Run here. Seriously. Run. This Rasta Pasta is one of the best I have ever had. I'm ashamed to tell you how many times I have ordered it but listen the rating is accurate. The jerk has some spice to it if you're not into spicy. They are even on Uber eats. There's no excuse. Run here!

Door dashed Rasta pasta with jerk chicken and shrimp. Amazing! You must try. It was flavorful and spicy. Just great.

One of the best things I have eaten in this city.First, you could miss the truck if you turn down the road and go too fast. It's in a driveway and not on the road.I called and he answered right away. Got there and he came out to make the food. Took a few minutes but they cooked it and not something that is just sitting in a container.The jambalaya is better than I have found in Houston. Talking New Orleans level. The flavors are great, the rice is good, and (more importantly) it had really good kick to it. The portions are also big. 10/10, will eat again.

Stumbled upon Chef Marco. This was a GREAT fine! The food is delicious. Service was pleasant.

I randomly ran across this place and decided to stop by and try because i loveeee Cajun food. I ordered the etoufee,it had sausage, chicken, shrimp and crawfish served on top of white rice. It was flavorful and delicious! Well seasoned and large portions. The food was out in less than 10 minutes and the service was nice. I will definitely be back to visit to try other dishes.

We were looking for something filling and good to eat so we decided to stop by this food truck. The owner was there with a welcoming smile. Found out he's an author as well! We shared the Buffalo and cilantro fries and the chicken, shrimp. & sausage jambalaya. Both were good. Hubby enjoyed the jambalaya and I enjoyed the Fries more. Will stop by there again for a bite.

I see why this gem has 5 stars. Ima need you to hurry yourself to this food truck ASAP! The Hubs and I traveled off 1-10 from Pearland (trust me the food is worth the drive) on a Sunday funday afternoon. I've seen this location on TikTok and the food looked delicious. The pictures are good but the food is AMAZING! I ordered the jambalaya with shrimp, crawfish, chicken, and Audouillee sausage. My Hubs had the Bayou Sampler. This deliciousness had a red remoulade sauce with dirty rice, shrimp, crawfish, and a fried chicken on top. OMGoodness both were delicious and we were truly satisfied and fat full!

This food was amazingggg...I'm not usually a fan of Rasta pasta but because people were raving about it so much i gave it a try....LISTEN! That's the best Rasta pasta I've ever haddd!!

Good fresh hot food always prepared to order, i never had a complaint yet. The food is well seasoned, and delicious, be careful of specific types of meals for order, because the spice level is elevated!I do recommend Marco's Pepper Grill!

........who gave them the right. I have a mind to go on a mama slapping rampage. It's that good. Holy mother of......they have no right. I'm floored I over here pacing just trying to convince myself to save the rest of my portion for lunch. My husband got the ultimate Jambalya and I had the SW fajita chicken bowl. My god, we traded food just to taste and had to convince the each other to trade back. The blend of spices was wonderful. Even if it was a bit spicy to me do you think I stopped eating? NO! My husband is from New Orleans and even he was looking me upside my head like "...what have we done". This the kind of food you should save for once a year but want to eat everyday. Alright that's it- where's my mom.......
