Lucky's Pub

Driving through on our way east. Lucky seemed interesting and tempted us. Nice bar establishment inside. Nice stopped there. Sodas were flat, like no fizz all syrup. Food, stay home and use your own microwave rather than there's. Meatballs were tasty, mozzarella sticks were cold block cheese with a crust. I asked for them to be remade or heated. They came back looking like cheese grenades my 12yr old makes in the microwave with frozen sticks. If you're looking for a meal, this isn't the place. After paying fir our food we had to go to firehouse subs and get a meal. Sad outcome for somewhere with so much promise.

I have no idea why I keep ending up here other than I am a glutton for punishment and an eternal optimist. I have never been to a bar anywhere with worse service. It literally does not matter if there are 5 people or 50 here- you will not get good service. The plus- cheap happy hour beers, easily accessed when coming in from downtown off i10 and the pool tables. The cons- extremely slow and disinterested wait staff, running the full tab on every person's card, leaving while serving patrons and making us close out rather than transferring the ticket to another server and awful food. It's a shame because this place COULD be great if staffed properly. There need to be more servers and ones that actually seem to care about their jobs.

1st time to visit Lucky's for UFC event March 6 2021....service sucks and it smelled like old burnt cooking oil... Will never return...

Came here on Monday night. It was fairly empty when i arrived. The decor was sleek and modern. The place was very clean. Although there was not entertainment that evening there was a large DJ booth and small stage.The service by (Flo) the bartender was prompt and courteous.I had the Lucky burger, wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. Must be frozen patties and a new grill with no character.They had a wide and decent drink/beer selection.Overall, I'll return, but i think I'll try something else on the menu.

Best.Sports.Bar.So this is a good old fashioned sports bar. It's going to have middle of the road food, excellent bar specials and a lot of sports on the TV. If your not able to conceptualize what the American Sports Bar experiance is,....maybe go to Someplace more your speed like, say...a Chuck E Cheese. The rest of us know what this is and we like it.May I suggest that when here always go with the special. It's always hot and usually very well done.

I didn't realize they had opened up a Lucky's Pub for the west side. So when my rodeo group said to meet up at Lucky's I almost accidentally went to the downtown location. When I put in the GPS I was like whoa a new location. This location has 2 private rooms for group functions. This was great for us since we needed both rooms. If it's an off night this could be a great alternative space for a group.

I was here for a meeting and my experience was a 4, but most other people would give it a 2 or 3. Keep in mind people all ordered from the server at various times between 6 and 7 pm during the social part and before our meeting formally started at 7ish. I went with the steak night special which was pretty good for the price. My food came out quickly and I was done eating before some other people got their food. That was the biggest problem, people who ordered before me got their food 10+ minutes after me. Other people who got the steak night special, it came out fast. Someone who ordered a burger was waiting over 20 minutes for it. Not sure what the deal was but my food was pretty good and I was happy with my individual service. The private rooms were great for our meeting!

Okay, this place is terrible. We had a party of 10 on opening day for Texans football. Clearly, the managers, bartenders and waitstaff had no idea that football started. They were not prepared for customers - no matter how many. By the time kickoff started, there was a very small crowd - maybe 30% full. First, let's talk about the service. BAD and SLOOOOOOOOOOW. A couple of people at our table ordered salads and they took about 45 minutes to come out and it was mediocre at best. Just a tip: It's football season. People are drinking - they're hungry. Get it together. Now, let's talk about their mimosas. They offer $6 pitchers of mimosas on Sundays. Sounds awesome right? Absolutely wrong. One group at our table had a pitcher with ice in it - who the hell puts ice in champagne?! I asked for no ice in mine. When it got to the table, it tasted like 100% orange juice. I asked the waitress to please fix it and she said "well you asked for no ice, so we put extra orange juice". WTF?! Since when does no ice mean more mixer?! No. They fixed it, but it was still bad. Just a tip: If you're going to serve pitchers of mimosas on special, REFRIGERATE THE CHAMPAGNE BOTTLES beforehand. It's not rocket science! Needless to say, our crew will not return - for football or otherwise.

I used to go to this bar as often as I could. Unfortunately recently it seems to have gone downhill. The bathroom has no soap whatsoever. I went there a few days ago and when I asked what's on draft, the waitress said not a whole lot.They basically had can and bottles, which honestly I could just go buy at the grocery store. Very disappointed on the beer.All that being said the food was really good. I had the pizza, a little burnt , but still great!!! They just need more of a draft collection and take care of the bathroom.

Closed down. Bar does not exist. Trying to make character limit..............................................................
