Margaritaville - Atlanta

Wasn't expecting much...but shockingly good pork ribs. Best "chain restaurant" ribs we've had frankly. My daughter, a bbq chicken connoisseur , said the BBQ chicken was the best she's ever had.Service was a little slow and non-attentive but nothing rude. Everyone was in slow motion and just kinda meh. Good food though. We'll come again.

Service sucked !Food was was subpar.Took 20 minutes for us to order drinks and another 15 minutes for the drinks (2 Tropical Pear-a-dise) which were good when they came out come out. About 25 minutes later the food comes out. Ordered the volcano nachos which were decent and the seafood platter which was also average. The waiter didn't check on us after. Ordered a second drink and it was a completely different color and taste from the first so it was sent back. The waiter was slower than a sloth and very unprofessional. Was gone for over 10 minutes with our card once we paid. When she got back, she expressed that she accidentally charged us for the second order of drinks we had removed. Once again, she left with our card for 5 plus minutes so that her manager could fix the issue. When the manager arrived he was allegedly able to fix it, and gave us receipt of the refund. Will not be returning

I was hesitant in dining here where the last time we ate at a Margaritaville (in NYC) the food and service was not up to par but decided to give this location a try. We were seated very quickly and had a great server. Here was very friendly and his personality add to the experience here. The place was all decked out in a party beach vibe. They also have a repeated brief light and music show too.I ordered the Beach Club and it was a rather large sandwich. It was good and thought the food was better here. It was well put together and had a decent flavor. Afterward we walked around to take selfies like in front of the big beach chair and margarita glass. There is also a store here selling a variety of Margarita merchandise.

3 stars which is being generous! We waited 30 for a server. Food came out pretty quickly but my drink took OVER an hour. It arrived well after we were done eating. We asked for a manager and he tells us there's a conference with 40,000 nearby and no one made reservations and the drink cup was locked up? I said that would have been nice to know and he said she came and asked you if you still wanted it? I said yes no more then 10 minutes ago lol he did end up taking my drink off which was expected as I like to sip my drinks before and during dinner... overall the drink was really good but service was SLOW especially for a Monday evening. The vibe was cool as well which is why 1 gave it 3 stars. I don't think we'd come back. Oh and they were out of what I originally wanted so I got the chicken tenders. Yuck. They looked like fish sticks.

The area is very touristy part of Atlanta. This restaurant was not even on my radar until drove by and realized that I didn't know it would be on this side of town. Parking is always high so expect to park for at least $30Food was cooked well. Customer service was a bit odd when arrived. Did not know where to sit as it looks like a wait to be seated. No one greeted us upon coming there. However ended up going to the bar and was treated 10x better. The place looks packed all the time. Felt so bad for the workers. Seems like a lot to keep up with everyday! I'm sure slower days run smoother for each customer that walks in.

The food was horrible, cold, big globs of dressing and our waitress was clearly not having a great night. Sad because the location is fun. $120 and Arby's would have been better.

I've never been to a Margaritaville before so I didn't know they were this bad. I just walked in here off the street bc my daughter was hungry. Wow...is all I can say. The host tried to seat us at a dirty table, the service is slow and bad. Which I'm not surprised about bc it's auto gratuity and everyone knows anytime there's auto gratuity the service is bad. The food was terrible. I mean it was worse than terrible. They also were out of about 6 things so there's that.Overall, you'd literally have to pay me to eat here again....in any city.

My party didn't set out to go here but we were staying in the attached hotel and too tired to go out and find parking and everything somewhere else so we thought hey. Why not. Probably should've checked the reviews first. I don't want to get into everything but it took forever. For some reason the kitchen is up 2 flights of stairs so the waitstaff is put at a disadvantage. The food wasn't great. Some of the fish was chicken which was happening to multiple tables. The fish that was fish had a doughyness to the batter. Just an overall bad time. We've emailed the general manager and they haven't responded yet. Our waitress was very nice though. She was very open and honest with us. It's not her fault every other part of this place is a mess.

This was an absolute disaster, there wasn't one good experience at this location, service was non existent, had to go looking for someone to take the order, they finally brought my drink after the meal was done , the bill came 30 min after we were done, won't be back here. Food was ok.

My first time and a DEF a last. I'd choose a dive bar before!I ordered a spicy marg and it was legit with pickled jalapeños and pickle juice lol ?????, food is literally cold (Caribbean chicken eggrolls) when first served and there are raw parts to the eggrolls that were inedible. Our server was rude and kept on tapping her nails on the chair when she spoke to me. Every one in this establishment is lazy and unprofessional (except the photographer). Honestly, please just go somewhere else.
