten how great ground beef can taste! All the fixings were fresh and crisp. I honestly can say the burger looked like a commercial advertisement! Onions rings were great, and the root beer float was amazing!I will definitely return when back in the downtown area! Thumbs up!!"
"Food was excellent, they were out of certain items but they still did a great job with our order. Also those biscuits are top tier."
"Food was good and it didn't take long. Everything was out about 15 after ordering. Holy aoli was the best thing we got."
"I lived in Philly. I have NEVER had a cheesesteak THIS GOOD out of PA. I've lived in Az for almost 20 years and Best of Philly is the cheesesteak go to for Arizona. I order x x x cheese, some mayo and a ton of pickles. ALWAYS AMAZING EVERYTIME. I do t work there, I'm not paid for this, I just drive from Ahwatukee 1 time a week because it is worth the drive!!!"
"We went to Frashers tavern on a Friday night to enjoy a nice steak dinner for a reasonable price and we weren't disappointed! This restaurant has a casual vibe that's perfect for a romantic dinner without breaking your wallet and with excellent service. We came with another couple and we ordered to ravioli, bacon wrapped scallops, Caesar's salad, ribeye, filet mignon, prime rib dinner, and a steak sandwich ... you name it, we ordered it! Every one of these meals was fantastic and you can't go wrong with the menu here. Top it off with nice bottles of wine and you got a solid steakhouse experience in Scottsdale ... we will definitely be coming back!"
"It's been many months since my most recent (and first) visit to CB&C Arcadia. I'm very glad to review this one now. Burgers, beers, wings, and televisions everywhere. Good food. Great spot to watch your game on a big screen.Friendly, helpful (she totally hooked us up with the best burger and wings) service staff, and great eats. True to the name, they did not disappoint. Ours were:* Juicy Lucy burger with cheddar infused burger, great bun, and awesome fries.* drummettes-only buffalo wings. Grilled. Nice, but a bit dry. Great buffalo sauce and dips of ranch and bleu.CLEAN AND FRESH!I'm very glad to report that since then, they've cleaned up the bar, the garbage cans and floor area. It no longer stinks of boric acid, and gone are the fruit flies and other bugs that were everywhere last time I was here.Lots of big up tables for your group, long bar, and lots of booths at the edges. No matter the size of your group, or which game you want to watch, you're going to find something to suit."
"We made the decision recently to boycott corporate restaurants, was craving a fast food burger and decided to finally give Lenny's a shot and couldn't be happier.. This place is rad! Great food, great pricing, great customer service. We will definitely be coming back in the future."
"Lennys BurgerWent here to grab a quick lunch and my hubby was craving their rootbeer float so we stopped at Lenny's. I do like and appreciate how fresh everything is as it's made as ordered. We sat outside as it was a nice day. We decided to try something different as we usually get the burger. The burgers are ok in my opinion. They are hardy I just feel like it's missing something. We ended up having the chili cheese dog combo. The fries were perfectly salted, hot, and crispy. I love everything mango and got the mango drink. I DO NOT recommend it if you are a mango lover. After three sips I ended up saving it for my hubby to have for later. He liked it but he's not a mango-tasting expert. I do like the friendliness and attention to detail that the employees give to the customers as well as the food."
"Ok. The reviews aren't lying. There are some challenges. The ladies that work here are very friendly and deserve all the praise. Food is typical for a spot like this. Not Michelin Chef but also not Applebees. Fair enough. My service has always been excellent. As someone who is trying to convince my sports fanatic friends this is better than cogburns. I would say it fails. ONLY because the projector and TV situation is not a priority. Went to watch college football playoffs and the projector was down. I heard this is normal. Unacceptable to any true sports fanatic. Sports should be the priority. You couple this with good service and you'll get my money 4/7 nights week. My recommendation is to ownership. Invest 1000$ in upholstery for the booths. Fix the projector and it's going to pay for itself. Marina and the other gals are exceptional. 4 stars for service. That's it."
