Great watering hole for the IPA beer lover.Everything on the menu is delicious. Hamburgers, chili and the Italian Hoagie special are my go toes.Boneless Buffalo wings with waffle fries are a family staple.Fast, friendly, courteos service.

I and a few of the ladies I attend church with have been coming here about every 6 months for a couple of years now. I also brought my children here several times. Two of my granddaughters who live very close by turned me back on to Meltons once I moved closer to the Decatur area again.As the name suggests, Meltons has plenty of appetizers and beer varieties. We always start with the cheese puffs. My favorite entree is their creole pasta. The shrimp always tastes fresh and the cream sauce is so rich! My granddaughters usually order their hotdogs (which are so big we usually need a takeout container to take them home). Their signature waffle fries and bleu cheese sauce can be hit-or-miss so we usually get them extra crispy.Wait service at Melton's is almost always great too. Sayid is our favorite waiter. He always greets me and my friends at the door and escorts us to our table. We have been coming here so often that he usually already knows what we want to eat and drink. We will usually try to ask for him if he is working that day. Due to a cataract, I read the menu very slowly, but he is always very patient and understanding with me.The atmosphere is very relaxed there. They have two rooms with plenty of tables and they are always ready with a large table when I have my whole family together to eat. There is a TV in every direction you look. They have rustic beer signs and UGA memorabilia hung on the walls adorned with colorful Christmas-like lights and dim overhead lighting. It would be a wonderful place for a date, but so so much for reading.Melton's also has a fabulous variety of local and imported beer. My husband is always excited to see what the new drafts are! He almost always receives good service at the bar. He is very fond of their 2 new bartenders, Matt and Benji. The bar regulars can be a bit too boisterous (especially during Braves games) for my taste but the spirit always seems to be high. The female manager with long, curly brown hair though can be quite impatient and curt with customers. My husband usually does not sit at the bar when she is there.My family and I are very happy to see that Meltons has lasted so long and we hope they continue to thrive!

Been going for decades- such a cozy, homey neighborhood pub atmosphere. Food is basic pub grub comfort food but beer list is top notch and always interesting!

Great service, cute local ambiance, great food and drinks. Nothing to complain about. Excited to finally have a good large pretzel that was freshly made! Their burger was amazing! Smokey, fresh, great medium temperature, sauce was good- overall very pleasant exp! Will be back

Had lunch there today and our server was great, he kept our drinks full and food was good. The decorations were nice for a sports bar so can't complain, But y'all need to remind your servers about cleanliness. There was this tall server with dark brown hair in a grey Atlanta braves T-shirt with his pants hanging low and underwear showing. He was fixing his hair and playing with his beard the whole time. Never saw him wash his hands once.....

Something told me this place was going to be nasty but after being recommended by a co worker I gave it a shot. I ordered the Creole Pasta and what came to my table was unseasoned water noodles and what looked like was almost raw sausage. They need to take this off the menu immediately. The only reason they got 2 starts is because I was able to swap it out for a pizza

Great food and service, but the red headed bartender should have her hair up and not all over her shoulders. Also there was a smell in the main bar area. My server said it was probably one of the employees perfume or body spray. They shouldn't be spraying that in the restaurant or at least wear less, I could taste it.

The Irish Nachos are the best Cheese Fries in Atlanta! Isn't a contest...they pay great attention to the ingredients in every level. Service has always been good all situated in a traditional pub setting.

Great neighborhood spot with good food and regular specials. Can get a bit backed up on weekends, but the service is generally good and servers are knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommended for sports viewing inside, and the patio is a quieter space when the weather is nice.
