Was my first tasting menu experience and fully enjoyed my time at Margot eating their 10 course menu with wine pairing! Was seated and greeted by staff and given sparkling water to enjoy with my food and wine. Each course was brought out by head chef with explanation of each course presented to me as well as well as Sommelier with 5 various wines paired with meals.Overall I really enjoyed each course and of course wished some were bigger portions but I felt like I got enough food and wine for the night. Wished there was more bread for the large portion of butter and gnocchi froth to mop up. I will definitely come again in the future to try new courses that they develop. My only minimal complaints but aren't really issues were when I arrived the front doors were locked and I couldn't get in for a bit even though people were inside eating, the music was a little too loud and difficult to hear the chef explain the dishes, and last I didn't know how quick I was supposed to drink the wine or which courses each was supposed to accompany with the wine. Overall was a great experience and look forward to trying again!

Such a fun experience! We went for our 12th anniversary. Everything was just spot on. We arrived at 6 and were greeted and seated. Service was wonderful. It really looked like everyone was in sync and knew what they were doing and loved what they did. I was lucky enough to have a view of the chef putting finishing touches on all the plates and personally bring them over to the guests. It was a special experience hearing from the chef about every course and being able to ask questions, etc. We also got the Wine Pairing option - highly recommend. My wife and I just shared one pairing...six drinks to accompany and really elevate the courses. Not sure how two hours flew by. But every conversation was interesting and comfortable. The brioche was to die for. The Parisian gnocchi was incredible exquisite...the airiness of the inside with the crispy outside...just melting in your mouth. The complex flavors all married together along with the presentation just blew me away. The duck, however, with the wine pairing was just gold. The crispy and tender and just the right amount of chewy textures were incredible to experience. But even more, the flavors bursting in your mouth when the cherry, sauce and duck were combined together were unlike any other. The Mokum Carrot Cake with the Cardamom Ice Cream...not your grandmothers carrot cake they said. Boy were the right. The ice cream melting into the cake with the unique cardamom flavors made each bite an experience in itself. I could eat that all day every day. The perfect last course. Every course was meticulously put together. The care and finesse showed. There was pride displayed with every presentation. I will say that we came away full after two hours of sampling and sipping on our shared drinks. The menu changes regularly so I will definitely have to come back. Open only Mondays so far. All details have been accounted for. The ambiance was perfect. Didn't feel stuffy or too noisy as they didn't fill up every table.

This is a pop up tasting menu so it was located in Noisette. The ambiance is honestly perfect. Very soft lighting and felt intimate. We went with the 10 course tasting menu with the wine pairing. I think the standouts were the octopus and sticky toffee pudding. The octopus was so juicy and paired so nicely with the romesco. I thought the wine pairing was nice but was a little under whelmed. I don't recall our waitresses name but she was very animated and lovely. She heard me mention it was our anniversary so they gave us complimentary glass of champagne. Overall, this was a great meal and was glad to try out a bit smaller of a tasting menu place.

Just had the most amazing dining experience at @margot_denver_! Every Monday, they're at @noisettedenver offering a 5 or 10 course meal with or without wine pairing. The personal touch of being able to ask Justin questions about the dishes as he brings them to the table is truly special. My favorite dish was the Beef Tartare with cured egg yolk and celery roots - the texture and flavor were incredible! The Venison was also a standout, so tender and flavorful. And let's not forget the house bread with warm butter, a must-try. The wine pairing was a hit, and John, the drinks expert, was so patient and knowledgeable. Huge shoutout to Justin, the chef, for creating such amazing dishes - he's truly talented and a great person. Can't wait to go back for another unforgettable meal! You can still find them at Coperta every Sunday!

Just amazing! This pop-up is seriously taking food seriously. From the start of the meal to the final, you're treated as if you have the place to yourself. Chef Brendon rocks the kitchen, and Chef Justin traverses the dining room like a General (in a good way). The food is seasonal, so don't expect some of the plates that you love to always be available. This is truly a culinary adventure.

Disclaimer: this is a pop-up restaurant located inside of Coperta. Came in on a Sunday night and tried their 10 course. We started off the night with a bottle of the orange wine. Highly recommend if you're looking to try something different from your typical white or red wines. Out of the 10 courses, I really enjoyed all the dishes but the ones that stood out to me the most was the oysters, esoterra badger flame beets, and the Parisian Gnocchi. The 14 day dry aged duck was delicious, however, I didn't care too much for the grilled strawberries. Overall, I highly recommend Margot if you're in search for a great date night or any celebrations. The service and staff are attentive and super friendly!

In short: the service is attentive without being stuffy; the food is beautiful and inventive without being pretentious. This is on my short list of best pure dining experiences in Colorado. And go for the wine pairings. Most of the wines were ones I'd never heard of or seen before, but they were thoughtfully selected and complemented our meal very well.
