Lookin' Good Restaurant & Lounge

This place is simply incredible! Huge parking lot, and as soon as you walk through the door you're greeted by the friendliest of people and sat right away. The service the entire time was top notch.The decor is retro diner with a Greek flare and I loved every single moment of it. We had the Gyro with sweet potato fries and a The club sandwich with a Greek Salad and both were insane. They use carved turkey for the club and the best bacon you've ever had. The Gyro is HUGE and the Greek salad was a full salad not side salad size. We topped it off with 2 Long Island Ice Teas and basically needed to be rolled out of the place.I can see this place becoming a regular staple for us even though we live about 40 mins away!!!

Bad value as it is overpriced with small portions. Yana's down the street or even Denny's is a better diner type restaurant as the food quality and quantity is not what the price would represent. The service is always excellent, but it does not make up for the overpriced bad food. - No options other than french fries with the kids meals? Come on really? What is this 1985? Here Junior, get a head-start on your heart disease. I told the waitress my kids did not want the french fries and I asked if they could have anything instead. I suggested any kind of vegetables or anything other than french fries, and she said "sorry there's really nothing else" and then five seconds later she said, "do you want onion rings? I assumed that meant the onion rings were an equal option for the french fries. Now I'm confused. Lol. My son said sure, great. My sons eyes lit up when she mentioned onion rings, and he said sure. My daughter was offered fruit as well and I thought, wow, this is great! At first she said there's no substitute for french fries, and now she's offering her fruit. That's great. When I get the bill, the fruit was five dollars for a small bowl of strawberries and bananas. They charged a dollar extra for three, literally three small onion rings. Are you serious? ---She never told me there was an extra charge for the fruit OR the onion rings that she suggested! Isn't that illegal? Or at least highly unethical?--Talk about nickel and diming somebody to death. That same bowl of fruit at many other diners is like $3. Denny's at least has options other than french fries for the kids meals so you don't have to give them atherosclerosis. -The meat patties on the kids hamburgers were completely misshapen. They looked like ovals with chunks missing out of the middle. I'm thinking maybe it was Play-Doh and not really ground beef.My vegetable omelette was average in taste, and small in size with maybe 2 1/2 or three small eggs. It was $15.99! Extremely over priced. At many other breakfast places, a three egg omelette is closer to the $10-$13 range.-The coffee tasted completely bland, and, like the coffee pot had not been cleaned.A smaller sized breakfast for me and my 9 year old kids was $49!, and my son was still hungry!I've been to some over priced restaurants recently, but there's still a lot of restaurants out there that present a good value. The Lookin Good Lounge is ridiculously over priced for what you get in the quality of food. There are so many other better value diners within a short drive. I always ask myself the same question, how is this place is still here?Needless to say, I will never return.We will go to Yanna's Cafe, Westwood Inn, Swifts, Denny's any of the other close by diner style restaurants that present a much better value.

Like stepping back in time. VERY AVERAGE FOOD AND IT SEEMS THE DONT LIKE NON WHITE PEOPLE got an strange feeling when we got there that something wasn't quite right Mostly older people in the place looks like it's mostly patronized by locals who have been coming here for years The food was decent portions however they tried to flambe a starter dish and it nearly burned the servers face as they lit it up .WOW!!FOOD PRETTY TASTELESS Added tip ( which was in tiny writing at the bottom of the menu ) Price was really hight for what they serve. Plate of frozen french fries $5.50 !Owner asked me how was everything and i responded " id rather not comment " if it hadnt been a celebration dinner with my family i wouldnt have paid and definitely complained I decided to pay but just not add a tip which might seem harsh but this really was not good food UNBELIEVABLE HOW THE OWNER CHASED AFTER US OUTSIDE THE RESTAURANT AFTRR WE WERE LEAVING old looking not updated restaurant glasses dirty just really sad to see somwhere like this on the downward pathway I hope they save it

Went on a weekday morning at about 830; place was pretty empty so we sat right away. Ordered a breakfast combo of pancakes, two strips of bacon, two eggs, hot coffee. Each item was delivered exactly as I wanted it cooked. Friendly, efficient server.

Im from NJ and this is the only Greek diner that reminds me of home. Fantastic food (and diner portion sizes!), wonderful service, comfy seating, and it has to be one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been to. I am a sucker for the breakfast skillets, the gyro, and their crispy breakfast potatoes. The perfect spot to enjoy some comfort food, hot coffee, and great conversation. They also have a lounge side which is perfect for all those who partake in drinking. Highly recommend!

Been searching for a decent no frills breakfast spot since breakfast king closed and I finally found my happy place! Great service, great food and welcoming clean diner/greek influence restaurant! So yummy!

Absolutely AMAZING restaurant!! I wish I took photos but we all just scarfed everything down! Delicious food (2 people had the gyros plates and they are well seasoned, thick cuts). The atmosphere is comfy but put together. Really relaxing and great to get together with friends. And the service was absolutely stellar! We were treated as if we were regulars here even though it was our first time. I cannot wait to come back again!!

Fast and friendly service but pretty generic food. I'm glad we got seated right away on a Sunday around 1 pm. It was pretty busy and the parking lot was pretty full. I've driven by this restaurant many times but never thought to come eat here until my friend told me she loved it. Not sure what she ordered but I always order a side of biscuits and gravy, and as you can tell from my picture, the gravy looks meh and same with the biscuits. The picture of the food actually looked better than it tasted. The food wasn't bad really but just not something I would crave again. My bf was not impressed with his meal which was the Angela's Biscuits and Gravy (or something) which cost $17! Pretty expensive for a divey, diner place like this. Sure it was a decent size portion but the pancakes weren't good at all and potatoes weren't crispy enough. They serve alcohol here for those interested. And there's a bunch of Elvis decor. If you're looking to buy some Girl Scout cookies now, they have a ton of boxes displayed all over the restaurant.

Cool diner spot. Large menu of Greek Mexican breakfast and diner food. Service was fast and good. They all were super nice to us. I tried the gyro sandwich. It was delicious. Coming from Chicago I've been looking for a good gyro. We also had the club sandwich. It was made with real carved turkey not pre sliced deli meat. The sweet potato fries are great. I'm excited to eat the leftovers but more excited to come back and try the Mexican food.

Have been here twice and love this place!A week ago I went with a few friends and ordered a steak. The waitress was super sweet and kept asking if I wanted anything else, whether it be sides or sauce. I told her no thank you, and she respected that I just wanted the steak. The steak was very tender and delicious!Will definitely go again!
