My review is biased towards vegetarian options:For a $20 buffet, No good vegetarian options in the buffet. Poorly managed, not a lot of vegetarian options, taste is also okay. I will not repeat it again. Sorry!

New Indian restaurant in Trooper area. They are young South Indian owners who serve regional food with the North Indian classics as well.Food tasted more fresh and homestyle in a good way.Haven't tried their dosas yet. They offer a buffet on the weekends for $19.95 with a wide selection of items.Gobi Manchurian was great as well as some South Indian vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes.Chicken tikka were large boneless pieces of chicken cooked in a tandoori oven.Items could have been warmer even though the buffet just opened.Lamb/mutton and some chicken dishes have bones which is authentic.Masala tea had good ginger and cardamom flavor.Staff was super friendly but new to the role of restauranteurs.

Madness of Masala is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. The food was quite flavorful. Our patient server did a great job of helping us select some tasty choices. Portion sizes were large. I'm looking forward to having leftovers tomorrow. I will definitely return. The food quality and service were first rate. A huge dinner for four was about $100 (an excellent value).

We were very pleasantly surprised by the vast choice of the buffet. Excellent authentic food (some spicy! Awesome!). The place is not very big, all clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We will be back soon!

We had dinner here last night and this new place didn't disappoint at all! Not only is the food authentic and delicious, the service is excellent too! The server took the time to explain the menu to us. We ordered 7 different dishes - 3 appetizers and 3 entrees - every one of them is unique and good. The appetizer Gobi 65 (Gobi = Cauliflower) is delicious, and I usually don't like cauliflower! I will order the dish again. We were told they order their spices directly from India!! If you like Indian food, you have to visit this place! The food here is unlike other Indian restaurants I have been to.

Was here three times, not a single time it opens on time. If you can't open at 11:30 don't say you open at 11:30 say you open at 12. Every single time it opens at least 20 minutes late. Food is okay, doesn't worth the price. There are literally five other Indian food within walking distance, was only here for the weekend buffet, never going back again.

Absolutely delicious authentic Indian food. The decor and location are not huge selling points, but if you love trying new places and Indian is you're jam you will not be disappointed. We got the Gobi 65, plain dosa, Naan, and a curry to share and it came out around $45 and we had plenty to take home after stuffing our faces. It byob too. This place is a hidden gem and proof you can't judge a book by it's cover. Young man who was our waiter was the sweetest guy and offered the best service. Please give them a try. We will he back!
