"This venue is beautiful - historic and charming! The chandeliers throughout the restaurant offer a very romantic vibe. Our waiter was cool and knowledgeable of the menu items.For starters, we had the tableside guacamole, which wasn't tableside, per se, but I did see the gentleman making it in the corner of the dining room. I liked that you could customize heat levels. We also ordered the beef skewers and it was the most decadent and flavorful piece of meat!! Must order! For our entrees, we ordered the skirt steak tacos and salmon. I highly recommend the Salmon, the skin was perfectly crisp yet tender and flavorful on the inside. The skirt steak looked delicious although they might consider larger tortillas compared to meat ratio. For dessert, they treated us to a pumpkin bread pudding - AMAZING - for my birthday. It was a nice send-off. 10/10 experience!"

"Shout out to Joyce W. After seeing her review of Steak 44, which is the street they're located on in Phoenix. I had to make reservations since I was in town only for a few nights. Btw several of the family members here are founders of Mastro's empire who sold the chain to a private equity firm in 2007 and is now under the family of restaurants by Laundry's. I checked in and was seated immediately and was sat near the bar. It was on the loud side with the music, and the bar was at capacity. Ordered a bottle of cabernet, appetizer of crispy shrimp, and a complimentary warm dish of yummy bread. I went for the dry aged 22 oz rib eye, fresh branzino with lemon butter, asparagus, pan-fried wild mushrooms, and cream Brule corn. For dessert, we had the Ultimate warm vanilla caramel cake (aka - butter cake). The food and service were outstanding.Definitely suggest reservations, and they have sister restaurants in Del Mar and Beverly Hills named Steak 48 - due to Arizona is the 48th state of the U.S."

"Decided to go out for dinner in Scottsdale and have had pretty good experiences with going to parties at The Roaring Fork.It was a weeknight so we receded immediately and decided to sit outside. They do have a fairly nice patio on the side of the building. The service was very good the restaurant was clean Little on the expensive side but the food was well prepared and worth it.We will definitely be returning for a meal sometime in the future."

We were also celebrating a birthday and were given complimentary dessert. I don't usually like creme brulee but theirs is top notch!! Overall, the service and food were amazing. I ordered the mini shredded beef chimichanga, green style. You can also order it with red sauce (spicier) or Christmas style - both sauces. It comes with rice and whole pinto beans, both were very good. Even the mini version is very filling. We kind of forget Blue Adobe is here and need to remind ourselves to add it to our rotation. It's a great place!"

"Now these tacos are nothing like San Diego (or Mexico), but for Arizona, I would say these are top tier. My boyfriend told me that the tortillas are freshly made by hand, and they are near perfect -- so good! He ordered a chicken and two carnitas tacos, I got a fish, carnitas and barbacoa taco, and we got the chicharrones. I will say that the tacos were very oily, as in dripping, but that also adds some flavor. The fish taco, which also had a rich crema, and the barbacoa tacos were my favorite. The carnitas taco was also tasty, but I had a lot of fat pieces, which my boyfriend is more a fan of. The chicharrones had a kick to them, but were so crunchy and delicious. We each had a Jarritos to drink, but their beverages sounded enticing. We also sat outside since it was so nice out, but I would like to dine in because the establishment looks cute. It is a pretty open and inviting space. I definitely want to come back and try other food on the menu, as well as come back for the chicharrones."

Her service was off the charts.I was hoping the bar could make a chocolate martini but I was advised that they don't stock some of the ingredients to make it. So I asked Kenzie about the 'house' martini's that were on the happy hour menu and she made some suggestions. I ended up trying the blueberry lemon martini. It was delicious.The happy hour tacos were good. The Carne Asada was well seasoned and super tender. I tried the brussel sprout hash which was very tastey. It put me in mind of a veggie dish I would make at home.I hope to visit again to try the grass-fed ribeye."

My favorite is the Pozole (I have had both the red and green, both are delicious) and my husband is a big fan of the Carnitas. I definitely always steal a few bites of that dish! It was easy to find and the entrance is through the hotel, in case you're looking for a door on the outside.I was in for a quick lunch and ordered a margarita and some shrimp tacos. The margarita was good but a bit small. The shrimp tacos were delicious and also small, but they gave you 4 of them which was nice. This last experience was for a wedding they catered. They were on top of everything. Food was great. The bride was a joy, but I noticed a couple of guests were very rude and demanding. All food was pre-ordered and accounted for, yet a couple of guests were still demanding special treatment. Christa was so kind and handled them so professionally. She made even the grumpy appreciative. Everyone serving did such a great job. The food was delicious. I never knew until this wedding they did catering. Every experience has been lovely."

I stumbled across India's Flame simply by accident and decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did as the food here is outstanding! The Chicken Tikka Masala was super flavorful as were the Tandoori wings. The Garlic Naan was just to die for, and two helpings of everything later and you could have just about rolled me out the door.The staff were all great, and the prices were super reasonable. It's not a huge restaurant so I might get it to go if it's a Friday night or on the weekend, but cold Indian food is never really cold if it's spiced right."

