this is a new spot I thought I'd try and I'm glad I didn't the reviews tell it as all not too mention why have a closing time for 11:30 if you don't close at that time now their Really not far from me about a 5 min driving distance I ordered at 10:35 and received at a ready confirmation for 11:20 PM checked back-and-forth to see if there was an update now the website does say that if you do not get it to call them no later than 3 to 5 didn't get a call back time goes by. I check my care to make sure that they take any money out. I didn't receive a text message back about my order so I called customer service. Her name is Jen and explained that she would reach back with the store. Tomorrow but then I decided I was not gonna order at all from them because why confirm my order if I'm not getting my order so please do not order from here you guys

FLIES! Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a 6pc shrimp and an order of the Sesame Chicken with fried rice. I placed my order at 10:15pm and was quoted an eta of 45mins: my order arrived at 12:06am, almost 2hrs after the order was placed. Mind you I'm 12mins from the location. Not only did I have to wait 2 hrs but when I did begin to eat my fried shrimp I noticed a black speck in the batter. Upon further investigation it appeared to be a FLY or Japanese beetle INSIDE the fry batter! I was so disgusted and immediately called the restaurant to ask for a refund. The manager decided to argue me down about not providing a refund after i explained to him what happened and how I didn't trust the rest of the meal. He never apologized for the inconvenience and and abruptly hung up the phone after begrudgingly claiming he'd refund the entire meal. Save your time and money and order Chinese from elsewhere.

i called and placed a order the lady could not understand to get my card number right i just told her don't worry about it and hung up and they ended up calling back and i should have went with my first mind... the lemon chicken was gross i have never thorwn away a whole entrée of food.. it was musy and tasted more like a bitter lemon then fresh lemon. i also paid for broccoli to be added and it was hard. it came with fried rice and the rice was very under cooked. the crab rangoons were hard and the egg rolls (veggie) were greasy. i know they wont post my review because it's not a good one but i will always be honest and i know i would never order from there again a waste of money.

I tried ordering the house lo mein and general tsao today for dinner. However, I received the worst customer service from the hostess even before I placed my order. After seeing the 1.4 star review and being told delivery would take 50 minutes to an hour, I decided to cancel my order. The hostess then said the delivery guy could arrive in 30 minutes. I still canceled my order and she became extremely nasty and rude. She couldn't even tell me if she canceled my order or when I'd receive my refund. Instead she hung up the phone on me several times after I called her back. Please don't waste your time or money on this place and avoid at all costs! There's a reason why they have 1.4 stars. If the service is that bad I can't imagine what the food tastes like!

Don't recommend taste like old food being fried over and over my chicken didn't have a fresh fried taste nor did my fries they was dry

This place is DISGUSTING. Ordered the Orange Chicken and Crab Rangoon. The orange chicken was slimy and tasted like re-heated meat cooked in old oil, and the crab rangoons were hard as a rock! DO NOT EAT HERE.

I wish I could give them a zero...the food is horrible! Had it delivered and had to physically drive it back... I had to threaten to call the police before my money was refunded and I took a picture of a dead roach on the floor....consumer beware...enter and eat at your own risk!!!!! When I called to complain about the order being incorrect, the person answering the phone hung up on me...that's another reason I decided to drive the delivery order back to them myself.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! I ordered food today and when I called back to express my disappointment I was redirected to Patrick. He says the food was fresh but that can not be the case. The order was placed at 4 and was received around 7, with no update from the restaurant either. I expressed that my food was soggy and gross upon delivery, and that I needed something back for it. He said they can give me half off which is nice but why would I want half off instead of my money back? I'll probably never order from here again and If I were you save the time, money, and disappointment. Might as well have ate food directly from the garbage can.

Positively disgusting !!! I ordered take out ........the chicken w/ vegetables. it came with soup and an eggroll. I am not sure if they soaked the cabbage in vinegar before placing inside of egg roll or what but it was nasty. The soup was oily and the gravy tasted like from a can or package. Reminded me of elementary school food. I wouldnt trust the chicken unless its a wing

Let's get this thing started. First off, the area is very dangerous and unsafe. It's located in the heart of Simpson and it's nothing but rats, roaches, and depression there. There is no sign for you to even know where you are going or what the name of the establishment is. Besides poor food quality, we were also approached by false parking lot management, although gangata boo was super cool and showed us love. The crab Rangoon tasted spoiled, the egg rolls tasted like they were fried in the oil of a Jacksonville Florida boardwalk. The chicken wings were supposed to be honey lemon pepper but they were literally just old general Tso sauce gooped over the wings with a tiny sprinkle of lemon pepper. The shrimp was not bad surprisingly though! Tasted fresh, we ordered the salt and pepper shrimp. The lemonade was not bad. We give it a solid 6.5-8 ratio. The lemon that was in the lemonade tasted GMO. Oh yeah , can't forget, didn't think there was a way to mess up fried rice, but they did. Tasted like cardboard with cockroach backs. Don't recommend.
