Oh. My. WowBravo to the chef and staff. They made our experience amazing, and we will eat here every time we visit Denver now! Beautifully plated dishes and flavors that blew our foodie minds I swear I don't like beets, but the chef made us a special we didn't order, and now I don't think I can live without them. 10 out of 10 eat at Mercantile when in the area.

I recently stopped by Mercantile at Denver Airport and had a pleasant experience. The service was decent, and I appreciated the free water available at the bar. I ordered the spaghetti to go and ate it on the plane. The dish featured fresh cheese and perfectly al dente noodles--what's not to like?Overall, it was a convenient and tasty option for airport dining. I would definitely grab a meal here again next time I'm passing through!

A good dining option located inside Union Station! It is located just past a busy corridor with the restrooms inside Union Station and it has a little marketplace area. There were plenty of options within the dining menu however I was not blown away by any of the items we got. It wasn't bad but it wasn't excellent. From the looks of the menu, I expected a bit more "wow".We started off with marinated olives that are seed in. These were tasty enough but we found it a bit odd maneuvering how to spit out the seeds politely. Next up was the asparagus and burrata. I saw this delivered to many tables and it was fine. We also got the ricotta gnocchi and the pork belly. Both dishes were pretty good.Overall, I would say our experience here was ok. The food was fresh but nothing mind blowing.

What a wonderful experience!!! We made a reservation for 7:30 pm on Friday. We got there early so decided to wait at the bar and grab a drink. They have a variety of nice cocktails and even none alcoholic ones. We got to have the octopus appetizer while waiting and it was so amazing, the octopus was grilled to perfection and the things that accompanied it were layered wonderfully, the roasted potatoes, the almond hummus and the basil sauce as well. Great start. Then our table was ready, we took three shareable dishes: the Buratta salad, the fusilli with clams and artichoke and the scallops. Everything was complex and delicious. I loved the play on colors, textures and flavors. There is a reason why this is in the Michelin guide. I would highly recommend this place. Service was great, food was great and the atmosphere was great.

New level unlocked: Turnip sauce! When in Colorado, have lamb I am told! This was the best one in a while, complemented beautifully with turnip sauce and cherries. Light yet flavorful! Also delightful, ricotta gnocchi with prosciutto chips which melts in your mouth! Wonderful service and such a pretty restaurant. Their menu is very varied and unique with lots to try!

I saw this on a list of places to try in Denver and I have to say it did not disappoint. We didn't have a reservation but were able to snag two stools at the bar. The restaurant was bright and airy and I loved that you could watch what was going on in the kitchen from the bar. The burrata and beet salad were both refreshing and unique. The pork belly was crispy but melted in your mouth at the same time. Definitely worth the walk from our hotel to Union Station.

Had a work luncheon here yesterday and it is very customer service friendly environment and great ambience for socializing. I ordered the Korean Sesame Fried Chicken sandwich and it was pretty good. I am a plain eater so I didn't have any garnish on it but the chicken breast was fried to perfection and was juicy. I really couldn't taste an abundance of the sesame marinate but it wasn't bland either. All in all a good dining experience and my colleague ordered the short rib sandwich and that looked really good

I had been looking forward to a real meal and dinner here for some time. It did disappoint, however. One of the chefs or assistants came by which was absolutely wonderful. Great conversation! But, I can only be honest -- the food wasn't worth the price. Food was small and didn't taste that great. Sorry, it's my truth. The lamb dinner dish pictured was very good and decently sized. But, of the other dishes (you need a lot cause they're so tiny) weren't.

10 months ago, we had breakfast at the mercantile. and it wasn't a go experience, but I have had some really good meals there. so today we went back and had breakfast again. Again, with the same results . the food was cold. the pancakes wouldn't melt the butter that was on them when they came out. And as last time, the syrup was cold. we also had the cheesy grits, and it was cold also. how can a pcompany based on food serve food like this. now I will say this the bisquesthey brought out to start the meal may have been the best I ever had ever. very disappointing
