Lido Bayside Grill

Beautiful view in the bay and delicious food but the service was a little confusing. I sat down with one person who took my drink order and dealt with two to three other waitstaff by the time I was done. I had no idea who was helping me throughout the night yet somehow with all the "help" I also felt like I never had actual assistance lol. The menu has a lot of interesting options but I went with the crab salad and it was delicious. Fresh, comes on top of a bowl of ice so it's chilled perfectly, and the wonton strips add a nice crunch.

Hands down a great view, right on the water and you are able to watch boats go by. Food and drinks are good but the prices are a bit high. The oysters were super fresh. Considering the prices are at a higher range and the automatic 20% gratuity I would think the service would be better but honestly both times I've gone were mediocre at best. I got my food before my drink and my waitress never came back to check if I needed anything, then I had to ask someone else for my bill.

Great waterfront spot with a really active pool scene and endless people watching. Lido sits on the standards property- this is fun as it adds a touch of exclusivity and interesting company. The food here is hit or miss- the hits include the paella and bread pudding, while the misses include the chicken and a few salads. Service here is great if you're with a member, but can be lackluster otherwise.I like this as a more casual alternative to seaspice.

We had an amazing view at sunset for this special dinner. The dinner was amazing as well. Service was attentive at times, but lacking at times as well. The hanger steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly with great potatos. The feats appetizer was better than advertised. The whole grouper had an interesting presentation, but tasted excellent. .

Food was good, but the views and vibe were amazing! This hotel restaurant overlooks the bay, with lots of seating, umbrellas, and fans to keep you cool. The walk from the lobby to the Lido (see pics) is beautiful - a wall of green.We were here for brunch, so I had scrambled eggs with potatoes, which was good. Coffee was a tad cold. Service was good. Parking is a bit tricky as valet is $30 and most street parking in the area is resident permit only, so you may want to Uber or risk getting towed.

Enjoyed my lovely lunch here on a break from a bike ride across Venetian causeway. Had no issues chaining my bike up in front adjacent to valet on the provided bike racks, walked straight through to the courtyard and enjoyed the beautiful garden before making my way to the pool deck area and Lido restaurant, where staff in minimalist and spa-like outfits, all khaki and white, soft cottons and linens, were waiting to assist us. We had no reservation and requested a table for two in the shade, as it was a cool, but sunny day. They were quickly able to accommodate that, and even took the care to set the table up with both chairs on the same side facing the water, a little touch that adds a nice detail. Our server was very nice, he wasn't particularly outgoing and didn't make any recommendations, but was everything we needed. we tried a couple different juices, the Verde and the pinup, the Verde was definitely a healthy tasting juice with no sugary inside, and tasted very fresh and not grainy. The pinup was a bit sweeter, and so delicious, we shared them both, and the mix felt perfect.We still had a nice bike ride back ahead of us, and didn't want to fill up too much, so we just shared an appetizer, the whipped feta. It was such a unique texture for feta, and made it creamy and sour at the same time, when paired with the roasted cherry tomatoes and crustinis was a delightful, crunchy creamy snack. We ran out of crustinis and asked for more bread, and the server brought us some fresh sourdough, which may have been even better. Prices are to be expected for a place like this, $12 each for a fresh pressed juice and $18 for the whipped feta appetizer. Not a cheap place but the ambience is beautiful and the experience was very delightful. Thank you!

Best patio in Miami, right in the middle of the bay and views and ambiance are amazing. Enjoy dinner and drinks here but especially breakfast too - omelette is delicious.Carly and her team are great and awesome place to meet friends and take guests from out of town.

I like this place, the food is good and the location is amazing BUT THE SERVICE? Omg its like i come here to torture myself just to get those fried cheese tater tots that are amazing.But on a serious note, for being such a nice hotel venue, Lido restaurant should do better.Got an aperol spritz and the glassware felt very cheap and small, also as it was so small, the quantity of aperol was too much and made it undrinkable. How do you make an APEROL SPRITZ UNDRINKABLEEEE. For these prices I could just go to a 5 star hotel and have a better experience with better cocktails and better service. I love lido, ive been coming here for a long time and I keep hoping it will get better and it just doesnt. Maybe the managing team should look around at other options as faena or setai and try to implement service standards.
