Makki Grill

Indian food at its best. Met the owner for the first time. Talked about her passion and love for cooking food. We loved their goat curry and chicken leg piece was nice and tender. I have went there multiple times already since couple of months, love their place. People bring positive vibes and ambiance is cozy. Would love for them to cater food for us some day!

This place just didn't cut it for me we were there last night and they seemed to be struggling first the good their Naan was decent and the kids were ok with the burgers now the not so good the murgh cholay had the chickpeas very hard and not fully cooked the chicken was decent in the but also a bit undercooked we asked for biryani and i specifically told them my wife did not want boneless and hey i understand people can mishear but how is classic biryani with boneless meat o don't understand we had them remake it and by the time it came my wife took 1 bite and felt it was so bad she wasdone we packed it up and left the kids meal was supposed to come with a kids juice and the expectation is everything is provided without asking and i had to like ask 3-4 times to get that one juice boxoverall we drove from pretty far to check them out and i don't plan to be back there again

Sadly just not good. Ambiance is odd, a lot of televisions, loud pop music, fake vegetation on walls, and weird pictures in the frames. Service was aloof and slow. The menu is disjointed and weird, burgers, cheese steaks, Mexican and Indian dishes... Food was mediocre, servings size and quality were underwhelming for the price.Garlic naan was the best of the three items we ordered - and it was just average, butter chicken may as well come from the grocery store, the chicken karahi was bad and was left half eaten.

Really enjoy visiting Makki grill for halal fast food! Kids love their Chicken tenders and fries. Burgers are decent too. I have tried their garlic naan and butter chicken in the past and they were good. The wings and pizza are also great options. The wings are extra crispy fried but addictive - bet you can't just have one. The pizza is crispy and the gyros or chicken (or both for meat lovers) make them really unique and well enjoyed by the family for quick meals. They have a reward program and the prices are very reasonable. It's so nice to have this option in our area.

They have real good chicken Philly, pizza puffs and fries. So far that's all I tried. Looking forward to trying different items. The place is always looking clean. The workers are very friendly and welcoming.

It's a great place to try Pakistani and Indian cuisine... A nice addition to many restaurants in Palatine and Schaumburg.Loved their chicken biryani. Have met the owner at old location in Chicago... Will love to go there again sometime...Ambiance was amazing with music

The staff is super friendly! BUT...its chaiotic environten.The Service and getting our food is like nothing I have ever experienced. 4 orders came out one at a time about 1/2 hour apart. So confused.. They appeared to have 4-5 people in the back of the house.Initially. had asked for something not spicy and said they could not tell what wasn't spicy. So the let us try a sample. It was so hot!!! So we asked for something else. Our friend had ordered it and said its not usually spicy. Our friend got his meal while I was still waiting and let me try his.No way could I eat it! So I went up and asked for hot dog and fries. Then About 15 minutes later my first order came out. I told them I wasn't going to eat it. So he packaged it for my friend. 15 min layer my hot dogs came out with microwaved bread. no fries, waiter said they were cooking & he'd bring them out. I finished my 2 tasty dogs, but still no fries. My friend went and asked for them to go. I honestly didn't understand why it took so long to make everything. Especially, hot dogs & fries! Even though the staff is friendly, it's too spicy and the service I hate leaving a bad review We won't be going back.

Place is terrible we ordered the butter chicken and it tasted like microwave chicken and we asked if they can refund us and they refused to refund us and handled it unprofessionally do not go !!!
