This place has my winning vote on best tacos in town.. I lived in San Diego for a while and this is as authentic as it gets! Service was great and speedy, I honestly will probably become a regular here

Hands down some of the best tacos I've ever had. Came here based on Yelp reviews for authentic Mexican food and it did not disappoint. Still dreaming about the birria tacos, beef tacos, and horchata. The meat in the tacos were so tender, and the flavor of everything was incredible. The staff was also so nice and patient with me while I was figuring out what to order. I'll be back whenever I'm back in Denver!

This spot definitely gives authentic vibes when you walk in, from the patrons you see waiting for their orders to the various Mexican street-style taco offerings posted on the wall. Because I have an adventurous palate, I ordered the Chivo (goat meat), Lengua (beef tongue), and Al Pastor tacos to eat and a Grapefruit Jarritos to drink. My friend ordered a Chorizo Queso and a Chicken Taco. The Chorizo Queso arrived in a skillet and was way bigger than I expected. The chorizo in it was tasty and plentiful, but there was not much cheese as you would think with most queso dips, and the little cheese that was there was surprisingly cold and slightly rubbery. The Lengua taco was delicious! However, the Chivo taco was bland and the Al Pastor taco mainly had fatty pieces of meat and barely any pineapple. It was my first time having a Grapefruit Jarritos and it was good. All in all, I was really looking forward to the food here blowing me away, but it was just OK. I will say the guy at the counter taking orders was very friendly, which was a plus, and he provided great customer service.

I'm from Omaha & every time we visit Denver, we HAVE to stop by La Calle. I absolutely love their tacos de asada and chorizo. They have so many meat and topping options it's really hard to choose. It's a small little spot that's easy to overlook but I'm so glad we found it during one of our visits!

This taco shop is hands down one of my favorites and one of the few I've seen that do the legit birria tacos with goat. It is a small shop inside of what looks like a house and if you are not paying attention you will drive right past it. Service is always great the staff are friendly and food comes out fast. I have tried quite a few of their tacos and my favorites are the lengua, birria, al pastor, tripas (extra crispy), and asada. Ordering any of those tacos you won't be disappointed especially if you top any of them off with the pickled habanero red onions to add some extra kick. If you are in the neighborhood I definitely recommend a stop in!

Ugh I love me some good street tacos. The outside feels a little sketchy, but inside feels so welcoming! The staff is very friendly. What I really like about this place is the types of meat they offer. From carne asada to tripe... It was so delicious. And I really loved their salsas!! The spicy salsas were so deliciously spicy. As you can see, we got a variety of meat tacos... But I'd have to say some of my favorites were the lengua (it was tender!!!), crispy tripe (I don't even like tripe... But the crispiness of it was so good), and the pork sirloin (new to their menu). Also get their horchata :) best horchata I've had.

Lowkey taco place with authentic ingredients and menu options. I got three tacos: one with beef cheeks ($3.49), one with pork ($1.99), and one with goat ($3.49). The tacos were soft shell, and you could pick whatever toppings you wanted on them. The beef cheeks were nowhere near as tender as in Europe, but everything tasted good and was good value

I tried this place on a casual business lunch, and it was really quite good. The portions were plentiful, the staff were great, and the food was top notch. We went on a summer day in June, and it was a little hot in there. A bit pricey, but other than that, great little spot.

Talk about a great experience! The tacos were amazing and accurate to Mexico City. We had a few varieties of meat and they all hit the spot. The restaurant was clean and neat with music playing in the background at low volume. It really felt welcoming and the vibe was perfect. I loved it. The service was so amazing. They are professional and polite and inform you about any menu questions you may have. Overall, I'm coming back if I'm in the area. This place was amazing and tasty!
