The amenities provided are unique in many ways. Haven't seen other karaoke businesses provide the services they do.

Room, lighting and atmosphere is IMMACULATE! Service is amazing and attentive! BEST PLACE for KARAOKE!

Our group of 20 had a reservation yesterday at 9 PM (Saturday) for two weeks already. They called us at 8:30 PM while we we were on our way after finishing dinner but we couldn't pick up because we were obviously busy. We called them back 10 minutes later and they informed us that they canceled our reservation because we didn't pick up. Huh??? Who cancels a reservation when we weren't even late yet? They were clearly being greedy and just wanted to seat another group that came in before we did, even tho we clearly had a reservation and that group didn't. At this point there were no other big rooms available for our group anywhere else. If you're not going to honor reservations and only want first-come first-served, they need to specify that as a business and we wouldn't have wasted our time.In short, this establishment doesn't honor reservations and is willing to screw you over for whoever will pay money first. Do not reserve rooms with them.

Extremely unprofessional and poor communication. If you are a walk-in customer you should be fine since it looks like they prioritize walk-in customers compared to those who made a reservation in advance.Make sure to show up to your reservation 30 minutes before the time or they'll give it to the first group that's there.

I really love the smoke machine and the sound system quality is high tech. The service they provided is on point and also a wonderful place to come and karaoke.
