The first time I went in here I ordered a burrito to go. The total cost was around $11. The burrito was amazing. The second time I went in, I ordered the same burrito and it was $8? Very strange and awkward. Inconsistency in pricing rolls over to inconsistency in the food. My second burrito tasted nothing like the first.

As I sit here enjoying my food with the Mexican soccer match in the background. All I can think of is what a great win this is. GooooooooooaaaalllllllI live to find places like this! A hole in the wall taco stand with a full menu. As soon as I tried the complimentary chips and salsa, I knew I was in for a treat.My litmus test for a good Mexican joint is how well they handle their pork. The carnitas were easily in the top 3 I've tried in Denver. Crispy on the outside and soft tender almost melting on the inside. It's brought out with rice, white beans, guac, and a roasted jalapeno pepper.The menu is full of beef, chicken, fish, and other options to be served as tacos, burritos, in a skillet, or platter. Drinks are from the cooler. No beer or alcohol. This tiny 14 seater looks like a mexican carniceria with the meat counter up front. Once you brave the barred windows and uninviting curb appeal, be ready for some real Mexican food!This is not the place you bring a date. You come here to enjoy fantastic food in a unassuming and unpretentious environment. This is in the shadow of the great Guadalajara restaurant which has a better dining room and booze for socializing but the food is way better here. Check it and be changed forever

Place was dank.they had some authentic Mexican food I thought. It's the style place where u don't have to tip plus i think we got chips and salsa too

This is a great spot - the carnitas plate was delicious and staff was incredibly friendly. They have a pretty big menu and a lot of specials. They also sell meat by the pound. Definitely worth checking out.

Stopped by this recently opened taqueria when the wait at Guadalajara next door turned out to be too long for us. What a happy surprise! The restaurant is run by the nicest family. We sampled crispy, porky chicharrones, great with lime drizzled on top, a plate of carnitas as pig trotters with other various offal that was mellow and round in flavor, also great with lime to give an edge to the soft flavors. The owner explained he cooks it in the juices and lard for hours. I had a delicious, flavorful bowl of clado de res soup. Beefy, with a corn cob, potatoes, zucchini, cilantro, onions and another splash of lime. Such a good slurp. I think though our favorite was a mango, tamarind sort of shave ice drink with tamarind seeds, bits of fruit, a dash of chili. Refreshing, fruity, tangy, sweet, slushy. So so good. Wanted to return on the trip back, but didn't have time!

Tried the bacon and chorizo breakfast burrito and they were great! Can't wait to come try the full menu! Family owned and very nice owner.

Best Mexican food I've ever had!!! Been here three times in the past month!! Breakfast burritos are amazing, salsa is great! Burrito, tacos all of it is amazing!

Looking for a decent burrito and dropped by. Nobody there seemed to speak English so I pointed at the menu. Didn't get what I wanted and was nearly overcome by the odors emanating from the back room, where obnoxious Mexican music blasted. Steer clear from this joint. You can tell a lot about a place by looking at the trash behind the building and there is a story to be told here. Surprised the health department hasn't been by. Go to Taco Bell and save yourself money.

The best tacos on Westminster hands down! I have yet to try other items on the menu but if you're looking for some real good street tacos, ignore all those food trucks in the surrounding area. THIS IS THE SPOT.
