The drinks are very good, they have the perfect consistency of icy and juicy/milky.My order was made in less than 2 minutes.The theme of the room is peaceful, definitely tea house vibes.

The foods are always soggy and or greasy. But the flavors are great, i just would like my food to not drip through the paper and give me a cholesterol overdose. 4:10The lady at the counter is kinda moody, but she's nice and tries to be quiet with orders. 3/10The inside seems like it wants to make you happy but it's still kinda damp and drab for what ever reason. It's nice though despite all of that. 3/10

Very sweet owner. Drinks are made very quickly. Very close to my grandmas house. They have banh mi which is nice.

Do not get the shredded chicken bahn mi!! You will be sick to your stomach and will get food poisoning! The chicken is not good, not fresh, not cooked properly, and not edible. Expired chicken gave me and my brother horrible food poisoning and he has been throwing up and using the restroom nonstop! I'm never coming back here. My brother and his racist friend were banned from here last time just FYI! I have no part in that situation! If I was a part of that incident, I would've never stepped in and supported y'all on 06/06/23! I am only speaking upon the bahn mi outcome from my recent visit! Calm down. #grossfood

The boba is okay not the best. I also tried the shredded chicken banh mi. The bread was really warm and soft. It was not the best that I've had but it was okay.

Delicious chicken shredded bahn mi sandwich. Bread is super fresh and everything is flavorful. The lady taking my order was friendly and I was able to get my sandwich within 5 min. I definitely recommend and will come back to try other things.

WORSE BOBA PLACE EVER! I ordered a nuoc mat here and it was the worse drink I've ever had!! Omg I was super disappointed. The flavoring was sooo off, I can't even explain it to you-- just know that it was disgusting! My brother ordered the passion fruit tea and it bland as well. We also ordered, mai fries and spicy garlic edamame. Mai fries were soggy and tasted straight like oil The spicy garlic edamame pissed me off because I thought they were going to stir fry the spicy garlic into the edamame but nope, the put the garlic stir fry on top of the edamame.. y'all, it was just sitting on top. I was confused bc how was we supposed to mix it when the basket is small and no utensils.. well, never again. Even though this place is close by I will rather drive to Bellaire for some good stuff and a bang for my buck! I don't see this place stay opening for long

The drinks are good and fruity. The tapioca less chewy. It's a woman show so have some patience as she likes to work one customer at a time. The place is bright and cheery as is our proprietor. Interesting fruit combos so be prepared to try something new and different but delicious.

i love mais teahouse i've been going here since high school and mai is so sweet every time i come. the food and drinks are always the best!