We knew what we were going to have so we placed it with her when she came back. They brought out complimentary bread and butter that was so warm and mouthwatering. Started with iceburg salad which I don't typically have as there is no nutritional value in ice burg lettuce. Also, I didn't realize that there was bacon on it, which I know for all you bacon lovers ....YUCK. I just scrapped it off (my bad for not reading) and off I went to eating. Ordered a shrimp and salmon dinner. I truly appreciated the artistry of the kitchen. The shrimp was the best I have had in ages. It had my senses singing!! The only reason it's not five stars is the service. For one, it was slow, and it was not crowded. We had to ask for a refill of our tea and water. Secondly, she asked if we wanted dessert and when we said we did, failed to bring us the dessert menu. I ended up getting up and going to the front to get one since she was nowhere to be found. With that said, we ordered the crème Brulé and the cheesecake. The cheesecake was so huge I ended up taking more than half home. All in all the food made up for the service."

"Zona is truly a hidden gem. Me and my bestie came on Saturday for brunch hour. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was not packed. The restaurant itself is so cute and clean. We decided to sit on the patio in she shade, since the weather wasn't too bad. They offer bottomless Mimosas, which is what we got. The bartender was so wonderful and made sure we were never low on our drinks. Now for the food! They have brunch menu items, but i really like that you dont have to stick to it during brunch hours, and can get anything on the menu. We got the mar y tierra roll, the chicken flauta appetizer, and the churro tower with ice cream for dessert. Everything was truly delicious! The roll had alot of great flavors. The flautas were nice and crispy, and I loved all the sauces and dips that came with them. Dessert was also perfect! I will definitely be back again and again!"

A variety of food on one plate for under $20. The steak was so rich, the tortillas were fresh and warm, and the cheese was sizzling. I was really pleasantly surprised!"

"We came to Flint to celebrate our anniversary. I'd marked this on my Open Table reservation and I was super impressed: the restaurant reached out to me ahead of time to ask how many years we'd be celebrating. They made a big deal out of congratulating us repeatedly, offering us free champagne, dessert etc. They even had a sweet card on the table for us. It was all very considerate of them and very much appreciated. My husband and I were thinking the same thing tonight: salad and a kebab. He ordered the Flint Chopped Salad and Honey-Harissa Chicken Kebab. I had the Little Gem Caesar Salad and Filet Mignon Kebab. My salad was underwhelming. It had a lot of bitter lettuce, the breadcrumbs were tiny so you couldn't really taste them, and the cheese was almost nonexistent. I felt pretty let down by that, but the Filet Kebab made up for it. The meat was three large, delectable chunks of prime beef. They were cooked perfectly and very flavorful. Our server had suggested putting the very pungent sauce on the side which was a great call. That way you could control how much you want to dip. Speaking of our server, JP was so wonderful. He approached us with a huge, welcoming smile and could not have been any sweeter all night. He gave us great suggestions and of course, offered the freebies for our anniversary. We enjoyed the cheesecake for dessert and then JP wished us many more happy years together. We appreciated the excellent service here."

"On our way to see Hamilton at ASU Gammage, we decided to stop in to Society. It was early, so no reservation was necessary. Not wanting to sit through a long show on an over-full stomach, we decided to share an appetizer and entree. We started with the meatball appetizer. The meatballs were moist and delicious. The house-made sauce with basil oil and balsamic reduction pushed the taste buds to the edge! So good! We shared the burger and delicious fries. Two thumbs up, with a definite "would order again" review. The place is eclectically decorated- comes together nicely. The bar has full service food and was charming. I will certainly be back. Great place with excellent service. What else do you want?"

"The asparagus at Chop was delicious. I like how large they were. The mac and cheese had a cheddar crumble on top. I think it was a cheddar tasting bread. At least it was crunchy like a cheese it might be. I thought it was a little like a crunchy cheddar cracker crumble. The macaroni and cheese itself was creamy. I didn't think that part of the dish was overwhelming, which was good. The macaroni itself was softer rather than on the al dente side. The filet was delicious. It was very smokey and charred on top. I know some people like wood fired meat. This is a wood fired steakhouse. Looks like they fire grill the seafood too. There is a wood grilled seafood section on the menu. The pork chops were amazing. The meat was soft and tender and fell right off the bone. The braised beef is very filling and delicious. It is very soft and tender. One night it was moist and flavorful. The other night it was a bit dry. The mashed potatoes tasted amazing the first night. The carrot and broccoli was good too the first time I went. The crispy calamari has a thick bread coating. It is similar to what you would find on a mozzarella stick. The sauce tasted like a sauce that would go well with a mozzarella stick too. I think it tasted like marinara. The menu description says that it is a chili Calabrian sauce. I didn't think it tasted spicy at all. Surprisingly the calamari didn't come out as rings. They were cut into sticks. They also had the mouth feel of mozzarella sticks. The service was fast and we got our food quickly. The restaurant was dark and I thought it was very cozy. They had two tv screens showing games being played at the bar. I wasn't paying attention. It could have been football and basketball. I liked how the tables were spaces apart from each other."
