Mercato Di Mare

We had a 3 hour connection time in Miami and decided to take a quick drive to SOBE (during rush hour). Our taxi got us there in no time we went straight to Mercato di Mare based on Yelp Reviews and were so glad we did. We were seated right away on the sidewalk tables and enjoyed a great 40 mins lol of a delicious meal along with people watching. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We ordered the:- Caprese Salad to start with - pretty average- Salmon 9/10- Branzino 8/10 (only because we didn't love the sides it came with) - cocktails: Cucumber Basil Martini was perfect not too sweet just how I like my cocktails And the Mango Mojito - hubby loved it but then again he loves sweets As we received our entrees we asked the waitress for our check and we made it in record time. Our taxi was waiting for us to take us back to the Airport! If you're in the mood for a good meal with ambiance and have a little more than 3 hours to spare in an airport connection I would definitely recommend it.

Food was amazing! We ordered the fried snapper and shrimp scampi! Pure delicious! Humberto is amazing!

My family stumbled upon this restaurant looking for a variety of seafood options. After not getting great service at the restaurant we were at (not even worth mentioning), we opted for this little nook after seeing the array of seafood options. Immediately, we were seated and offered an accommodation for 13 people! Raul was exceptional! He was extremely personable, kind, and even described every dish which made us more inclined to try their menu items. He made us not only feel welcome, but as if we had our own private dining experience which exceeded any expectations we had! I would come back alone for the service and ambience. But notably, the lobster, oysters, and chicken Parmesan were absolutely delicious. The drinks were strong and some were a bit sweet but I enjoyed the Mezcal drink they had the most. Overall, exceptional experience and I would come again just for Raul!

Sebastian was attentive, friendly, and hard worker! Food was great! Amazing flavors! Very happy. Fast service! I only wished they gave bread out- not offered any of asked if we wanted any. But we will be back cause food was so flavorful.

Sebas was phenomenal! He recommended great options, when my husband and I walked by him. We ultimately stopped and had dinner. his recommendations were top notch! We were on vacation for the Copa America match and I cannot say enough great things about him, the service, and the food. I highly recommend this restauran! Thank you, Sebas!

I was immediately drawn to the pretty blue colors and the cozy outdoor tables with umbrellas and twinkling lights at Cafe Americano - Mercato di Mare on Ocean Drive. Santiago welcomed us with water and promptly delivered lovely cocktails and warm bread (to go with the olive oil and balsamic on the table) before he took our order. The table next to us had mojitos and their drinks as well as ours were picture perfect from the glassware to garnishes - and so good! We had the Aperol Spritz and a mock tail, the Flamingo Reef. We ordered the margherita pizza to share. The tomato sauce tasted so fresh and light, cheese and fresh herbs, with a perfectly thin but not too thin crust. Perhaps the best part of the meal was the tiramisu that was prepared table side! Lady fingers followed by a pour over of espresso and dark chocolate, then fresh mascarpone stirred and poured on top, followed by shaved dark chocolate - the taste was amazingly light and so fresh! The americano coffee was heavenly especially paired with this dessert. Julian, the manager, came to our table and shared how he just opened this beautiful restaurant a few weeks ago and my heart's wish is that many people will come eat here to experience his warm hospitality and fabulous food - you will not be disappointed, this place has amazing food and service!

You have to visit! Ask for Francesco if you need amazing service!!! The food was absolutely delicious and you won't regret it. Order the calamari, its the best I've had in Miami!

Food is super amazing. The service was terrible though. They made us move tables, wouldn't provide a bathroom code, and were slow.
