Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant

Sooo delicious. Fantastic service, fun atmosphere. Feels like a taste of home! Queso Blanco just arrived and is to die for. Can't wait for the next course...

The salsa here is so flavorful I could almost fill up on that. It's very fresh, and very chunky, which I appreciate on an empty stomach needing some sustenance. I had the super burro, 1/2 beef and 1/2 bean. It has enough flavor, although I did add chalula. It was big enough to eat half (with the chips) and save the other half for the next day. It was just as good leftover. This is the first time I have ever ordered a burrito at a restaurant and I was very happy with it! The service was prompt and everyone was so attentive and friendly during lunch rush hour. The atmosphere was inviting, colorful, with salsa music playing - likely what you'd expect at most American-Mexican restaurants.

I came to this place on Mothers Day and the place was packed! but the service was quick and we were seated right away. Upon entry the hostess gave all the moms a single long stemmed rose and free margaritas! The menu was loaded with tons of delicious foods of both Mexican and American varieties. After ordering our food arrived freshly prepared which was both pleasing to the eye as well as to the tastebuds. The servings were so big that we had to ask for several to go boxes. Great service all around.

Hidden charges... Be aware they charge $3 for chip refills and a 10% up charge (that isn't mentioned in advance) for paying with a credit card. We ordered 2 salads, nachos and an order of quesadillas (no drinks) and paid $71 before the tip. The food was just okay & didn't live up to the quality I would have expected for price.

Awful, disappointing, in absolute disbelief of all the positive reviews on this place. The salsa had a heavy taste of grease and lard, the steaks we ordered medium rare were gray and barely even cooked, the beans were dry and rice undercooked and stale. The moscow mules we ordered tasted nothing like ginger, the presentation was so flat and uninteresting, it truly demonstrated the lack of thought and effort, and it really just tasted like half a shot of vodka diluted with seltzer water. The quality of the food was point blank terrible. I honestly wish I'd stayed home and eaten a ham and cheese sandwich. It would've been top tier in comparison. In regard to the service, the servers seemed like they just didn't care. I asked for a water refill, the server never got it to us. The environment was so unwelcoming that half the party wanted to leave right after we got our orders in. I really regret not listening to them. Whoever was supervising last night gave us so many glares and made us feel unwanted. It was all just a bad vibe, I think we had more fun replacing the tire on my car that went flat driving here because of how crap the roads in the area are. Just a terrible experience. Even a run down shop like Los Gallitos have done better and they don't even have waiters/servers.

Really solid family style Mexican restaurant, has a classic vibe to the whole building and inside decor. Lots of TVs, they were playing NFL preseason so I imagine this would be a great spot to catch the game during regular season. We came during happy hour on a Friday and they were very busy, we still received good service! They also provided complimentary chips and salsa which is always appreciated at a sit down Mexican restaurant. The house margarita was very strong (and huge, a bonus because it lasted the whole meal). The burrito itself was delicious. This would be a 5 star from me if the green chili had some kick to it! That said, not everyone likes spicy green chili so this may be perfect for you!If we come back, I'll have to ask if they have a hot version! Their express restaurant (off of Thornton PKWY) does and it's very good.

Los Arcos is always a delight! They have a great menu and friendly service. The food is full of flavor and is delicious every time we visit. We have always enjoyed the tacos, tostadas, burritos, rellenos, and accompanying sides. They always seem busy but have ample seating in the large, comfortable dining rooms.

Ricki our server was great last night!!She handled our large group of 23 with ease and grace. The food was excellent, the drinks were delicious and the service was exceptional!See you when we come back to visit!!!

Oh my god where do I start. I just ordered a taco salad delivered. This was the most bland and tasteless taco salad I have ever had. No cheese? No olives? No salsa? No heat whatsoever? Come on Los Arcos you can do better than that! I have been to your restaurant several times and NEVER have I had a meal that tasted like baby food. You need to pick up your game!! What in the heck are you thinking??? I don't think I will EVER go back after this disastrous experience.

This is our go to restaurant for what I think is the best Mexican food in the area. If you get a crispy chili relleno they service the green chili on the side so it stays crispy. Anything that I have ever eaten there has been delicious. They have been at this location for a long time and I have never had anything served that wasn't amazingly delicious. Yum yum yum!
